背景技术
用于控制复杂过程的图形用户界面(GUI)例如在与核电厂关联的控制室中、在军方防御系统中和在航空管理中是已知的。可以运用这样的图形用户界面以控制实际技术设施以及这样的设施的仿真。仿真提供用于在向设施施加实际控制信号和命令之前考察设施的潜在行为、由此提供设施的更佳控制和预期设施的行为。
计算设备包括平板计算机、比如iPad以及包括Apple的、Google的电话和电话的智能电话。这些计算设备具有用于支持与其用户容易和快速交互的极为用户友好的界面。这些设备中的多数设备并入触敏屏幕,这些触敏屏幕获得用户的输入并且有助于流畅的用户交互。在这些设备中的许多设备中运用例如以游戏软件的形式方便地实施的仿真软件用于休闲目的以及如前文提到的技术控制目的。游戏或者仿真系统的一个重要方面是给定的用户可以录入希望的输入并且与他/她在其上玩游戏和/或执行仿真的设备的用户界面交互的容易度。对于缺乏其中并入的触屏设施的设备,给定的用户在这样的设备上玩游戏或者执行仿真之时的唯一可能交互方式是通过使用关联鼠标、使用关联键盘功能/键来操作或者使用关联操纵杆。对在许多更低级电子设备中并入的‘指向和点击’或者‘操纵杆’的体验在玩游戏或者执行技术仿真之时不兼容并且经常费时。具体而言,存在如下具体游戏或者技术仿真,在这些游戏或者技术仿真中,给定的用户/玩家希望多次并且经常在不同设备显示位置使用点击、指向、轻击和拖动操作,这难以通过当代的鼠标或者当代的操纵杆来操作。在典型游戏环境中,在给定的用户需要通过点击或者触摸在界面上的多个点来执行相似操作时,这变得繁琐。即使在许多常规电子设备中提供的触敏屏幕能够感测一次仅在一个点的触摸操作。多触摸屏幕仍然不普及,并且它们可以在游戏环境或者仿真环境中大有益处。可以通过多触摸敏感操作来控制常规游戏控制台应用中的一些游戏控制台应用,然而在策略游戏环境中,对于执行某些希望的操作而言,它们仍然具有一些缺点。
因此,鉴于前述问题,存在对于在计算设备上玩游戏或者执行仿真之时用于游戏或者技术仿真和控制系统的更佳和高度地相称的图形用户界面(GUI)的需要。
发明内容
本发明寻求提供一种在实行游戏活动时和/或在继续控制真实技术系统的操作之前执行对这样的技术系统的仿真时运用更方便的改进的用户图像界面。
本发明也寻求一种运用在实行游戏活动时和/或在继续控制真实技术系统的操作之前执行对这样的技术系统的仿真时更方便的用户图像界面的改进的方法。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种如权利要求1所述的电子设备:提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:
触敏显示屏幕,被配置为同时感测在屏幕的多个点执行的触摸操作;
可操作用于执行软件产品的计算硬件,其中执行软件产品造成生成并且在显示屏幕上渲染图形用户界面,图形用户界面被配置为有助于用户交互;图形用户界面在被渲染时呈现:
一个或者多个图形对象;以及
一个或者多个用户可选择选项,每个选项代表用于对一个或者多个图形对象中的一个或者多个图形对象执行操作的一个或者多个资源;其中:
基于用户对用户可选择选项中的一个或者多个用户可选择选项的选择,软件产品被配置为在界面的多个位置渲染与选择的用户可选择对象对应的一个或者多个资源。
本发明的有利之处在于图形用户界面例如在提交需要并发地部署活动的复杂指令时更方便地运用图形用户界面。
可选地,在该电子设备中,软件产品被配置为在多个位置渲染一个或者多个资源之后基于接收到用户的执行输入来通过一个或者多个资源对一个或者多个图形对象执行动作。
可选地,在该电子设备中,软件产品被配置为基于用户在显示屏幕的多个点的触摸操作、或者用户经过多个点的滑动操作而在多个位置渲染一个或者多个资源,多个点对应于显示屏幕上的多个位置。更可选地,在该电子设备中,软件被配置为在用户在多个点的触摸操作被执行达预定时间时在多个位置渲染一个或者多个资源。进而更可选地,在该电子设备中,预定时间是用户可调整的。更可选的,在该电子设备中,在多个位置处渲染一个或者多个资源的迅速度至少基于用户在显示屏幕上的触摸操作或者滑动操作的速度。
