Abstract
本发明提供的是大型粮食、物品仓库通风、节能干燥、杀虫防霉保护系统装置,目的是解决国家储粮仓库的新建或改造旧仓库的技术方案之创新方案;有效地保护所保存的粮食物品不受潮霉坏和虫害损失,确保存粮和存物的安全;其结构装置由仓库(1)、仓库顶网格活页通气窗(2)、排气抽风管(3)、排气风帽(4)、排风抽风机(5)、底座网孔板(6)、仓库底部进气口(7)、压风机(8)、除湿机(9)、杀虫机(10)、仓底活动网格进气口(11)组成。非常适合国家大型粮仓改造应用及大型农场专业户建仓使用。
Description
技术领域:本发明是专为解决大型仓储的通风、干燥防虫保粮保物不变质的创新设备,属粮食、药品、药物、食品、食物及各种怕受潮变质等物品、产品大中小型仓储系统装置领域。
背景技术:目前大中小型粮食仓库存在着容易发霉变质、生虫鸟害之缺点,主要表现在通风不好,收粮食存物储仓时不够干燥或吸收空间空气水份变潮湿后得不到干燥排湿而造成。粮食、物品发霉变质;物品鼠咬、粮食鸟害主要表现在从仓库之通气窗口空间潜入溜出咬物吃粮。另有虫害的发生主要是表现在粮仓表面施药无法杀灭底部,中间粮食之害虫而造成。为了解决通风防潮、防湿干燥、杀虫防鼠鸟咬物吃粮等问题,本发明便是解决前述问题的技术方案。
发明内容:为了实现解决前述问题的目的,本发明的内容是:把现有的仓库底部增设一座底空的耐重压的底座通风网板,顶部窗口增设防鸟隔网,增装抽风排气机,在仓库底部通风口连接压风机或热泵除湿机,在仓库顶部出气口连接排风管抽风风帽管道,在仓库底部通风口连接喷粉,喷雾或喷气的杀虫机,组成一套可通气、抽风、干燥粮食、物品,可防鼠防鸟,可杀虫防虫的系统装置。主要部件包括:仓库(1)、仓库顶网格活页通气窗(2)、排气抽风管(3)、排气风帽(4)、排风抽风机(5)、底座网孔板(6)、仓库底部进气口(7)、压风机(8)、除湿机(9)、杀虫机(10)、仓底活动网格进气口(11)组成。
实施方案:为了实现发明内容的目的,具体的实施方案其物征是:在仓库(1)的内底部地面安装能抗压的底空的底座网孔板(6)用于承装粮食物品、仓库(1)的底部周边设装若干个仓底活动网格进气口(11),仓库底部进气口(7)连接压风机(8)、仓库(1)的顶部周边设若干个仓库顶部网格活页通气窗(2),通气窗(2)的出气口连接排风抽风机(5),在排风抽机机(5)的出气口连接排气抽风管(3),排气抽风管(3)的顶端连接排气风帽(4);用于替代不使用排风抽风机(5)时仍可利用风管自然排风和风力驱动风帽抽风双重抽排仓库内的空气。
为了加快排除仓库的湿气或专为干燥仓库中的潮湿粮食物品,在仓库(1)的仓库底部进气口(7)的进气口连接各种形式的加热炉或除湿机(9)的出风口,或连接太阳能、燃料加热、电力加热的热风炉,用于输入经除去水份的干燥、湿热或冷干空气为仓库内湿谷潮湿物品进行快速干燥,为了彻底杀灭粮食、物品内藏的害虫,仓库底部进气口(7)连接喷粉,喷气或吐血式的杀虫机(10),用于彻底杀灭仓内所有害虫或防止仓内粮物生虫。

工作原理:本发明的工作原理是,利用电力或风管排气功能把仓库内部供给的自然空气或经除湿的冷热干燥空气经仓内粮食物品透过带走从谷物体内排出的或附在谷物表面的湿气水份,从而可防止未干的谷物存久而发热霉变,更可以让进仓本来就是湿的谷物得到快速干燥,达到不用人工利用太阳晒干的目的,又可利用不费钱买的风能、太阳能、排风管的排气功能达到节能、省工的低成本并不受气候影响干燥谷物的目的,更可解决大型农场、专业种植户、收获大量谷物时不用人工凉晒或烘干即可风净谷物毛尘直接入仓保存干燥的难题,也是解决因风雨水灾、地震灾害致使谷物受潮或浸泡后及时进仓保存风干的最佳方法装置。由于杀虫机可以利用仓库底面部的通气装置直接把具有防虫杀虫的粉体或气体杀虫剂喷入仓内的害虫直接杀灭,从而解决了一直难于解决的粮仓谷物灭虫防虫难的问题。

1.大型粮食物品仓库通风、节能干燥、杀虫防霉保护系统装置,其特征是:在仓库(1)在仓库(1)的内底部地面安装能抗压的底空的底座网孔板(6)用于承装粮食物品、仓库(1)的底部周边设装若干个仓底活动网格进气口(11),仓库底部进气口(7)连接压风机(8)、仓库(1)的顶部周边设若干个仓库顶部网格活页通气窗(2),通气窗(2)的出气口连接排风抽风机(5),在排风抽机机(5)的出气口连接排气抽风管(3),排气抽风管(3)的顶端连接排气风帽(4);用于替代不使用排风抽风机(5)时仍可利用风管自然排风和风力驱动风帽抽风双重抽排仓库内的空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征是:为了加快排除仓库的湿气或专为干燥仓库中的潮湿粮食物品,在仓库(1)的仓库底部进气口(7)的进气口连接各种形式的加热炉或除湿机(9)的出风口,或连接太阳能、燃料加热、电力加热的热风炉,用于输入经除去水份的干燥、湿热或冷干空气为仓库内湿谷潮湿物品进行快速干燥。
