Abstract

本发明分案三提供的是一种利用自然风能风干五谷粮食的仓储式干燥机,主要解决农民家庭收回的五谷粮食的风干和保存的问题,尤其是解决农场大户收回的五谷粮食及花生黄豆等物品,存放于谷物仓中不用凉晒便可自然干燥并可长期保存的问题。主要利用排风管、风力抽风风帽与底部通气的储物仓联通抽风经过谷物自然风干谷物及原仓保存的创新设计、利用排风管和风帽两重抽风的作用实现风干谷物和保存及发电的目的。非常适宜生产厂家推广给广大农民和国营农场等用户使用。

Description

五谷自然干燥仓储装置
技术领域:本发明分案是一种自然抽风五谷自然干燥仓储装置,属百物干燥仓储设备节能装置领域。
背景技术:所有农作物果实除了新鲜食用和冷藏保存之外,如五谷粮食、坚果类、茹类、肉类、药物、蔬菜、花草类等等都需要干燥脱水后才能长期保存,目前世界上除了人工晒干之外,还有多种热能烘干机、热泵干燥机等现代高科技系列干燥设备,然而所有的现代设备都是靠消耗有价能源来实现干燥目的的。利用无价的自然能源的太阳能干燥机近已有发明,但利用自然抽风的五谷干燥并兼作仓库的两用机型尚未发明出来,本发明装置便是填补这一空白而设计的创新产品。
发明内容:为了实现老百姓生产收获回来大宗的农作物果实,例如水稻稻谷、小麦、玉米、高梁、小米、花生、黄豆、红茹、木茹、山药、坚果类等等需要及时干燥的物品能得到及时干燥,又能得到及时保存不受损失;而且干燥和保存过程又能达到简单方便、节能环保的目的;本发明的设想理念是:利用自然风管抽风原理与风吹风帽抽风原理,结合金属薄板制成的储存仓的底部设置通气网、承重架相互联通,实现自然抽风风干物品及其就地保存的目的。

具体实施方案:实现本发明的具体实施方案是:在现有的金属铁皮制成的储粮谷物仓的底部设装一承接架,承接架面装一块不漏谷物的通气网,承接架通气网与没有底的圆型谷物仓承接,形成一座底面通气的,底部并还预设有可连接热泵除湿机的或热风机的通气管道连接口的新型储粮谷物仓。圆型谷物仓由规格一致的,一至若干层可装拆的圆板圈组装构成,根据用户的需要设置谷物仓的容积的大小及层数;在设定的谷物仓的最高层架顶盖,顶盖的中间预设出气口,出气口与排气管承接,排气管的长度与其口径的大小根据用户需要而设定,在设定的排气管的顶端出风口承接一座现有的抽风风帽,抽风风帽的底座外周边的预设三向或四向对称的绳扣环,扣环扣接拉绳固定于地面的固定柱上,谷物仓排气管如果设计高度达到百米以上千米以下应每百米加设一层四向拉绳如防台风吹倒;当然也可将风力发电机所发的电用于驱动热泵除湿机把空气除掉水份再供给五谷自然干燥机干物使用,其干燥效率又比直接烧电加热空气的方式高几倍;而且还可以轮流地与多台五谷自然干燥机连接供干燥热空气加快干燥效率;实现一机多用、节能提效的目的。为了进一步节约用电和加快五谷自然干燥机的干燥效率,采用现有的热泵除湿机(16)的出气口与轴流式风力发电机组(13)的进风口活动对接,轴流式风力发电机组(13)与储电池(15)热泵除湿机(16)分别电连接。
积极效果:本发明利用自然抽风的风管风帽连通谷物可以实现自然风干的目的,一方面可以解决农民晒谷烦难和遇夏收阴雨天气谷物发芽霉坏的等难题,另一方面解决储粮难及鼠害霉坏保粮难等问题,并一起解决农村除了干燥保存粮食以外的用电问题和劳力不足等。与传统的人工晒干和常规的烘干机干燥谷物相比较,具有突出的特点和显著的进步,值得全面推广使用。

1.五谷自然干燥仓储装置分案三的具体实施方案是:在现有的金属铁皮制成的储粮谷物仓的底部设装一承接架,承接架面装一块不漏谷物的通气网,承接架通气网与没有底的圆型谷物仓承接,形成一座底面通气的,底部并还预设有可连接热泵除湿机的或热风机的通气管道连接口的新型储粮谷物仓,圆型谷物仓由规格一致的,一至若干层可装拆的圆板圈组装构成,根据用户的需要设置谷物仓的容积的大小及层数;在设定的谷物仓的最高层架顶盖,顶盖的中间预设出气口,出气口与排气管承接,排气管的长度与其口径的大小根据用户需要而设定,在设定的排气管的顶端出风口承接一座现有的抽风风帽,抽风风帽的底座外周边的预设三向或四向对称的绳扣环,扣环扣接拉绳固定于地面的固定柱上,谷物仓排气管如果设计高度达到百米以上千米以下应每百米加设一层四向拉绳如防台风吹倒;当然也可在整台五谷自然干燥仓储装置的外围架设一座坚实的防风钢铁塔架来保障整台五谷自然干燥装置的安全;本发明装置包括风帽1、排气管2、仓管连接口3、扣环4、固定柱5、谷物仓6、通气网板7、承接架8、管道连接口9、谷物出口阀门10、拉绳11、活动仓底封口板12、风力发电机组13、电热管14、储电池组15、热泵除湿机16、钢铁塔架17、进料口18、毛尘隔离网袋19主要部件组成,在承接架(8)的底面连接管道连接口(9)和活动仓底封口板(12);承接架(8)的面上装一块80-300目的通气网板(7)承接架(8)再上面承接带有谷物出口阀门(10)的谷物仓(6)一层至若干层仓围圈板;在谷物仓(6)的顶端盖上没有进料口(18)及仓管连接口(3)的仓盖板;仓管连接口(3)连接毛尘隔离网袋(19)后再承接排气管(2)并套入毛尘隔离网袋(19);排气管(2)的顶部及中部设置有扣环(4),扣环(4)扣接拉绳(11)并固定于固定柱(5)之上;超百米以上高度的五谷自然干燥装置可在其底部进风口连接一台现有的轴流式风力发电机组,利用风力发电并预热进入五谷自然干燥机前的空气,可加快谷物的干燥效率;如用户建造的是超100米-1000米高度的大型五谷自然仓储装置,便可以在该装置的底部进气口管道连接口(9)处安装连接一台现有的轴流式风力发电机组(13);并在通气网板(7)底架装电热管(14),电热管(14)分别与储电池(15),风力发电机组(13)电连接;具体构成连接其特征是:将风力发电机所发的电用于驱动热泵除湿机把空气除掉水份再供给五谷自然干燥机干物使用,其干燥效率又比直接烧电加热空气的方式高几倍;而且还可以轮流地与多台五谷自然干燥机连接供干燥热空气加快干燥效率;实现一机多用、节能提效的目的。为了进一步节约用电和加快五谷自然干燥机的干燥效率,采用现有的热泵除湿机(16)的出气口与轴流式风力发电机组(13)的进风口活动对接,轴流式风力发电机组(13)与储电池(15)热泵除湿机(16)分别电连接。