更可选地,在该电子设备中,在多个位置处渲染的资源数目至少依赖于用户在执行触摸或者滑动操作期间在显示屏幕之上施加的压力。有益地通过向触屏中集成的一个或者多个压敏换能器确定给定的用户向触屏施加的压力。然而,某些当前触屏仅在二元基础上操作,即与触屏的给定的区域存在接触或者不存在接触。在这样的触屏中,可以按照在屏幕上的基本上同时经历给定的用户产生的接触的邻近空间连续感测点的面积确定给定的用户施加的压力。因此,随着由于给定的用户的指尖的生物组织的弹性变形而施加逐渐更多压力,逐渐更多空间连续感测点基本上同时在接触状态。可以在给定的用户运用具有弹性可变形末端的指向设备接触到触屏上以控制游戏或者仿真或者录入用于控制真实技术设施的命令时实现相似压力感测功能。可选地,游戏或者仿真包括用于给定的用户执行的用于校准触屏的压力灵敏度的校准例程。
可选地,在该电子设备中,软件产品和图形用户界面对应于游戏环境。更可选地,在该电子设备中,游戏系统对应于基于战争的游戏,图形用户界面对应于战场,并且一个或者多个资源对应于在战场内使用的武器。例如游戏环境可以是在使用真实技术硬件来实际实施军方操作之前的仿真。

(b)选择用户可选择选项中的一个或者多个用户可选择选项,并且执行在显示器上的不同点的触摸操作和经过显示器的不同点的滑动操作之一;以及
(c)在界面上的多个位置同时部署与选择的用户可选择选项对应的所述一个或者多个资源,多个位置对应于在其执行触摸操作或者经过其执行滑动操作的不同点。

本发明的一个实施例涉及一种用于游戏和仿真系统、用于有助于给定的用户在玩游戏或者控制仿真之时的容易和快速交互、并且用于避免在其上玩游戏和/或执行仿真的电子设备的触敏屏幕上执行触摸或者滑动操作之时经历的当代问题的图形用户界面。
游戏系统被并入于包括计算机、iPad、移动电话、平板计算机和智能电话的许多电子计算设备中用于休闲。许多这样的常规电子设备并入用于获得用户输入并且用于产生与界面的相称用户体验的触敏屏幕。为了在包括许多桌面型和膝上型计算机的无触敏屏幕的电子设备上玩游戏或者控制技术仿真,用户一般通过耦合的输入设备、比如鼠标、在键区上的某些键和操纵杆与游戏或者仿真系统的界面交互并且向该界面提供输入。使用通过鼠标的多个点击操作例如在需要在游戏或者仿真界面上的多个点执行相同操作的情况下费时和不利。即使用具有触敏显示器的设备,在需要经过界面的多个区域同时执行与玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的相似操作时,这仍然变得难以实现,因为常规触敏屏幕能够在特定点一次一个感测触摸操作。即使多触敏屏幕当前可用、并且被并入于电子设备中,与某些技术仿真相似地对应,与某些游戏对应的操作在玩游戏时需要同时感测和检测经过屏幕的多个区域执行的触摸或者滑动操作。
因此,本公开内容提供一种用于游戏和/或仿真系统的增强的图形用户界面,该图形用户界面改善给定的用户在电子设备上玩游戏或者执行技术仿真之时的体验。该系统和方法有助于通过电子设备的多触敏屏幕执行触摸和滑动操作并且允许给定的用户经过界面的不同区域同时执行与游戏或者仿真有关的相似操作。
在图2中示出与在电子设备上玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的图形用户界面,该图形用户界面示出玩策略游戏或者执行仿真的用户经过界面的多个点同时执行触摸或者滑动操作用于经过在界面上的多个位置执行相似操作的方式。如图所示,在电子设备上的显示屏幕上渲染与玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的图形用户界面100。具体而言,在电子设备的计算硬件上执行与游戏或者仿真对应的软件产品时在显示屏幕上渲染和呈现界面100。显示屏幕是能够感测在屏幕上的多个点同时执行的触摸或者滑动操作的多触敏屏幕。用户108使用他/她的手指中的两个手指并且在界面100上的两个不同位置102和104执行触摸操作。界面100感测这一操作,并且与游戏或者仿真对应的软件产品对界面100的不同图形对象执行与执行的触摸操作对应的动作。下文结合以下附图关于具体游戏环境或者仿真环境的示例更具体说明这一点。
