Description
Die Erfindung betrifft kohlenwasserstoff-Umwandlungsverfahren auf Basis neuer kristalliner Aluminiumphosphate. Charakteristik der bekannten technischen Lösungen
Molekülsiebe des kristallinen Zeolith-Typs sind der Fachwelt wohlbekannt und umfassen derzeit mehr als 150 Arten von sowohl natürlich vorkommenden als auch synthetischen Zusammensetzungen. Im allgemeinen handelt es sich bei.den kristallinen Zeolithen um Aluminosilikate, deren Gerüste aus AIO4- und SiO4-Tetraedem gebildet werden, welche durch das Aufteilen von Sauerstoffatomen verknüpft werden und die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß sie Porenöffnungen gleicher Dimensionen aufweisen, daß sie eine beträchtliche lonenaustauschkapazität besitzen und daß sie in der Lage sind, eine in den inneren Hohlräumen des Kristalls feinverteilt adsorbierte Phase reversibel zu desorbieren, ohne dabei irgendwelche Atome zu Versetzen, wodurch die feststehende Kristallstruktur unterstützt wird. -
Des weiteren bekannt sind andere kristalline mikroporöse Phasen, welche nicht zeolithisch sind — d.h. keine AIO4-Tetraeder als unerläßliche Gerüstbestandteile enthalten-, die jedoch die Ionenaustausch- und/oder Adsorptionseigenschaften der zeolithischen Phasen aufweisen. Metallorganosilikate, denen lonenaustauscheigenschaften, der Besitz gleichmäßiger Poren und die Fähigkeit des reversiblen Adsorbierens von Molekülen mit etwa 6Ä Durchmesser und darunter zuerkannt werden, sind in der US-PS 3941871 beschrieben. Des weiteren wird in der US-PS 4061724 ein reiner Silika-Polymorph mit Molekülsiebeigenschaften und einem neutralen Gerüst ohne Gehalt an Kationen oder Kationenstellen definiert: Die Chemie der Aluminiumphosphate ist von J.H. Morris et al. (Chem. Soc. Rev., 6,173 {1977]) im Überblick dargestellt worden. Arn verbreitetsten sind die Phosphate mit einem AI203:P205-Molekülverhältnis von 1:1, sie sind auch am ausführlichsten untersucht worden. Wasserfreies AIPO4 ist mit Siliziumdioxid isoelektronisch und isostrukturell und kommt in Quarzformen (als Berlinit), Tridymit- und Kristobalitformen vor, wo es als Gerüste abwechselnd AIO4- und PO4-Tetraeder besitzt. In Ergänzung dessen hat F.D'Yvoire (Bull. Soc. Chim. France, 1762 [1961]) fünf wasserfreie kristalline AIPO4-Formen beschrieben, welche keine Siliziumdioxid-Analoga bilden. ...'-. ,
Zwei AIPO4-Hydrate mit der stöchiometrischen Bezeichnung AIPO4 2H2O, Metavariszit und Variszit, kommen in natürlichen und synthetischen Formen vor. Ihre Strukturen wurden von Kniep und Mitarb. (Acta Crysta., B29,2292 [1973]; ebenda B33 263 [1977]) bestimmt, beide können als Gerüste abwechselnd von oktaedrischen AIO4 (H2O)2- und tetraedrischen P04-Einheiten beschrieben werden. Sowohl in den Metavariszit- als auch in den Variszitstrukturen ist das H2O chemisch an das Al gebunden, und obwohl kleine Mengen dieses Wassers reversibel entfernt werden können, ist eine vollständige Dehydration irreversibel und führt zu signifikanten strukturellen Veränderungen sowie der Bildung von wasserfreien AIPO4-Phasen. Zu dem Genannten kommt hinzu, daß von F. DTvöire (ebenda) sechs kristallografisch einheitliche metastabile Hydrate synthetisiert worden sind. Wie berichtet wird, konnten vier dieser Hydrate unter milden Bedingungen zwecks Erbringung wasserfreier Phasen reversibel dehydriert werden; in jedem Falle allerdings kam es zu erheblichen Veränderungen der Gerüst-Topologie. Es heißt, daß diese Veränderungen durch Rehydration reversibel gestaltet werden konnten. Es ist daher möglich, daß die Wechselwirkung zwischen Wasser und diesen Aluminophosphatphasen eher zu einer chemischen Bindung — wie etwa der Bildung von AI04(H20)2-0ktaedem— als zu Physisorption führt.
