Abstract
本发明提供的是五谷自然干燥仓储装置的升级装置,目的是克服原发明装置之不足,进一步完善和提高装置的使用灵活性及工作效率;主要增设了包括电动抽风机(20),太阳能储能热交换器(21),加热装置(22),温控阀门(23),电动抽风机(24),保温管(25),热交换器(26),底板圈(27),进气连接管口(28),热泵除湿机(29)等主要部件,有效地提高了用户使用的方便性和谷物干燥的效率,适合国内外农业谷物干燥免晒即入仓干燥保存的广大用户,选择推广使用。
Description
技术领域:本发明是五谷自然干燥仓储装置的升级装置,属农业节能干燥设备领域。
背景技术:本发明是在本发明人于2015年5月11日申请,已授权申请号2014507777149的五谷自然干燥仓储装置的改进型升级装置,目的是解决千百年来农业农民生产五谷农作物收获谷物回来后的干燥保存过程中之辛苦翻晒,烘干所付出的人力物力过多的难题、及进一步提高谷物干燥效率的问题。
发明内容:为一进一步提高五谷自然干燥仓储装置的干燥速度和效率,本发明的创新设计是在原五谷自然干燥仓储装置的顶部,在抽风排气管的底部之间增装一台电动抽风机;在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底座进气口增装一台压气机和一台加热装置,压气机的进气口与太阳能储能热交换器连接通配套使用,利用风帽抽风排气、电动抽风机抽风、相结合增强谷物干燥机的过风量,同时利用干谷机底座进气口增装的压气机和连接加热装置或太阳能热交换器所提供的中温热空气、对谷物进行加热烘干而加快谷物水份蒸发速度,两方面结合进一步提高五谷自然干燥装置的干谷速度和效率,主要部件包括:电动抽风机(20),太阳能储能热交换器(21),加热装置(22),温控阀门(23),电动抽风机(24),保温管(25),热交换器(26),底板圈(27),进气连接管口(28),热泵除湿机(29)。
具体实施方案:五谷自然干燥仓储装置的第二代升级装置其特征是:在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底座进气口增装一台电动压气机(20)并与双管盘管式太阳能储能热交换器(21)的出气口连接通;在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底座的另一个进气口连接加热装置(22)的出气口,加热装置的进气口连接热管热交换器(26)的出气口,在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的顶部,排气抽风管的底部之间增接一台电动机(20)抽风。在抽排气管下部的电动抽风机(20)的上面连接安装热管热交换器(26),热管热交换器(26)的出气口与保温管(25)连接后再与加热装置(23)的进风口连接或与双管盘管式太阳能储能热交换器(21)的进气口相连接。把原五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底架去掉,增接一个底板圈(27)并在侧边开接两个进气连接管口(28)、进气连接管口(28)连接热泵除温机(29)。为了便于装拆,分隔不同品种谷物同时入仓干燥,在原五谷自然仓储装置的中上部增接若干层谷物分隔透气网孔板圈(30)并设进气连接口(31)保温管(25)的出气口和出谷口(32)。

积极效果与工作原理:本发明利用了谷物堆层1-10米高均可通过风干烘干的原理,在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的基础上增加了电动抽风机、压气机、一压一抽加强了谷物堆层的通风透气量,另外增加连接太阳能储能热交换器和加热装置为将被压抽进入谷物堆层内部经过的自然空气进行预热达40-60度,这样提高了谷物脱水干燥的效率,从而达到了本发明的预期目的,对农业谷物生产干燥保存行业均具有重要的现实意义,尤其是对全国及全世界的节能减排保护环境更具积极的现实意义。
Claims (1)
1.五谷自然干燥仓储装置的升级装置:包括电动抽风机(20),太阳能储能热交换器(21),加热装置(22),温控阀门(23),电动抽风机(24),保温管(25),热交换器(26),底板圈(27),进气连接管口(28),热泵除温机(29),具体结构连接其特征是:在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底座进气口增装一台电动压气机(20)并与双管盘管式太阳能储能热交换器(21)的出气口连接通;在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底座的另一个进气口连接加热装置(22)的出气口,加热装置的进气口连接热管热交换器(26)的出气口,在五谷自然干燥仓储装置的顶部,排气抽风管的底部之间增接一台电动机(20)抽风。在抽排气管下部的电动抽风机(20)的上面连接安装热管热交换器(26),热管热交换器(26)的出气口与保温管(25)连接后再与加热装置(23)的进风口连接或与双管盘管式太阳能储能热交换器(21)的进气口相连接。把原五谷自然干燥仓储装置的底架去掉,增接一个底板圈(27)并在侧边开接两个进气连接管口(28)、进气连接管口(28)连接热泵除温机(29)。为了便于装拆,分隔不同品种谷物同时入仓干燥,在原五谷自然仓储装置的中上部增接若干层谷物分隔透气网孔板圈(30)并设进气连接口(31)保温管(25)的出气口和出谷口(32)。
