显示器44大体上是平面的,具有界定前表面102的外边缘100。显示器44的前表面102的形状可以被塑造成对应于显示镜组件10的观看区域60的形状且配合在所述形状内。替代地,显示器44可以具有配合在观看区域60内但不与其互补的前表面102,例如显示器44的前表面102是大体上矩形且玻璃元件30的前表面62具有轮廓化外部周边的情况。沿着外边缘100的至少一部分来看,显示器44的外边缘100与玻璃元件30的外部周边80之间的距离是约9mm或更小。在一个实施例中,显示器44具有的可观看前表面区域是玻璃元件30的观看区域60的约56%到约70%。显示器44包含接合承载板24的突出部103。
显示器44可以是液晶显示器(LCD)、发光二极管(LED)、有机发光二极管(OLED)、等离子、数字光处理(DLP)或其它显示器技术。显示器44与辅助PCB 110可操作地联接,所述辅助PCB经由柔性电连接器与主PCB 50可操作地机械且电连接。柔性电连接器具有足以在显示模块32的部件上方在显示器44和主PCB 50与散热器52的至少一部分之间延伸的长度。辅助PCB 110还具有基本上沿着显示器44的顶边缘延伸的宽度。辅助PCB 110当可操作地联接到主PCB 50时有助于沿着显示模块32的顶边缘紧固部件。
如图8到8C中所示,光学堆叠46包含邻近于显示器44的前侧120、邻近于光学托盘48的后侧122,以及外部周边124。光学堆叠46进一步包含在外部周边124的至少一部分周围从其延伸的接合突出部或粘合剂126。在替代性实施例中,用于接合前部屏蔽件40、或螺钉接纳元素或这两者的接合突出部126可以提供于显示模块32的不同部件上。
如图6、6A和8C中所示,眩光传感器130提供于光学托盘48的后侧132上。眩光传感器130包含光接收区域133,所述区域通过在后部外壳26外延伸的光管134接收光。光管134接收来自后面车辆的前灯的光,且将所述光中继到眩光传感器130,所述眩光传感器测量关于在玻璃元件30上可见的可能眩光的信息,并将此信息传送给显示镜组件10,以便可以优化显示镜组件10从而允许通过玻璃元件30观看显示器44。光管134在后部外壳26和承载板24上方延伸。然而,预期光管134可以延伸到显示镜组件10的外部的任何部分。眩光传感器130的光学垂直/水平图案是对称的,使得眩光传感器130的定向并不重要。眩光传感器130也可以作为车辆的后部部分上的成像器,其中表示接收光的信号从眩光传感器130传送到显示镜组件10。
如图8A和8B中所示,散热器52从光学堆叠46向后安置,且耗散由主PCB 50和显示模块32的其它部件产生的热。散热器52具有大体上平面主体,带有前侧和顶壁140。多个孔口142从散热器52的顶壁140向上开放,用于经由机械扣件144与承载板24的机械接合。
主PCB 50操作以为显示模块32的部件以及玻璃元件30提供电功率和控制。如图8到8C中所示,主PCB 50是大体上平面的,具有前侧145、后侧146和侧边缘148。前侧145面对光学托盘48,且后侧146面对散热器52。电气部件大体上定向于主PCB 50的后侧146上,但这些部件也可以布置于前侧145上。主PCB 50包含用于与玻璃元件30的电元件导线的可操作电接合的电连接器150、用于与辅助PCB 110的可操作电接合的电连接器151,以及用于与线束154的可操作电接合的电连接器152。显示镜组件10上可以提供的额外功能元件也可以电连接到主PCB 50,例如眩光传感器130以及显示镜组件10的任何其它功能按钮或特征。主PCB 50进一步包含沿着顶边缘的切口156,以准许用以将承载板24紧固到显示模块32的部件的螺钉的通过。
承载板24用以支撑显示镜组件10且屏蔽显示模块32免受RF辐射。再次参看图7和7A,承载板24还用以囊封显示模块32,并且进一步使显示镜组件10的部件互锁。承载板24由适合于阻挡此类辐射且为显示镜组件10提供所需支撑的材料形成,例如钢。作为非限制性实例,承载板24可由冲压钢形成。特别地,承载板24大体上在座架12上支撑显示镜组件10。
承载板24包含具有外部周边的后壁160,以及围绕外部周边80的至少一部分从后壁160向前延伸的外围壁162。外围壁162中具有狭槽164,所述狭槽对应于沿着承载板24的顶边缘的直立突出部103。承载板24进一步包含穿过其中的至少一个机械扣件孔隙以容纳至少一个机械扣件166,所述机械扣件延伸穿过承载板24并且进入显示模块32的部件以将承载板24紧固到显示模块32。
后部外壳26包含向前指向的腔170,前部屏蔽件40、承载板24以及支撑于其间的显示模块32的全部或一部分插入所述腔中。后部外壳26包含与位于承载板24上的对应接合特征联接的机械接合特征。后部外壳26和后部盖板70在本质上大体上是装饰性的,且并不提供任何承载支撑。按钮组件180定位于后部外壳26中。
关于以下描述,当垂直于玻璃元件30的平面的线朝向观看者的眼睛延伸时显示镜组件10视为“在轴上”。由于正通过玻璃元件30观看显示器44,因此玻璃元件30上的任何眩光都可能干扰显示器44的可见性。当显示镜组件10在轴上,并在夜间行驶环境下使用时,尾随车辆(即行驶在装有显示镜组件10的车辆后方的车辆)的前灯会发出驾驶员可见的眩光。根据本发明的一个实施例,如图9到14A中所示的致动器装置34可操作地联接到显示镜组件10。当被致动时,致动器装置34至少使玻璃元件30离轴(即,远离朝向驾驶员的眼睛的直线)移动。通常,致动器装置34的致动使玻璃元件30向上倾斜(图12到14A)以将玻璃元件30移动到离轴位置。然而,应了解致动器装置34可以被配置成使玻璃元件30沿着相对于轴线的任何方向移动。致动器装置34也可以被配置成在激活后即刻使显示器44移动。致动器装置34还可以被配置成接通或断开显示器44。因此,当致动器装置34被致动以使玻璃元件30离轴移动时,可断开显示器44。如图15和16中所示,显示镜组件10具有显示区域,所述显示区域补充玻璃元件30的形状且几乎填充玻璃元件30的前表面,仅留下小的外围边缘。