Über die hydrothermale Synthese von Aluminophosphaten in Anwesenheit verschiedener Alkalimetall-, Erdalkali- und NH4-Kationen ist von Haseman und Mitarb. (Soil Sei. Soc. Proceed., 76 (1950); Soil SCi11JO1257-271 (1950), von Cole und Jackson (J. Phys. Chem.),j54,128-142 (1950) und von Golub und Boldog (Russ. Journ. Inorg. Chem., 21 45 (1976) berichtet worden.' Gewonnen wurden eine Reihe bekannter Minerale (z.B. Palmierit, Taranakit, Wavellit, Variszit) und viele neuartige kristalline Stoffe. Tatsächlich wiesen alle diese Materialien von 1,0 verschiedene Al/P-Verhältnisse auf. Obwohl die meisten dieser Produkte einen beträchtlichen H2O-Gehalt besaßen, wurde nur ein Produkt nach der Dehydration mittels Röntgenstrahlen-Pulverdiffraktion untersucht. Dieses Produkt — Taranakit — wurde bei 125°C amorph. Die Stabilität der anderen Phasen ist unbekannt.
R.M.Barrerund D.J.Marshall (J. Chem. Soc. 6616 [1965]) unternahmen den Versuch, während der hydrothermalen Kristallisation von gemischten Gerüsten analog der Aluminosilikate P für Si zu substituieren. Bei den aus Al-, Si- und P-Quellen enthaltenden Synthesegemischen gewonnenen kristallinen Produkten handelte es sich vorwiegend um Aluminosilikate (z.B. Montmorillonit, Analzit und Cancrinit) und Phosphate (z. B. Hydroxyapatit). Untersucht wurden einige nicht identifizierte
kristalline Feststoffe, die lediglich durch ihre Röntgenstrahlen-Pulverdiffraktionsmuster charakterisiert waren. Allerdings war kein Beweis für einen Phosphoreinbau in die Aluminosilikat-Strukturen oder einen Silikoneinbau in die Hydroxyapatite zu erbrinc
G. Kuehl hat Phosphat als ein komplexbildendes lon für Aluminium in der hydrothermalen Synthese bestimmter Zeolithe verwendet (Tagungsberichte der Londoner Konferenz über Molekülsiebe, April 1967, S.85; Anorg. Chem., 10,2488 [1971]). Vermutlich komplexiert das Phosphat einen Teil des Aluminiums, senkt damit die wirksame Konzentration der reaktiveren Hydroxyaluminat-Arten im Reaktionsgemisch und steigert damit das Verhältnis von Silikat zu Hydroxyaluminat. Die ZeoJithprodukte hatten ein höheres Si/AI^Verhältnis als normal; vermutlich wurde kein P-Einbau in die Zeolith-Gerüste beobachtet. Eine Hoch-Siliziumdioxid-Form von Zeolith A enthielt in einem Fall Phosphat, welches in die Sodalith-Käfige als Schichten eingelagert war.
In einem Versuch, das nach Phosphatzusatz zu einem Zeoiith-Synthesegemisch gebildete Aluminophosphatzu isolieren, stellte G. Kuehl die kristallinen Verbindungen (CH3I4N3 AI(PO4J2 · X H2O her, wobei X = 10; 4 und 1,5 waren. Diese Verbindungen wurden mittels Röntgenstrahl-Pulverdiffraktioq sowie thermaler Analyse und Elementaranalyse bestimmt und als Salze mit Gehalt an isolierten AI(PO4)2(OH2)x 3~Einheiten beschrieben. Durch Entzug des gesamten Wassers wurde die Zersetzung dieser Verbindungen verursacht (US-PS 3386801 [1968]; J. Inorg.Nucl. Chem. 32,,1943 [1969]). .
