Description
技术领域

背景技术
糖胺在洗涤剂和化妆品中的用途已经由现有技术已知。
在DE 42 38 211 C1中描述了包含特定的阳离子型糖表面活性剂(例如源自葡糖胺)的去污剂混合物以及其用于制备例如用于头发护理和身体护理的产品和洗涤剂的用途。所述去污剂混合物的优异之处尤其在于冷水溶性或者冷水可分散性并且能够没有问题地加工成高度浓缩的、低粘度的溶液或者分散体。

在EP 614 881中描述了二烷基多羟基叔胺,例如二甲基葡糖胺的制备。

根据本发明的组合物中的非离子型表面活性剂的量基于根据本发明的组合物的总重量计为优选1.0至20.0重量%,特别优选2.0至10.0重量%且尤其优选3.0至7.0重量%。
此外,根据本发明的组合物可以包含两性表面活性剂。可以将其描述为长链仲或叔胺的衍生物,所述胺带有具有8至18个C原子的烷基并且其中另一个基团被赋予水溶性的阴离子基团,例如被羧基、硫酸根基团或磺酸根基团取代。优选的两性表面活性剂式氨基丙酸盐如N-(C12-C18)-烷基-β-氨基丙酸盐和N-(C12-C18)-烷基-β-亚氨基二丙酸盐,其为碱金属盐、单烷基铵盐、二烷基铵盐或三烷基铵盐形式,以及月桂基两性乙酸盐,尤其是钠盐形式。

M+为反离子,优选选自NH4 +;有机铵离子[HNR5R6R7]+,其中R5、R6和R7可以彼此独立地为氢、具有1至22个碳原子的直链的或支链的饱和烷基,具有2至22个碳原子的直链的或支链的单不饱和的或多不饱和的烯基、C6-C22-烷基酰氨基丙基、具有2至10个碳原子的直链的单羟烷基或具有3至10个碳原子的直链的或支链的二羟烷基,和其中基团R5、R6和R7的至少一个不是氢;Li+、Na+、K+、1/2Ca++、1/2Mg++、1/2Zn++或1/3Al+++以及这些离子的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分a)的一种或多种物质选自二甲基葡糖胺、羟乙基-甲基葡糖胺、具有反离子R-COO-的二甲基葡糖铵、具有反离子R-COO-的羟乙基-甲基葡糖铵及其混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分a)的一种或多种物质选自二甲基葡糖胺、具有反离子R-COO-的二甲基葡糖铵及其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述反离子M+选自NH4 +、单乙醇铵、二乙醇铵、三乙醇铵、甲基丙醇铵、Na+、K+以及这些离子的混合物,并且优选选自Na+、K+以及这些离子的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分b)的一种或多种物质选自脂肪酸(R-COOH)月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、C16/C18脂肪酸、山萮酸和芥酸,所述脂肪酸与作为反离子的M+的盐(R-COO-M+)及其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分b)的一种或多种物质选自C16/C18脂肪酸、C16/C18脂肪酸与作为反离子的M+的盐及其混合物。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分b)的一种或多种物质选自油酸、油酸与作为反离子的M+的盐及其混合物。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分b)包含一种或多种式R-COOH的脂肪酸并且优选不包含式R-COO-M+的脂肪酸盐。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含水。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物除了来自组分a)的式(Ia)的物质和组分b)的物质以外,还包含一种或多种另外的阴离子型表面活性剂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种另外的阴离子型表面活性剂选自烷基聚二醇醚硫酸盐或烯基聚二醇醚硫酸盐,优选烷基聚二醇醚硫酸盐,烷基硫酸盐或烯基硫酸盐,优选烷基硫酸盐,甲基酯磺酸盐,烷基苯磺酸盐,酰基谷氨酸盐及其混合物。
12.根据权利要求1至11任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含一种或多种非离子型表面活性剂,其选自烷基乙氧基化物或烯基乙氧基化物,优选烷基乙氧基化物,烷基聚葡萄糖苷,酰基-N-甲基葡糖胺,脂肪酸烷醇酰胺及其混合物。
13.根据权利要求1至12任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,基于组合物的总重量计,所述组合物包含0.5至30重量%,优选0.5至20重量%,特别优选1至15重量%且尤其优选1至10重量%的组分a)的一种或多种物质。
14.根据权利要求1至13任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,基于组合物的总重量计,所述组合物包含0.5至30重量%且优选1至10重量%的组分b)的一种或多种物质。
15.根据权利要求1至14任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,组合物中的组分(i):组分(ii)的摩尔比为5:1至1:5且优选3:1至1:3,其中在这种情况下,组分(i)由组合物的组分b)的一种或多种物质和来自组合物的组分a)的式(Ia)的一种或多种质子化的糖胺的一个或多个阴离子R-COO-组成,和组分(ii)由来自组合物的组分a)的一种或多种式(I)的糖胺和来自组合物的组分a)的式(Ia)的质子化的糖胺的一个或多个阳离子组成。
16.根据权利要求1至15任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物具有7至11且优选8至10的pH值。
17.根据权利要求1至16任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物具有<500mPas且优选<100mPas的粘度。
18.根据权利要求1至17任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物以液体洗涤剂形式存在。
19.根据权利要求1至17任一项或多项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物以沐浴液、液体肥皂或洗面奶的形式存在。
20.根据权利要求1至17任一项或多项所述的组合物的用途,且优选其中基于根据本发明的组合物的总重量计,组分a)的一种或多种物质的量优选为10至40重量%和其中基于根据本发明的组合物的总重量计,组分b)的一种或多种物质的量进一步优选为5至40重量%的组合物的用途,用于制备液体洗涤剂。
21.根据权利要求1至17任一项或多项所述的组合物的用途,且优选其中基于根据本发明的组合物的总重量计,组分a)的一种或多种物质的量优选为10至40重量%和其中基于根据本发明的组合物的总重量计,组分b)的一种或多种物质的量进一步优选为5至40重量%的组合物的用途,用于制备沐浴液、液体肥皂或洗面奶。
22.一种或多种式(I)的糖胺作为脂肪酸且优选一种或多种式R-COOH的脂肪酸的中和剂的用途
其中R1和R2彼此独立地表示H、CH3或2-羟乙基,其中R表示具有11至21个碳原子的直链的或支链的饱和烷基或具有11至21个碳原子的直链的或支链的单不饱和的或多不饱和的烯基。
23.根据权利要求22所述的用途,其特征在于,所述一种或多种式(I)的糖胺选自二甲基葡糖胺、羟乙基-甲基葡糖胺及其混合物。
24.根据权利要求23所述的用途,其特征在于,所述式(I)的糖胺为二甲基葡糖胺。
25.根据权利要求22至24任一项或多项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述一种或多种式R-COOH的脂肪酸选自月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、C16/C18脂肪酸、山萮酸、芥酸及其混合物。
26.根据权利要求22至25任一项或多项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述一种或多种式R-COOH的脂肪酸选自C16/C18脂肪酸及其混合物。
27.根据权利要求22至26任一项或多项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述式R-COOH的脂肪酸为油酸。
28.根据权利要求22至27任一项或多项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述一种或多种式R-COOH的脂肪酸比所述一种或多种式(I)的糖胺的摩尔比为5:1至1:5且优选3:1至1:3。
29.如权利要求1至3和5至7任一项或多项中所描述的式(Ia)的盐。