在图3中示出电子设备的显示屏幕在用户在设备上玩游戏或者执行仿真并且将本公开内容的方法用于控制游戏或者仿真界面时的快照。如所示出的,电子设备200包括显示屏幕202,其中在显示屏幕202的图元206上渲染用于执行与游戏或者仿真对应的动作的不同资源。出于说明公开内容的目的,描绘的游戏或者仿真环境对应于基于战争的游戏或者仿真,并且在显示屏幕202上渲染的游戏环境对应于战场204。设备200可以是并入了多触敏屏幕的任何适当电子设备,该电子设备包括iPad、智能电话、例如Apple的 电话或电话、平板计算机、桌面型计算机或者膝上型计算机等。战场204具有不同图形对象、例如可以代表城堡或者阵营的目标208。游戏或者仿真的目的可以是通过在图元206示出的不同资源A、B和C等攻击城堡来赢得它。在元素206内的资源A、B和C可以代表包括枪、炮、箭、弓等的武器(即技术硬件),或者可以代表不同军队、武装兵、步兵或者骑兵等。尽管仅已经示出三个这样的资源,但是可以有用于玩游戏或者执行仿真的多个其它资源。在策略游戏或者仿真中,用户选择这些资源中的一个或者多个资源并且在战场204内的多个位置部署选择的资源。选择的资源然后用来执行用于攻克目标208的操作。例如可以操作部署的资源以通过它们拥有的不同武器来攻击目标208。用户可以使用同时在显示器202上的不同点的多个触摸操作以在战场204内的多个位置部署资源A、B、C等。另外,用户也可以执行滑动操作以通过越过具体路径滑动手指来全部经过沿着该路径的点集部署具体资源。可以通过指向具体部署的资源并且在希望的方向上滑动手指来控制不同的部署的资源背离或者朝着目标208移动。在用户触摸显示屏幕202以部署选择的资源时,屏幕202检测到用户在不同点施加的压力。在不同位置部署的资源数目可选地依赖于施加的压力数目。具体而言,在特定点施加的更高压力造成在该点部署数目增加的资源并且反之亦然。另外,在战场204上的不同位置部署资源的迅速度依赖于用户经过不同点执行触摸或者滑动操作的速度。例如如果用户希望沿着在具体路径中的不同点部署选择的资源并且经过路径执行滑动操作,则与执行经过路径的滑动操作一样快地部署资源。迅速滑动操作与慢速滑动操作相比造成更快资源部署。
另外,在图3中示出设备在用户已经选择可选择选项A、B和C之一时用于在基于战争的游戏或者仿真的战场内部署资源的显示屏幕。作为示例示出用户已经选择在战场中部署与具体资源类别或者类型对应的选项B以随后对目标208操作。如前文提到的那样,选择的资源可以是军队、拥有特定类型武器的武装兵、骑兵等。另外,尽管示出选择仅一个选项,但是用户也可以选择多个选项以在战场中部署不同种类的资源。最后在选择选项B之后,用户如图所示使用他/她的手指中的两个手指以控制界面并且在两个希望的点302和304部署军队。具体而言,用户在点302和304同时或者在时间序列中、即逐个执行触摸操作。备选地,也可以通过从选择的点302和304中的的任一点启动、经过具体希望的路径、以一直经过希望的路径部署资源来执行滑动操作。在一个实施例中,在执行触摸操作之后的具体预定时间在选择的点部署资源。例如在一个实施例中,仅当用户保持他的手指与点触摸达约为0.5至1秒的预定时间才可以在特定点部署资源。这一特征可调整,并且可以在玩游戏或者执行仿真之前基于用户的希望来定制用户为了部署资源而需要保持他的手指与屏幕接触的最少时间。另外,这避免可能非有意地或者非希望地部署资源的情况。
基于检测到某些条件来释放具体部署的资源用于动作、例如用于攻击目标208。这可以例如包括用户在已经在希望的点部署资源之后仍然在该点保持他/她的手指达约1至2秒。在另一情况下,可以在显示屏幕上分离地渲染执行选项,并且用户需要在部署资源之后通过该选项提供执行命令。另外,通过不同手指执行的多触摸操作独立地动作,并且显示屏幕被配置为独立地感测和解释通过这些手指执行的滑动或者触摸操作。具体而言,作为示例,在经过在屏幕上的特定点触摸或者滑动一个手指时,可以在与那些点对应的一个位置集合之上部署一个资源集合,并且后续在经过不同点集触摸或者滑动另一手指时,可以后续也在那些点之上部署第二资源集合。两个资源集合可以根据用户可调整的并且可以在玩游戏或者执行仿真之前定制的游戏设置而相同或者不同。另外,如前文提到的那样,显示屏幕也能够感测在不同点同时执行的触摸或者滑动操作并且在不同点一起部署资源。在一个实施例中,在不同点部署的资源数目可以是一个,各自对应于检测在该点执行的触摸操作。备选地,只要在特定点或者在点集之上执行触摸或者滑动操作就可以在那些点之上部署每单位时间恒定数目的资源。在另一实施例中,如先前提到的那样,部署的资源数目是用户在执行触摸或者滑动操作之时施加的压力的函数。具体而言,在特定点施加的更高压力可选地造成在该点部署数目更多的资源并且反之亦然。