Es ist Ziel der Erfindung, den Stand der Technik durch neue Katalysatoren zu bereichern, die in Kohlenwasserstoff-Umwandlungsverfahren eingesetzt werden können.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, verbesserte Verfahren zur Umwandlung von Kohlenwasserstoffen auf Basis neuer oberflächenselektiver Katalysatoren bereitzustellen.
Es wurde eine neue Klasse von Molekülsiebmaterialien gebunden, bei denen es sich um mikroporöse dreidimensionale kristalline Aluminophosphatphasen mit gleichmäßigen Porendimensionen im Bereich von etwa 3A bis etwa 1OA handelt, welche die Fähigkeit besitzen, Molekülarten nach ihren Größen zu separieren.
Die neuartige generische Klasse von Aluminophosphateh gemäß vorliegender Erfindung weist eine essentiell kristalline Gerüststruktur auf, deren chemische Zusammensetzung — in molaren Verhältnissen von Oxiden ausgedrückt — mit AI2O3:1,0 ±. 0,2P2Q5 '
angegeben werden kann; die genannte Gerüststruktur ist mikroporös, wobei es sich um gleichmäßige Poren handelt, die in jeder Spezies Nominaldurchmesser im Bereich von 3 bis 10 A sowie eine intraktristalline Wasser-Adsorptionskapazität bei 4,6 Torr und 240C von mindestens 3,5 Masse-% aufweisen; die Adsorption von Wasser ist vollständig reversibel, wohingegen die essentielle Gerüst-Topologie sowohl im hydrierten als auch im dehydrierten Zustand unverändert beibehalten wird. Mit dem Begriff „essentielle Gerüst-Topologie" ist die räumliche Anordnung der primären Al-O und P-O Bindungen gemeint. Keinerlei Veränderung in der Gerüst-Topologie weist darauf hin, daß keine Spaltung dieser primären Bindungen vorliegt. Die Herstellung der neuen kristallinen Aluminiumphosphate ist Gegenstand der Stammanmeldung AP CO1 B/231528 (Patent 5949112). . . ,
Die vorliegende AlPO^n-Zusammensetzungen weisen neuartige oberflächenselektive Merkmale auf, die sie tauglich machen, als Katalysator oder als Katalysator-Grundstoffe in einer Reihe von Verbrennungsreaktionen eingesetzt zu werden. Sie können vermittels bestimmter, um Fachgebiet wohlbekannter Verfahrensweisen imprägniert oder anderweitig mit katalytisch aktiven Metallen angereichert werden, um beispielsweise bei der Herstellung von Katalysatorzusammensetzungen mit Siiikalit- oder Aluminiumoxid-Grundstoffen Verwendung zu finden. Aus der Gesamtzahl der genannten Zusammensetzungen werden jene Spezies bevorzugt, die Poren von mehr als 5 A aufweisen.
Zu den Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsreaktionen, die durch AIP04-n-Zusammensetzungen katalysiert werden, gehören Kracken, Hydrokracken, Alkylation sowohl der aromatischen als auch der Isoparaffin-Typen, Isomerisation einschließlich Xylen-Isömerisation, Polymerisation, Reformierung, Hydrierung, Dehydrierung, Transalkylation, Deaikylation und Hydration.