另外,为了向显示镜组件10的观看者提供信息,显示镜组件10可以包含有关视野的信息,例如部分透射图形叠置情况或当使用显示镜组件10时在观看区域内可见的显示器上的图像。
参考图9到11A,当致动器装置34在后部位置中时,显示镜组件10在轴上查看模式中。应理解,显示镜组件10可以在显示器44被激活的情况下或者在显示器44未被激活的情况下由用户利用,在此情况下将利用玻璃元件30的反射能力。当移动到离轴模式时,致动器装置34由用户向前拉动(图12到14A),这导致第二支撑构件22(与安装构件17静态地联接)围绕枢轴轴线190旋转远离第一支撑构件20。在第二支撑构件22旋转离开时,承载板24和显示镜组件10的其余部分也是这样。后部外壳26也与承载板24一起移动。用户简单地执行反向操作以将显示镜组件10拉回到轴上查看模式。第二支撑构件22相对于第一支撑构件20的旋转由导销192导引和限制。
显示镜组件大体上用如下方式构造。对玻璃元件进行研磨,使得玻璃元件包含具有.7mm偏移的研磨边缘。随后用发泡粘合剂或液体粘合剂将玻璃元件粘附到前部屏蔽件。将显示器、光学堆叠和光学托盘附接到前部屏蔽件。将主PCB附接到光学托盘且使显示器的柔性连接进行连接。随后以导热粘合剂将辅助PCB(或LED PCB)附接到散热器。随后以机械扣件、热熔机或其它机械附接方法将辅助PCB和散热器子组件附接到光学托盘。随后通过柔性电缆、小导线或其它导电方法在玻璃元件与主PCB之间进行电光连接。随后通过低构型机械扣件、百叶窗式搭扣或其它低构型附接方法将插座板机械附接到后部承载板且将承载板机械附接到前部屏蔽件。将后部外壳附接到承载板的后部部分且经由机械扣件附接。将车辆线束和相机跨接线束附接到主PCB且将眩光传感器扣入后部外壳中。将按钮子组件扣入后部外壳或承载板中,且将后部盖板放置在后部外壳的背面上以覆盖任何机械扣件以及车辆和/或相机连接器。所得显示镜组件具有改进的显示器,其中从作用区域到显示镜组件的边缘并且还有从作用区域到玻璃元件的边缘的距离较小。
所得构造提供具有低构型的电光连接。另外,将承载板表示为显示镜组件的主要结构构件。后部承载板和前部屏蔽件机械地附接在一起以提供从玻璃元件到座架的负载路径且改善电排放性能。插座板机械地附接到后部承载板。因此,消除了后部外壳作为结构构件的需要。因此,也可以消除原本可能存在于后部外壳中的搭扣和保持肋状物。由于插座板构造,消除了导线的盲连接,且在组装玻璃元件之前可以在生产中测试单元的激活力。后部外壳多件式设计充当装饰性盖,但除了覆盖承载板的后部部分之外不提供结构功能。另外,眩光传感器构造大体上将光经由光管引导到内部眩光传感器。此整个构造导致从玻璃元件到前部屏蔽件的减少的粘附区域,因此降低成本且改善制造时间。

Claims (20)

1.一种显示镜组件,包括:
座架,其可操作地联接到车辆内部,所述座架包含从所述座架向前延伸的球和插座中的一个;
接合板,其经由从所述接合板向后延伸的球和插座中的另一个与所述座架可枢转地联接,所述接合板包含第一支撑构件以及可枢转地联接到所述第一支撑构件的第二支撑构件;
承载板,其与所述接合板可操作地联接,所述承载板在所述承载板的后部部分上支撑后部外壳;
玻璃元件,其与所述承载板可操作地联接;
显示模块,其被配置成变为接通状态和断开状态;以及
致动器装置,其安置于所述外壳的底部表面上且与所述玻璃元件可操作地联接,其中所述致动器装置是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在一个方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到离轴位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态,且其中所述致动器装置也是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在另一方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到轴上位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件是部分反射、部分透射的元件。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件的边缘具有铬环边缘处理。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述显示模块具有对应于所述玻璃元件的形状的形状,且其中所述显示模块是LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一个。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
