Abstract

背景技术
当一些车辆装配有自主驾驶辅助系统时,可变得可能的是,使转向柱和方向盘远离驾驶员缩回,以为例如工作、阅读、玩游戏之类的非驾驶相关的活动提供空间。然而,在转向柱的向前储存(forward storage)期间,转向柱的附件可能会干扰车辆部件。
因此,期望提供一种车辆,其具有在向前储存期间容纳转向柱的附件的特征。
发明内容
在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,用于车辆的驾驶员接口包括转向柱组件和结构面部(structural facial)。所述转向柱组件包括构造和布置成在缩回状态和伸展状态之间移动的柱,以及从所述柱向外凸出的附件。所述结构面部限定了用于在转向柱处于缩回状态中时接收所述附件的凹部。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,在本发明将参考具体的实施例来描述而不限制本发明的情况下,图1-5图示了车辆的示例性驾驶员接口20,所述示例性驾驶员接口20包括可缩回的转向柱组件22和结构面部24,所述结构面部24可以限定定向成接收转向柱附件28的储存空间或凹部26。
参考图1至图3,驾驶员接口20的转向柱组件22可以包括转向柱30、方向盘32和转向柱附件28。转向柱30可以包括内部构件34和外部构件36,所述内部构件34配置成用于绕中心线C旋转,所述外部构件36可以是绕内部构件34轴向和周向延伸的壳体或覆盖物。方向盘32一般被接合至内部构件34的端部,并且可以被定位成供车辆驾驶员方便地旋转。转向柱附件28可以被接合至外部构件36并从外部构件36径向向外凸出,并且可以被定位成供驾驶员方便地接近。
转向柱组件22被构造和布置成在缩回状态38(参见图1和图4)和至少一个伸展状态40(参见图2和图5)之间轴向地(例如,伸缩式地)移动。当处于伸展状态40时,驾驶员可使用方向盘32来操纵车辆。当处于缩回状态38时,转向柱组件22的例如方向盘32之类的部分远离驾驶员并且朝向结构面部24设置,这例如在驾驶员未驾驶车辆时可为驾驶员提供附加的空间。所预期的和要理解的是,缩回状态38可以是收起状态(stowed state)(即,车辆一般是不可驾驶的),并且伸展状态40可以是展开状态(deployed state)(即,表示可驾驶性)。当在缩回状态38和伸展状态40之间移动时,内部构件30和外部构件32二者都可通过对于本领域技术人员而言已知的任何方式来轴向地压缩或缩短。
结构面部24被轴向地设置在转向柱附件28之前,并且转向柱附件在方向盘32之前轴向隔开。面部24限定了凹部26的边界,所述凹部26定位成在转向柱组件22处于缩回状态38时接收附件28。面部24可以是仪表板、仪表板的一部分或者基本上面向驾驶员的任何其他固定的面板或表面。
参考图3,转向柱组件22的转向柱附件28可以被接合至外部构件36,并且可以从外部构件36基本上径向向外凸出。作为一个示例,转向柱附件28可以是(或者可以包括)转向信号杆臂或柄(stalk)、前灯控制柄或者可用于操作车辆的任何种类的特征的任何其他的凸出结构。附件28可以被可移动地连接到外部构件36,从而具有多个位置。如一个示例中所示,附件28可以在枢转轴线42处被枢转地连接到外部构件36。在当前示例中,转向信号杆臂28一般可从中性位置44向上(即,沿顺时针方向周向地,参见箭头45)枢转,并且枢转至有效位置(active position)46,以开启例如右手转向信号灯。类似地,转向信号杆臂28一般可从中性位置44向下(即,沿逆时针方向周向地,参见箭头47)枢转,并且枢转至第二有效位置48,以开启例如左手转向信号灯。另外所预期的和要理解的是,本公开可为配有自主驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)或类似系统的车辆的转向柱组件22的附件28提供储存室或凹部26。
参考图6,面部24被图示为在驾驶员之前隔开并且大致面向驾驶员的仪表板。仪表板24可以包括用于安装各种控制装置、指示器、排气装置及其他(未示出)的各种特征和/或孔口50。仪表板24还可以限定转向柱30延伸通过的孔52。凹部26大致相对于中心线C沿轴向向后的方向开放,并且沿径向向内的方向开放。凹部26的边界可以通过底壁54和仪表板24的周界壁56来限定,所述底壁54可基本上向后面向驾驶员,并且所述周界壁56至少部分地从底壁54的外周界向后凸出。因为凹部26沿径向向内的方向开放,所以周界壁56可不绕底壁54的周界连续地延伸。
周界壁56可以包括第一斜坡部分58和大致相对的第二斜坡部分60(即,倾斜的)。第一斜坡部分58和第二斜坡部分60被定向成使得底壁54的面积可小于所述凹部的开口(即,向后方向的开口)。当转向柱组件22从伸展状态40朝向缩回状态38移动时,所述部分58、60的斜坡特征可有助于将附件28推向中性位置44(参见图3)。
