Abstract

Una instalación para la regulación de humedad en granos dotada de un silo de almacenamiento de granos instalado convenientemente sobre un piso liso rígido y en cuyo interior dispone un piso elevado perforado con pasajes de aire, determinando dentro del silo y por debajo del piso perforado una cámara de aire, a la cual se le insufla aire que puede ser acondicionado previamente por un calefactor de aire, en donde la regulación de los tiempos de insuflado de aire se determina en base a un medio de modelado y cálculo de tiempos de encendido y apagado aplicado a través de un medio de control electrónico con la capacidad de leer y registrar datos de entrada manuales introducidos por un operador y datos de lectura de un sensor de temperatura en la cámara de aire, debajo del piso perforado, auxiliado además con un sensor de temperatura y humedad ambiente, provocando así la aplicación de diferentes etapas, de secado, humedecido y mantenimiento de la humedad del grano.