Durch Einsatz von AIPO^n-Katalysatorenzusammensetzungen, die einen Hydrierungsbeschleuniger wie etwa Platin oder Palladium enthalten, können Schwerölrückstände, zyklische Ausgangsmaterialien und andere hydrokrackbare Einsatzmengen bei Temperaturen im Bereich von 204 bis 440°C (400 bis 8250F) hydrogekrackt werden, wobei Molverhältnisse von Wasserstoff zu Kohlenwasserstoff im Bereich von 2 bis 80, Drücke von 7,38 bis 2581,25 Newton/cm2 und eine stündliche Flüssig-Raumgeschwindigkeit (LHSV) von 0,1 bis 20— vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 10 — gewählt werden. ,
Die beim Hydrokracken verwendeten AIPO4-n-Katalysatorzusammehsetzungen sind darüber hinaus für den Einsatz in Reformierungsverfahren geeignet, in denen die Kohlenwasserstoff-Einsatzmengen mit dem Katalysator bei Temperaturen zwischen 371 bis 5380C (700 bis 1000°F), Wasserstoffdrücken von 73,75 bis 368,75 Newton/cm2, LHSV-Werten zwischen 0,1 und 10 sowie molaren Wasserstoff-:Kohlenwasserstoff-Verhältnissen von 1 bis 20 (vorzugsweise4 bis 12) in Berührung gebracht werden. ,...' Diese gleichen Katalysatoren, d.h. Katalysatoren mit Gehalt an Hydrierungsbeschleunigern, sind ebenfalls in Hydroisomerisationsverfahren verwendbar, in denen Einsatzmengen wie beispielsweise normale Paraffine zu gesättigten verzweigtkettigen Isomeren umgewandelt werden. Die Hydroisomerisation wird bei Temperaturen von etwa 93 bis 316°C (200 bis 600°F) (vorzugsweise 148 bis 288°C [300 bis 5500F]) mit einem LHSV-Wert von etwa 0,2 bis 1,0 durchgeführt. Wasserstoff wird dem Reaktionsgefäß durch Beimischung zur Kohlenwasserstoff-Eintragmenge in Molverhältnissen (Wasserstoff-Kohlenwasserstoff) von 1 bis 5 zugesetzt. \ Bei etwas höheren Temperaturen, d. h. bei etwa 343 bis 538°C (650 bis 10000F) vorzugsweise 454 bis 510°C (850 bis 950°F) und bei gewöhnlich etwas niedrigeren Drücken im Bereich von etwa 11,06 bis 36,88 Newton/cm2 werden die gleichen Katalysatorzusammensetzungen dazu verwendet, normale Paraffine zu hydrqisomerisieren. Vorzugsweise umfassen die Paraffin-Einsatzmengen normale Paraffine mit einem Kohlenstoffzahl-Bereich von C7 bis C20. Die Kontaktzeit zwischen dem Eintrag und dem Katalysator ist im allgemeinen verhältnismäßig kurz, um unerwünschte Nebenreaktionen wie etwa Olefinpolymerisation und Paraffinkracken zu vermeiden.' Geeignet sind LHSV-Werteim Bereich von O7I bis 10 (vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 6,0). /
Die einheitliche Kristallstruktur der vorliegenden AIPO4-Katalysatoren und ihr vollständiger Mangel an Alkalimetallgehalt begünstigen deren Einsatz bei der Umwandlung von alkylaromatischen Verbindungen wie insbesondere der katalytischer! Disproportionierung von Toluen, Ethylen, Trimethylbenzenen, Tetramethylbenzenen und dergleichen. Im Disproportiqnierüngsprqzeß kann es auch zu Isomerisation und Transalkylation kommen. Vorzugsweise werden der \ Katalysatorzusammensetzung Gruppe-Vlll-Edelmetallzusätze allein oder in Verbindung mit Gruppe-Vl-B-Metallen wie etwa Wolfram, Molybdän und Chrom in Anteilen von etwa 3 bis 15 Masse-% an der Gesamtzusammensetzung beigegeben. Fremdwasserstoff kann, muß. aber nicht in der Reaktionszone anwesend sein, welche bei einer Temperatur von etwa 400 bis 7500F, Drücken im Bereich von 73,75 bis 1475,00 Newton/cm2 sowie LHSV-Werte im Bereich von 0,1 bis 15 gehalten wird. Katalytisch^ Krackprozesse werden vorzugsweise mit AIPO4-n-Zusammensetzungen unter Einsatz etwa von Gasölen, Schwerbenzinen, entasphaltierten Rohölrückständen usw. durchgeführt, wobei Benzin das erwünschte Hauptprodukt darstellt. Geeignet sind Temperaturbedingungen von 454 bis 5930C (850 bis 11000F), LHSV-Werte von 0,5 bis 10 und Druckverhältnisse von etwa 0 bis 36,88 Newton/cm2.