尽管未图示,但转向柱组件22可以包括为使驾驶员方便和舒适而有利于方向盘32的倾斜(即,竖向定位)的本领域中一般已知的任何种类的倾斜特征(tilt feature)。在具有这样的倾斜特征的情况下,转向柱组件22可以包括在能够实现转向柱30从伸展状态40到缩回状态38的轴向移动之前可能需要的倾斜中性位置或预设的倾斜位置。以这种方式,附件28可以适当地进入凹部26。即,如果转向柱30向上或向下倾斜,则转向柱附件28可能不会适当地进入凹部26。因此,可在对应于目标(即,凹部)的标称位置(nominal position)的预定公差内对准转向柱30。这种约束可基于如下可能性,即:仪表板24的车辆内部设计不具有足够的面积,以提供足够大的凹部来容纳使驾驶员舒适所需的每个竖向或倾斜的调整位置。如此,该需求可能需要使用转向柱竖向调整动力促动器(power actuator)(未示出),当接收到收藏(stow-away)命令时,通过倾斜或竖向位置控制器给予所述转向柱竖向调整动力促动器到预定竖向位置的命令。
参考图7,操作驾驶员接口20的转向柱组件22的方法的一个实施例可包括框100,其中,转向信号杆臂28可被留在(非故意地或相反)例如有效位置46(参见图3)。在框102中,并且如果转向柱组件22包括本领域技术人员一般已知的倾斜特征,则转向柱组件22可被放置在倾斜中性位置。在框104中,并且在转向信号杆臂28处于有效位置46的情况下,驾驶员可以启动转向柱组件22从伸展状态40起并且朝向缩回状态38的轴向移动。在框106中,并且当转向柱组件22轴向缩回时,信号杆臂28可在所述臂被嵌入到凹部26中时接触斜坡部分58。在框108中,信号杆臂28与斜坡部分58的持续接触与转向柱组件22的持续缩回结合可将信号杆臂28推到中性位置44。
与上述方法类似,转向信号杆臂28可被留在有效位置48,并且驾驶员随后可启动转向柱组件22从伸展状态40的轴向移动。然后,信号杆臂28可接触斜坡部分60,从而使所述臂移动到中性位置44,而无需驾驶员的任何附加动作。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于车辆的驾驶员接口,所述驾驶员接口包括:
转向柱组件,其包括构造和布置成在缩回状态和向外伸展状态之间移动的柱及从所述柱向外凸出且定位成方便驾驶员接近的附件;以及
结构面部,其限定了用于在转向柱处于所述缩回状态中时接收所述附件的凹部;
其中,所述转向柱沿中心线轴向移动,并且所述附件从所述转向柱径向向外凸出;其中,所述附件被构造和布置成至少在中性位置和第一位置之间移动;其中,结构面部为仪表板,并且包括限定了所述凹部的底壁和周界壁,并且其中,所述周界壁是斜坡式的,以便在所述转向柱从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态时,至少使所述附件从所述第一位置移动到所述中性位置;
其中,所述转向柱组件在从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态之前被调整到倾斜中性位置,并且在所述倾斜中性位置中,所述附件能够适当地进入所述凹部。
2.如权利要求1所述的驾驶员接口,其特征在于,所述附件为转向信号杆臂。
3.如权利要求1所述的驾驶员接口,其特征在于,所述凹部沿轴向向外的方向和径向向内的方向开放,以便在所述转向柱从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态时接收所述附件。
4.如权利要求1所述的驾驶员接口,其特征在于,所述附件为转向信号杆臂,所述转向信号杆臂构造和布置成随着所述转向信号杆臂从所述中性位置被促动到所述第一位置而沿第一周向方向枢转,并且随着所述转向信号杆臂从所述中性位置被促动到第二位置而沿相反的第二周向方向枢转。
5.如权利要求4所述的驾驶员接口,其特征在于,所述周界壁包括第一斜坡部分和至少部分地面向所述第一斜坡部分的第二斜坡部分,并且其中,所述转向信号杆臂被构造和布置成当转向信号杆臂处于所述第一位置时,随着所述转向柱从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态而接触所述第一斜坡部分,并且当所述转向信号杆臂处于所述第二位置时,随着所述转向柱从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态而接触所述第二斜坡部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的驾驶员接口,其特征在于,所述转向柱组件包括方向盘,并且所述附件被轴向地设置在所述结构面部和所述转向柱之间。
7.一种用于车辆的驾驶员接口的仪表板,所述驾驶员接口包括转向柱组件,所述转向柱组件具有构造和布置成沿中心线并且在伸展状态和朝向所述仪表板的缩回状态之间轴向移动的转向柱,以及从所述转向柱径向向外凸出的附件,所述仪表板包括:
底壁和周界壁,所述底壁和所述周界壁限定了用于在所述转向柱处于所述缩回状态中时接收所述附件的凹部,其中,所述周界壁是斜坡式的;
其中,所述转向柱组件在从所述伸展状态移动到所述缩回状态之前被调整到倾斜中性位置,并且在所述倾斜中性位置中,所述附件能够适当地进入所述凹部。

11.一种收起转向柱组件的方法,包括:
将转向柱组件放置在倾斜中性位置;
使转向柱组件从伸展状态移动到缩回状态;以及
将从所述转向柱组件的柱向外凸出的附件嵌入到仪表板所限定的凹部中,其中,所述凹部具有斜坡式的周界壁,并且在所述倾斜中性位置中,所述附件能够适当地进入所述凹部。
