Abstract

本发明装置名为移动式天燃气环保节能谷物干燥仓,目的是解决农民散户及灾区灾民能及时烘干收回的谷物和被雨水淋湿浸湿的谷物能及时烘干保护的问题,尤其是为了解决节能省工方便应用的问题;主要采用拖车面上安装燃气谷物烘干仓,并配套组装式太阳能热交换器随时随地组合使用,达到快速、方便、节能环保、高效干燥的目的,适合广大农业生产厂家和农户采纳生产推广应用。

移动式天燃气环保节能谷物干燥仓
技术领域:本发明是一种移动式天燃气环保节能谷物干燥仓,属农业机械节能装置范围。
背景技术:谷物的干燥保存,千百年来都是依靠人工凉晒脱水保存为主,现代发展有固定式燃炉热风干燥,五谷自然风干仓储装置等新式装置,但能移动到收谷现场、连续为分散的农户及时把刚收回的谷物干燥或遭遇风雨灾害造成的淋湿或浸湿谷物能及时抢救干燥保存等为目的,所用的移动式干燥装置目前尚未有人发明应用,为填补这一领域之空白,特创新设计本发明装置。
发明内容:为了实现前述移动连续为用户干燥刚收回的谷物或及时救助灾户受潮谷物干燥保护问题的目的,本发明装置采用:平板拖车(1)、谷物烘干仓(2)、加热装置(3)、抽压风机(4)、谷物烘干仓内底座通风网孔板(5)、谷物仓顶部抽风机(6)、防雨抽风风帽(7)、组装式太能阳热交换器(8)、动力抽压气机(9)主要部件组装构成;移动式天燃气或太阳能环保节能谷物干燥仓目的是为了解决农户谷物的免晒干燥保存之问题。

具体实施方案:本发明的具体连接构造是:包括拖车(1)、谷物仓(2)、加热装置(3)、抽压风机(4)、底座通风网孔板(5)、抽风机(6)、通气抽风风帽(7)、组装式太阳能热交换器(8)、动力抽压气机(9)、具体的连接组装其特征是:在拖车(1)的平板面上安装固定谷物仓(2),谷物仓(2)的底部安装底座通风网孔板(5)、谷物仓(2)的底部外侧进气口连接抽压风机(4)、抽压风机(4)的进气口连接加热装置(3)的热风出口,加热装置(3)的进气口连接组装式太阳能热交换器(8)的出气口,谷物仓(2)的顶部开若干出气口,分别连接抽风机(6)和通气抽风风帽(7)(为了防止无电地区或停电时电动抽风机无法抽风问题),谷物仓(2)的底部侧预留动力抽压气机进风连接口,并配备动力抽压气机(9)连接以替代电动抽风机备用。
积极效果:采用本发明装置可快速为广大农户及时干燥多种谷物和其它物品,还可为风雨灾区遭雨水浸淋而变湿的谷物及时抢救烘干服务,对农业生产、防灾抗灾、降低人力物力成本、提高谷物保存效率、防止不必要的损失,具有重要的现实意义。

1.移动式天燃气环保节能谷物干燥仓包括拖车(1)、谷物仓(2)、加热装置(3)、抽压风机(4)、底座通风网孔板(5)、抽风机(6)、通气抽风风帽(7)、组装式太阳能热交换器(8)、动力抽压气机(9),具体的连接组装其特征是:在拖车(1)的平板面上安装固定谷物仓(2),谷物仓(2)的底部安装底座通风网孔板(5)、谷物仓(2)的底部外侧进气口连接抽压风机(4)、抽压风机(4)的进气口连接加热装置(3)的热风出口,加热装置(3)的进气口连接组装式太阳能热交换器(8)的出气口,谷物仓(2)的顶部开若干出气口,分别连接抽风机(6)和通气抽风风帽(7)(为了防止无电地区或停电时电动抽风机无法抽风问题),谷物仓(2)的底部侧预留动力抽压气机进风连接口,并配备动力抽压气机(9)连接以替代电动抽风机备用。