Dehydrozyklisierungsreaktionen unter Einsatz von paraffinischen Kohlenwasserstoffen (vorzugsweise Normalparaffinen mit mehr als 6Kohlenstoffatomen) zur Bildung von Benzen, Xylenen, Toluen und dergleichen werden unter im wesentlichen den gleichen Reaktionsbedingungen ausgeführt, wie dies für das katalytische Kracken der Fall ist. Vorzugsweise wird für diese Dehydrozyklisierungsreaktionen der AIPO4-n-Katalysator in Verbindung mit einem Gruppe-Vlll-Nichtedelmetall wie etwa Kobalt und Nickel verwendet. ' ,
Bei der katalytischen Dealkylierung, bei der das Abspalten paraffinischer Seitenketten von aromatischen Kernen ohne massives Hydrieren der Ringstruktur erwünscht ist, werden relativ hohe Temperaturen im Bereich von etwa 426 bis'5380C (800 bis 1000"F) bei mäßigen Wasserstoffdrücken von etwa 221,25 bis 737,50 Newton/cm2 gewählt; die anderen Bedingungen ähneln jenen, die bereits weiter oben für das katalytische Hydrokracken beschrieben wurden. Die bevorzugten Katalysatoren gehören demgleichen Typ an, der bereits weiter oben in Verbindung mit der katalytischen Dehydrozyklisierung beschrieben wurde. Zu den im vorliegenden Text erwogenen besonders wünschenswerten Dealkylierungsreaktionen gehören die Umwandlung von Methylnaphthalen zu Naphthalen sowie von Toluen und/oder Xylenen zu Benzen. .
Beim katalytischen Hydrofining besteht das Hauptziel in der Beschleunigung der selektiven Hydrozerlegung von organischen Schwefel- und/oder Stickstoffverbindungen im Eintrag, ohne daß die darin befindlichen Kohlewasserstoffmoleküle erheblich beeinträchtigt werden. Zu diesem Zweck empfiehlt sich die Anwendung der gleichen allgemeinen Bedingungen, wie sie im Vorangegangenen für das katalytische Hydrokracken beschrieben worden sind; des weiteren empfiehlt sich der Einsatz von Katalysatoren der gleichen allgemeinen Natur, wie sie im Hinblick auf Dehydrozyklisierungsoperationen beschrieben wurden. Die Einsatzmaterialien beinhalten Benzinfraktionen, Kerosene, Düsentreibstofffraktionen, Dieselfraktionen, leichte und schwere Gasöle, entasphaltierte Rohölrückstände und dergleichen, wobei die genannten Stoffe bis zu 5Ma,-% Schwefel und bis zu etwa 3Ma.-% Stickstoff enthalten können.
