Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通信,更具体地,涉及用于在双向介质上进行通信的设置。该设置适于在电力线上进行通信。
背景技术
许多类型的通信介质的特征在于物理连续性不能中断的单个信号介质。与单向或者非常有限的方向性相反,还存在完全双向的通信转换器(transducer)。其示例包括通电的电力线、限制在管道中的气体和流体、以及特定的光学介质。
例如,对于电力线通信,以无方向性的方式将信号耦合到电线中,即,该信号可以沿电线在两个方向上传播。通常,一个方向是预期方向,而另一方向是非预期方向。
在到信号的信号源的某一距离处,信噪比将下降到下述的点,在该点处需要中继器,以使得能够以高于该点的合理质量传送由该信号表示的数据。对于连续传输的全双工调制解调器,接收器可以从两个方向接收信号,并且可能存在沿非预期方向传播而干扰预期信号的信号。
如果可以使用多个频带,则中继器可以以一个频率接收,而以另一频率转发。然而,尤其是在预期信号的电平与非预期信号的电平相似的情况下,由于相应的发射器和接收器之间的衰减,而使得甚至这种设置也不能保证不受干扰的影响。
发明内容
本发明涉及通信,更具体地,涉及用于在双向介质上进行通信的中继器的设置。该系统包括第一中继器、第二中继器、第三中继器以及第四中继器,这些中继器中的每一个都与该介质相连。该第一中继器和第二中继器在用于进行从该第一中继器到第二中继器的传输的第一频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从该第二中继器到第一中继器的传输的第二频带上相互进行通信。该第二中继器和第三中继器在用于进行从该第二中继器到第三中继器的传输的第三频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从该第三中继器到第二中继器的传输的第四频带上相互进行通信。该第三中继器和第四中继器在用于进行从该第三中继器到第四中继器的传输的第二频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从该第四中继器到第三中继器的传输的第一频带上相互进行通信。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及通信,更具体地,涉及用于在双向介质上进行通信的中继器的设置。尽管在此将根据电力线通信系统来描述该设置,但是可以在任何双向介质上使用该设置,并且该设置特别适合于通过单个连续的双向介质进行全双工通信。
图1是电力线通信系统100中的中继器的构造的方框图。系统100包括头端(HE)700、中继器A 705、中继器B 710、中继器C 715以及中继器D 720。可以在各个中继器使用选择的频带,以相对于预期信号减小非预期信号的幅值。
HE 700在频带1上对中继器A 705进行发送,而在频带2上进行侦听。
中继器A 705在频带1上对HE 700进行侦听,而在频带2上对HE700进行发送。中继器A 705还在频带3上对中继器B 710进行发送,而在频带4上对中继器B 710进行侦听。
中继器B 710在频带3上对中继器A 705进行侦听,而在频带4上对中继器A 705进行发送。中继器B 710还在频带2上对中继器C 715进行发送,而在频带1上对中继器C 715进行侦听。
中继器C 715在频带2上对中继器B 710进行侦听,而在频带1上对中继器B 710进行发送。中继器C 715还在频带4上对中继器D 720进行发送,而在频带3上对中继器D 720进行侦听。
通过将中继器B 710设置为在频带2上对中继器C 715进行发送,而在频带1上进行侦听,使得来自中继器C 715的频带1信号的非预期路径725贯穿两个电线段,即电线段B-C 780和电线段A-B 755。中继器A 705处的频带1接收器从HE 700接收其预期信号,该预期信号通过一个电线段,即电线段HE-A 750,而来自中继器C的非预期信号很可能衰减得更多(通过了两个电线段)。类似地,其它非预期路径760、765、770、775跨越两个电线段,并由此使非预期信号衰减。

Claims (2)
1、一种用于在双向介质上进行通信的系统,其包括:
第一中继器、第二中继器、第三中继器以及第四中继器,这些中继器中的每一个都与所述介质相连,
其中所述第一中继器和所述第二中继器在用于进行从所述第一中继器到所述第二中继器的传输的第一频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从所述第二中继器到所述第一中继器的传输的第二频带上相互进行通信,
其中所述第二中继器和所述第三中继器在用于进行从所述第二中继器到所述第三中继器的传输的第三频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从所述第三中继器到所述第二中继器的传输的第四频带上相互进行通信,
其中所述第三中继器和所述第四中继器在用于进行从所述第三中继器到所述第四中继器的传输的所述第二频带上相互进行通信,并在用于进行从所述第四中继器到所述第三中继器的传输的所述第一频带上相互进行通信。
2、根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述介质是电力线。
