Abstract
本发明提供的是一种高低温配合应用烘干五谷的快速干燥方法,主要目的是解决农业种粮大户和国家收粮站所收回的五谷粮食能快速合适烘干保存的目的,主要采用初起供高温然后供低温的方式,保证谷物在不损害其品质的基础上实行限时烘干保存,对农业大户、烘干谷物具有非常重要的现实意义。
Description
技术领域:本发明提供的是一种高低温配合应用烘干五谷的快速干燥方法,属农业谷物干燥方法领域。
背景技术:五谷风干和烘干方法和装置已有很多发明正在使用,如五谷自然干燥仓储装置、五谷自然干燥仓储装置的升级装置等发明方案,但适用的谷物快速烘干的方法和装置尚未发明出来,本发明便是此类发明的首例。
发明内容:为了满足民众对五谷干燥机干燥五谷的适用快速烘干的技术要求,本发明方法采用高低温配合快速烘干谷物的方法来实现谷物快速烘干而又保证谷物的品质优良的目的。所谓的高低温快速烘干方法,实际是考虑到谷物在刚入仓时是湿冷状况,经实验测定,在短时间内接解150-250度的高温热气或蒸汽对谷物的表面层水份的蒸发脱水比低温40-50度快几倍,而且对谷物表面沾附的虫卵细菌有杀灭作用,对谷物表面壳层有杀青除胶质作用,可加快谷物后期低温烘干时其内部水份的渗出脱水速度,而且高温热气对谷物的加热速度也在短时间内完成,对谷物的水份渗出也起到增速的重要作用,但这一高温烘干技术的关键是要对使用时间的适度必须要掌握好,如使用过度会对谷物的品质造成熟化的影响,直接造成谷物价值的下降就得不尚失了。
具体实施方案:为了实现发明内容的目的,本发明具体的实施方法有两种:第一种方法是利用现有的烘干设备的加热装置,如电热炉、热风炉、蒸汽炉等热气供给装置进一步提高温度达150-250度后再向谷物干燥机供热气,供热气时谷物层不能太厚,5-10厘米较合适,最好是流动混合接触热气有利加热和水份蒸发,加热时间为5-10分钟,视谷物的湿度高低灵活应用,为了保证谷物高温烘干不过度而又达到快速的目的,采用在现有的无损伤五谷输送机的进风口增设一台加热装置,电热炉或燃油燃气热风炉或者是蒸汽炉,燃煤烧柴的热风炉向无损伤五谷输送机的进风口供给150-250度高温热气,使谷物在输送入烘干仓的时候获得与高温输送热气的充分接触,致使谷物表面层快速脱水、杀青、灭毒、杀菌效果显著,为进仓后的谷物后期40-50度低温烘干加快速度创造了基础条件,并延长了谷物保存不生虫的时间。
积极效果:由于本发明采用了开始短时高温供气和后期低温供气给五谷烘干机烘干谷物,尤其是采用在五谷无损伤输送机的进风口增设高温加热装置,实行短时供高温热风给输送机输送谷物时,使谷物获得了充分加热脱水、杀青、灭虫杀菌的机会,实现了快速烘干保存谷物而又不降低谷物品质的预定目的。这一发明,一旦经全国全球采纳应用,对谷物的烘干保存将起到革命性的现实意义。

1.高低温配合应用烘干五谷的快速干燥方法的第一种方法其特征是:利用现有的烘干设备的加热装置,如电热炉、热风炉、蒸汽炉等热气供给装置进一步提高温度达150-250度后再向谷物干燥机供热气,供热气时谷物层不能太厚,5-10厘米较合适,最好是流动混合接触热气有利加热和水份蒸发,加热时间为5-10分钟,视谷物的湿度高低灵活应用。