Ähnliche Bedingungen können dazu herangezogen werden, das Hydrofining, d.h. den Stickstoffentzug und die Entschwefelung von Kohlenwasserstoff-Einsatzmaterialien mit berächtlichen Gehaltsanteilen an Organostickstoffr und Organschwefelverbindungen zu realisieren. Es ist allgemein bekannt, daß das Vorhandensein von substantiellen Mengen derartiger Bestandteile die Aktivität von Katalysatoren zur Hydrokrackung deutlich hemmt. Folglich muß unter mehr extremen Bedingungen gefahren werden, wenn bei relativ stickstoffhaltigem Einsatzmaterial der gleiche Grad von Hydrokrackungsumwandlung pro Durchlauf erzielt werden soll, als dies bei einem Einsatzmaterial mit geringerem Gehalt an Organostickstoffverbindungen erforderlich wäre. Daraus wiederum folgt, daß die Bedingungen für den zügigsten Stickstoff- und Schwefelentzug und/oder zügigstes Hydrokracken in der jeweils gegebenen Situationen notwendigerweise in Abhängigkeit von den Merkmalen der Einsatzmaterialien und dabei insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von der Konzentration an Organostickstoffverbindungen im Einsatzmaterial festgelegt werden müssen. Als ein Ergebnis der Wirkung von Organostickstoffverbindungen auf die Hydrokrackungsaktivität dieser Zusammensetzungen ist es durchaus nicht unwahrscheinlich, daß die Bedingungen, die am besten geeignet sind, den Stickstoffentzug aus einem Einsatzmaterial mit relativ hohem Organostickstoffgehalt durch minimales Hydrokracken (z. B. weniger als 20 Vol.-% frischer Einsatzmasse pro Durchlauf) zu realisieren, mit jenen Bedingungen identisch sind»welche für das Hydrokracken eines anderen Einsatzmateriafs mit geringerer Konzentration an hydrokrackungshemmenden Bestandteilen (z. B. Organostickstoffverbindungen) bevorzugt werden. Infolgedessen ist es in diesem Fachgebiet zur Praxis geworden, die Reaktionsbedingungen für ein bestimmtes : Einsatzmaterial auf der Grundlage vorangegangener Vorauswahl-Tests mit dem spezifischen Katalysator und dem Einsatzmaterial festzulegen.
Isomerisationsreaktionen werden unter Bedingungen durchgeführt, die den oben für das Reforming beschriebenen Bedingungen ähneln, wobei allerdings etwas mehr säurehaltige Katalysatoren verwendet werden. Olefine werden vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen von 260 bis 482°C (500 bis 9000F) isomerisiert, wohingegen Paraffine, Naphthene und Alkylaromaten bei Temperaturen von 371 bis 538°C (700 bis 1000°F) isomerisiert werden. Diesbezüglich besonders wünschenswerte Isomerisationsreaktionen beinhalten die Umwandlung von n-Heptan und/oder n-Oktan zu Isoheptanen und Isooktanen, von Butan zu Isobutan, von Methylzyklopentan zu Zyklohexan, von Metaxylen und/oder Orthoxylen zu Paraxylen, von 1-Buten zu 2-Buten und/oder Isobuten, von n-Hexenzu Isohexen, von Zyklohexen zu Methylzyklopenten usw^Die bevorzugte Kationenform ist eine Kombination des AIPO4-n's mit polyvalenten Metallverbindungen (wie etwa Sulfiden) von Metallen der Gruppe H-A, Gruppe M-B sowie von Seltenerdenmetallen. Für Alkylierungs-und Dealkylierungsprozesse werden die AIPO4-n-Zusammehsetzungen mit Poren von mindestens 5Ä bevorzugt. Zur Dealkylierung von Alkylaromaten beträgt die Temperatur gewöhnlich mindenstens 177°C (35O0F) und reicht hinaus bis zu einer Temperatur — im allgemeinen bis zu einem 371 °C (7000F) —, bei der es zu beträchtlichem Kracken von Einsatzmaterial oder dessen Umwandlungsprodukten kommt. Die Temperatur beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens 232°C (4500F) und übersteigt nicht die kritische Temperatur der der Dealkylierung ausgesetzten Verbindung. Angesetzt werden Druckverhältnisse, die zumindest das aromatische Einsatzgut im flüssigen Zustand halten. Für die Alkylierung kann die Temperatur bis auf 1210C (2500F) verringert werden, vorzugsweise beträgt sie allerdings mindestens 177°C (3500F). Bei der Alkylierung von Benzen, Toluen undXylen sind Olefine wie etwa Ethylen und Propylen die bevorzugtervalkylierenden Agenzien.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend durch Beispiele näher erläutert werden.
