本发明提供的是动静结合的高效节能大型自动化干谷机,主要目的是解决农民晒谷难的问题,其结构由带轮底架座(1)、通风网孔底座(2)、网孔板(3)、机仓(4)、垃圾长袋(5)、排气口(6)、隔离网(7)、关风板(8)、进排气口(9)、导风管(10)、场谷软管(11)、进谷弯头(12)、谷物输送上谷管(13)、控制电箱(14)、抽压风机(15)、加热电炉(16)、进谷斗(17)、进气口(18)、加热炉进出风口(19)、谷物输送加烘干热气转换开关(20)、谷物出仓口(21)按图示组装构成,非常适宜农业种田大户采纳使用,更适合专业厂家接产供应市场。

Description

动静结合的高效节能大型自动化干谷机
技术领域:本发明是动静结合的高效节能大型自动化干谷机,属农业节能机械设备领域。
背景技术:凡是需要干燥保存的物品都要经过干燥机干燥或自然风干和晒干;凡是通过加热干燥机烘干的产品使用者都希望节能减少能耗成本,现有节能技术和装置还远未达到用户的期望和要求;尤其是采用宝贵的电能来加热烘干五谷时,用户更希望取得自动化高效节电的效果。
发明内容:为了实现烘干五谷节能减排,实现自动化、降低成本的目的,本发明采用高压耐热电动抽风机配套电热炉,把经加热的恒定在50度以下的大量温热空气供入大型干谷机的底部通风网孔底座内,加压透过静止谷物层排出干谷机上部,实现谷物静止均匀厚层自然风干的目的,为了节电采用循环回风装置,为了均匀平行地把1-10米厚的静止谷层烘干风干采用上下加压供给干燥温热空气的方法,即每小时-3小时轮换一次供热气的方式,初起是从干谷机机仓底部通风网孔底座空间通入高压温热干燥空气,让40-80度的干热空气强行透过通气谷物层,谷物从底下往上开始脱水,干燥达到谷物层的中间时,即自动转换供热气的方式,改为从干谷机机仓上部空间供入高压干燥温热空气,让高压干燥温热空气改从干谷仓上部往下强行透过谷物层,从底部的通风网孔底座排出并重新循环经电热炉进一步加热后进入上部谷仓空间……。此时谷物改变从谷仓上部开始往下层慢慢脱水干燥直至中部谷物层干燥为止,这样谷物就获得了均匀,并有缓苏机会、均衡干燥,不超温超干引起米质变差,影响发芽等同等条件,使烘干风干出来的五谷至少同人工翻晒完成的五谷质量相同,甚至超过人工晒干的质量。为了减轻劳动强度,降低干谷成本,本发明装置采用自动吹风送谷的自动提升吹净技术装置结合自动调温循环加热的节能干谷机组装构成自动化程度较高的一体机,具体由高压送风加热装置,高压吹送干净谷物的装置,自动调节温度、自动转换供热空气方式的装置、自动收集垃圾散风装置等部件组合构成。

积极效果:本发明装置具有自动输送谷物进仓的同时对谷物直接高温加热快速脱水的功能,并不会损伤谷物,也不会有超温过干烘坏谷物的缺点发生,更不会烘坏谷物不发芽,对农业种田大户来说,采用本发明装置之后不怕晒谷难的问题困扰了,更不怕劳动力缺少无法干谷保存了。
