Abstract
本发明提供的是一种五谷无损伤专用垂直输送装置,简称无损伤五谷输送机,主要解决农民专业户将收回的五谷杂粮快速输送装入大型五谷干燥机之中烘干的问题和解决国家储备大型粮仓装谷难的问题,其主要由五谷吸入装置,抽压风机、输送管道弯头连接组装构成,非常适合生产厂家和专业用户生产推广选择使用。
Description
技术领域:本发明所提供的是一种专供农业用户用来把收回的五谷粮食输送装入大型干谷机里进行干燥的与众不同的无损伤五谷输送机。
背景技术:农业粮食生产专业户,为了把粮食送上几米高的大型干燥机上装入谷仓里进行干燥,发明了五谷输送机、如带式、铁皮斗式等斜式立式输送机,还有抽风机送上碾米机上碾米的吸送机等,但采用垂直输送五谷的吹吸式五谷输送机尚未见有人发明和使用。
发明内容:为了实现采用无损伤垂直输送五谷上谷仓的目的,本发明采用吹吸式输送原理,采用抽压风机的负压吸力把稻谷、小麦、玉米、高梁、小米谷等五谷从谷斗底部的伸缩帆布喉管口吸入垂直上升到高处网隔斗中冲撞网壁落下从侧管流入干谷仓内,不实的空谷和谷毛、谷叶、梗节等轻质垃圾则随风飞飘出网孔进入垃圾收集大袋长袋子之中存储,实现无损伤轻松快速地把五谷抽送到高处的谷仓口处流入干谷机内烘干保存。也可以采用吹风机把五谷从低处的伸缩喉管三叉收缩口或三通小口处吹上高处的触落斗中触壁落下从侧管或斗底流入干谷仓中,其余轻质垃圾则随风吹出触落斗出风口然后进入收集袋中保存的输送方式来输送五谷到高处谷仓口。两种正负压输送机均可连接利用加热装置送来的热风、吹吸输送五谷的时候,同时获得加热干燥表层水份的预干燥效果。

具体实施方案:为了实现前述发明目的,本发明的具体实施方案其特征是:方案一包括高速抽风机(1)、装谷斗(2)、谷物吸入装置(3)、垃圾收集散风袋(4)、触落风斗(5)、伸缩管(6)、地凹洞(7)、分流谷槽(8)、干谷机入谷口(9)、抽风机控制开关(10)、干谷机(11),具体连接是在干谷机(11)的侧旁及上方分别固定伸缩管(6)和高速抽风机(1),在地凹洞(7)的面上安装谷斗(2)、装谷斗(2)内底部承接谷物吸入装置(3)的吸入口、谷物吸入装置(3)上接伸缩管(6)、伸缩管(6)上连触落风斗(5)、触落斗(5)连接分流谷槽(8)、分流谷槽(8)下接干谷机入谷口(9)、触落风斗(5)出风口连接高速抽风机(1)的进风口,高速抽风机(1)的出风口连接垃圾收集散风袋(4)、高速抽风机(1)与抽风机控制开关(10)电连接。方案二的特征是:把装在上方的高速抽风机(1)改装在谷物吸入装置(3)的进风管口底侧边,并改用高速抽风机的出风口与谷物吸入装置(3)的进风口连接通,其余特征与方案一相同;或者采用导管与装在干谷机上面的高速抽风机(1)的出风口和谷物吸入装置(3)的进风口相互连接通,利用正压风力把谷物吹送上干谷机入口(9)之中。
积极效果:本发明装置解决了五谷无损伤输送难题,对粮食的留种、长期保存都有好处,尤其是解决了大型干谷机和国家大型粮仓靠人力装谷难成本高的问题,非常适合国家大型粮仓和广大农业专业户采纳配合大型干谷机使用;一旦全国全球推广使用,对谷物立体无损伤反复输送行业具有重要的现实意义。

1.无损伤五谷输送机方案一包括高速抽风机(1)、装谷斗(2)、谷物吸入装置(3)、垃圾收集散风袋(4)、触落风斗(5)、伸缩管(6)、地凹洞(7)、分流谷槽(8)、干谷机入谷口(9)、抽风机控制开关(10)、干谷机(11),具体连接是在干谷机(11)的侧旁及上方分别固定伸缩管(6)和高速抽风机(1),在地凹洞(7)的面上安装谷斗(2)、装谷斗(2)内底部承接谷物吸入装置(3)的吸入口、谷物吸入装置(3)上接伸缩管(6)、伸缩管(6)上连触落风斗(5)、触落斗(5)连接分流谷槽(8)、分流谷槽(8)下接干谷机入谷口(9)、触落风斗(5)出风口连接高速抽风机(1)的进风口,高速抽风机(1)的出风口连接垃圾收集散风袋(4)、高速抽风机(1)与抽风机控制开关(10)电连接。