In den Beispielen wurde ein gemischtes Kohlewasserstoff-Ausgangsprodukt benutzt das in Prinzip aus C4 und niederen Kohlenwasserstoffen zusammengesetzt war, sowohl gesättigten als auch ungesättigten. Vier AIPO4-Zusammensetzungen mit Kristallstruktur, die für die Klasse der AIPO4-Zusammensetzungen repräsentativ sind, werden beansprucht. Aus der Zusammensetzung des Ausgangsproduktes und derZusammensetzung der verschiedenen Produktströme, die erhalten werden, geht hervor, daß alle grundlegenden Kohienwasserstoffumwandlungsreaktionen aufgetreten sind. Z. B. aus Beispiel 4 (unten) geht durch die Herstellung von 26,4Ma.-% Ethylbenzen und Xylen aus dem Ausgangsprodukt, das keine aromatischen molekularen Bestandteile enthält, hervor, daß die Katalysatoren bei der Aromatisierung und bei der Alkylierung wirksam werden. Weiterhin wird in Beispiel 5 durch das Auftreten von 2,7Ma.-% C7-Äliphäten in der Produktmischung deutlich gezeigt, daß eine Polymerisation der Kohlenwasserstoffe mit niedriger Kohlenstoffanzahl aufgetreten ist. In Beispiel 6 wird bei der Herstellung von 75,4Ma.-% von C1-C4 Molekularanteilen eine beträchtliche katalytische Aufspaltungsaktivität der AIPO4 Katalysatoren gezeigt. . ,
Versuchsablauf »
Beispiele 1 bis 9 wurden unter Benutzung eines Kohlenwasserstoffgemisches aus einer thermischen Pyrolyseeinheit
durchgeführt, worin ein ungereinigtes Butadien-Kohlenwasserstoffgemisch enthalten war, das die folgende Zusammensetzung

Die Beispiele 1 bis 9 wurden unter Benutzung eines modfizierten Wärmechromatographen MP-3 durchgeführt. Der Aluminophosphat-Katalysator wurde aktiviert (Aktivierung von 0,25 Gramm des Aluminiumphosphat-Katalysators in' Form eines Pulvers, indem der Katalysator in dem Reaktionsraum (6mm O.D.) plaziert wird zwischen zwei Stopfen aus Glaswolle) in situ bei 550X in einer Luftsäuberungsanlage eine Stunde vor Anwendung im Versuchsablauf der Beispiele. Der Katalysator wurde gekühlt und dann mit Helium gepeinigt. Die Temperatur des Reaktionsraumes und des Aluminophosphat-Katalysators wurde auf 450°C gesteigert, an diesem Punkt wurde die Heliumzufuhr unterbrochen und das Roh-Butadiengemisch mit dem Aluminiumphosphat-Katalysator für 10 Minuten bei 5cm3 pro min in Berührung gebracht. Die Produkte wurden in einer flüssigen Stickstoffalle gesammelt und die Produkte wurden für den gleichen Zeitraum für jeden Aluminophosphat-Katalysator gesammelt, nachdem das Butadiengemisch mit dem Aluminiumphosphat-Katalysator in Kontakt gebracht worden war.
Die Butadienzuführung wurde dann unterbrochen, und eine Heliumspülung wurde begonnen. Die Stickstoffalle wurde dann zurückgespült und schnell auf 2000C erhitzt. Die desorbierten Produkte wurden mit einem Dampfphasenchromatographen analysiert, indem entweder eine 30ft. oder 40ft. Säule bei einem Heliumfluß von 20cm3/min bei einem , Säulentemperaturpfogramm von 40C pro min bei Raumtemperatur bis 2000C benutzt wurde. Der Dampfphasenchromatograph war mit einem Flammenionisationsführer und einem thermischen Leitfähigkeitsfühler ausgestattet. Die Ergebnisse wurden von einem Mikrocomputer gesammelt, der direkt mit dem Gaschromatographen verbunden war. Die Ergebnisse der Beispiele bis 9 sind als Ma.-% angegeben und wurden von den Flächenprozenten abgeleitet. Die Massenprozente sollten eine Genauigkeit
von ±5% haben. ".'... ; . ,
Das Verfahren von Beispiel 5 wurde für Beispiele 1 bis 4 angewandt, mit der Ausnahme, daß die Roh-Butadienzuführung bei Zimmertemperatur vorder Zuführung zum Reaktor mit Wasser gesättigt wurde. Das Verfahren bei den Beispielen 6,7 und 8 war das gleiche wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 4, mit der Ausnahme, daß die Reaktortemperatüren 500 bis 550 und 500°C betrugen.