主印刷电路板,其布置于所述显示模块后方且被定向以使得所述主印刷电路板的平面范围与所述显示模块的平面范围大体上平行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
辅助电路板,其接近于所述主印刷电路板且具有与所述主印刷电路板的所述平面范围大体上正交的平面范围。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
光学堆叠,其安置于所述显示模块后方且由光学托盘支撑。
8.根据权利要求1到7中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
眩光传感器,其安置于所述光学托盘与所述承载板之间,所述眩光传感器与暴露于所述显示镜组件的外部的光管成光学连通。
9.一种显示镜组件,包括:
座架,其可操作地联接到车辆内部,所述座架包含从所述座架向前延伸的球和插座中的一个;
承载板,其与接合板可操作地联接,所述承载板在所述承载板的后部部分上支撑后部外壳;
玻璃元件,其与所述承载板可操作地联接;
光学堆叠,其安置于所述玻璃元件后方;
眩光传感器,其与所述玻璃元件可操作地联接,且与暴露于所述显示镜组件的外部的光管成光学连通;
显示模块,其被配置成变为接通状态和断开状态;以及
致动器装置,其安置于所述外壳的底部表面上且与所述玻璃元件可操作地联接,其中所述致动器装置是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在一个方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到离轴位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态,且其中所述致动器装置也是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在另一方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到轴上位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件是部分反射、部分透射的元件。
11.根据权利要求9或10中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件的边缘具有铬环边缘处理。
12.根据权利要求9到11中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述显示模块具有对应于所述玻璃元件的形状的形状,且其中所述显示模块是LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一个。
13.根据权利要求9到12中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
主印刷电路板,其布置于所述显示模块后方且被定向以使得所述主印刷电路板的平面范围与所述显示模块的平面范围大体上平行。
14.根据权利要求9到13中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
辅助电路板,其接近于所述主印刷电路板且具有与所述主印刷电路板的所述平面范围大体上正交的平面范围。
15.一种显示镜组件,包括:
座架,其可操作地联接到车辆内部,所述座架包含从所述座架向前延伸的球和插座中的一个;
承载板,其与接合板可操作地联接,所述承载板在所述承载板的后部部分上支撑后部外壳;
玻璃元件,其与所述承载板可操作地联接;
眩光传感器,其与所述承载板可操作地联接,且与暴露于所述显示镜组件的外部的光管成光学连通;
显示模块,其被配置成变为接通状态和断开状态;以及
致动器装置,其安置于所述外壳的底部表面上且与所述玻璃元件可操作地联接,其中所述致动器装置是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在一个方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到离轴位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态,且其中所述致动器装置也是可调整的以使所述玻璃元件在另一方向上倾斜,从而将所述玻璃元件移动到轴上位置,这近似同时改变所述显示模块的所述接通/断开状态。
16.根据权利要求15所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件是部分反射、部分透射的元件。
17.根据权利要求15或16中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述玻璃元件的边缘具有铬环边缘处理。
18.根据权利要求15到17中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中所述显示模块具有对应于所述玻璃元件的形状的形状,且其中所述显示器是LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一个。
19.根据权利要求15到18中任一项所述的显示镜组件,进一步包括:
主印刷电路板,其布置于所述显示模块后方且被定向以使得所述主印刷电路板的平面范围与所述显示模块的平面范围大体上平行。