Das Verfahren für Beispiele war das gleiche wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 4 mit der Ausnahme, daß das Gas in einem rostfreien
Stahlgefäß für die GC-Analyse (Gas-Chromatograph-Massenspektroskopie) gegeben wurde, worauf dann die Verfahren für
Beispiele 1 bis 4 folgten. - ' ,
In den Beispielen 1 bis 4 wurden AIPO4-5, AIPO4-11, AIPÖ4-14, AIPO4-31 als Katalysatoren benutzt bei einer Temperatur von 4500C, bei normalem Druck und durch Einführung des Roh-Butadien-Drucks und durch Einführen des Butadiens mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 5cm3/min (Raumgeschwindigkeit von 2,7 Gramm Material pro Gramm des Katalysators pro Stunde). Die Produkte wurden mittels Dampfphasenchromatographie analysiert, und man erhielt folgende Werte.

AIPO4-31 Wurde wie in Beispielen 1 bis 4 getestet mit der Ausnahme, daß das Roh-Butadien bei Zimmertemperatur (18 bis 22°C) vor dem Kontakt mit AIPO4-31 mit Wasser gesättigt wurde. Die Produktanalyse ergab folgendes:

Im Vergleich zu Beispiel 4 oben zeigt o.g. Analyse die Anwesenheit von verdünnendem Wasser, wasJn einer Steigerung der Ci-C4-Verbindungen und in einer Steigerung der C8-Aliphaten mit einer entsprechenden Reduzierung der Ethylbenzene/Xylene und der C9+ Kohlenwasserstoffe resultiert.
AlPO4-11 wurde getestet wie in Beispielen 1 bis 4, aber bei 5000C (Beispiel 6) und bei 5500C (Beispiel 7). Die Produktanalyse in Ma.-% ergab folgendes: \ ,

AIPO4-II- (Beispiel 1), AIPO4-O- (Beispiel 3) und AIPO4-3T- (Beispiel 4) —Katalysatoren, die in den Beispielen 1,3 und 4 angewandt wurden, wurden einer Röntgen-Anaiyse ausgesetzt und die Röntgenpulverdiagramme wurden mit denen von kalzinierten Zusammensetzungen verglichen, die bei der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlung nicht benutzt worden waren, wobei jedoch ähnliche Bilder erhalten wurden, was die Stabilität der Aluminophosphat-Zusammensetzungen bei der erfindungsgemäßen Kohlenwasserstöffumwandlung beweist.
Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Kohlenwasserstoffes, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoff unter kohlenwasserstoffumwandelnden Bedingungen mit kristallinen Aluminiumphosphaten in Berührung gebracht wird, wobei die Aluminiumphosphate eine Gerüststruktur aufweisen, deren chemische Zusammensetzung als Molverhältnis der Oxide durch folgende Beziehung ausgedrückt wird:

wobei jede dieser Gerüststrukturen mikroporös ist und die Poren gleichförmig sind und einen Nenndurchmesser im Bereich von ungefähr 3 bis etwa 10 Angström aufweisen, eine intrakriställine Adsorptionskapazität für Wasser bei 4,6 Torr und 24°C von wenigstens 3,5Gew.-% und wobei die Adsorption und Desorption von Wasser Vollständig reversibel ist, unter Beibehaltung derselben wesentlichen Gerüststrukturtopologie sowohl im hydratisierten als auch im dehydratisierten Zustand.
2. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß das Kracken ist.
3. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß das Hydrokracken ist.
4. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß die Hydrierung ist.
5. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß die Polymerisation ist.
6. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß die Alkylierung ist.
7. Verfahren nach Punkt 1; gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß das Reformen ist.
,8. Verfahren.nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß die Behandlung mit Wasser ist.
9. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kohlenwasserstoffumwandlungsprozeß die isomerisierung ist.
10. Verfahren nach Punkt 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Isomerisierung eine Xylolisomerisierung ist.