接着参照图4,图示电子设备的显示屏幕,其中示出在显示屏幕上的多个位置部署与选择的选项B对应的资源。如图所示,在屏幕202上的一个位置集合部署资源集合410,并且这些对应于在图4中所示点302周围更早执行的多个触摸操作。为了部署资源410,用户可选地经过覆盖这些点的路径执行滑动操作。另外,示出在目标208的另一侧上部署另一资源集合420。在用户通过另一手指执行用点304——见图4——发起的触摸操作时渲染这些资源。相似地,可选地在显示屏幕202上的许多其它点执行触摸或者滑动操作以在其它希望的点部署资源。
在图6中示出用于实施根据本公开内容的方法和装置的示例环境的图示。示出多个电子设备502、504、506和508,通过这些电子设备,用户可以通过550、560和570代表的多个网络之一连接到不同游戏服务器510和540、例如游戏服务器和/或仿真服务器之一。电子设备502、504、506或者508可以是具有计算硬件的任何适当电子设备,该计算硬件能够支持和执行与游戏和/或仿真系统对应的软件产品。所示电子设备的典型示例可以包括桌面型计算机、膝上型计算机、平板计算机、包括普遍已知的电话等的智能电话、iPad等。另外,所有这些电子设备具有用于感测和获得用户通过在一个或者多个显示屏幕的多个点执行的触摸或者滑动操作的输入的一个或者多个多触敏屏幕。另外,不同电子设备502、504、506和508通过适当通信网络、通过服务器510和540中的任一服务器相互连接。网络550、560和570等可以是无线网络、比如无线局域网(WLAN)、局域网(LAN)、蜂窝网络、例如2G网络、3G网络等。另外,电子设备504、506和508中的任何电子设备也可以使用它自己的Bluetooth网络并且可以能够连接到Bluetooth服务器以与其它电子设备同步;“Bluetooth”是注册商标。所示示例环境通过有助于多个用户通过不同设备在线从而通过适当网络连接并且相互同步也支持多玩家游戏。另外,如模块520、530等所示,多个数据库耦合到不同服务器,并且与游戏环境有关的信息在不同用户在线进行多玩家游戏时连续地存储于这些数据库中。
为了有助于单玩家游戏或者单用户仿真,用户通过电子设备502、504、506或者508中的任何电子设备登录并且通过适当网络、例如经由因特网和/或无线通信网络连接到游戏或者仿真服务器510或者540之一。在用户登录并且在他/她利用的具体设备、例如设备502的计算硬件上执行游戏或者仿真软件时,生成并且在设备502的显示屏幕上渲染与游戏对应的图形用户界面。图形用户界面在设备502的显示屏幕上呈现与游戏或者仿真有关的不同图形对象。图形对象可以由图形用户界面的不同块/段代表,可以对这些块/段执行与玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的不同操作。例如在游戏是基于战争的游戏或者仿真涉及技术军方硬件、比如枪、炮等的情况下,这样的块/段可以代表需要攻克的一个或者多个目标、比如更早在图3中示出的目标208。另外,也在设备502的界面上渲染一个或者多个图元,该一个或者多个图元代表用于对图形对象执行动作的用户可选择选项集合。已经更早结合公开内容的与基于战争的游戏或者仿真有关的先前附图具体说明这样的元素。另外,在不同图形对象之上可移动的点对象(光标)在图形用户界面上出现用于控制游戏或者仿真操作。通过在设备502的显示屏幕上执行触摸、滑动或者轻击操作可控制指针对象。另外,包括鼠标、操纵杆或者键盘按钮集合的其它输入设备可以耦合到设备502(尽管未示出)用于有助于提供用户输入。可以通过使用包括手指、钢笔、铅笔、指示元件等来执行在显示屏幕上的触摸操作。
耦合到游戏或者仿真服务器510的另一数据库580充当用于游戏或者仿真服务器510的后端数据库。在设备502的用户开始玩游戏或者执行仿真时,在后端服务器580中记录用户执行的典型动作和手势。具体而言,通过游戏或者仿真服务器510解释这样的动作并且作为消息向后端服务器580发送这些动作,该后端服务器最终维护玩的游戏或者执行的仿真的日志和用于该游戏或者仿真的备份。这样的消息可以是通过因特网连接——设备502通过该因特网连接来连接到服务器510——发送的或者通过如前文提到的将设备502连接到服务器510的任何其它无线或者有线网络发送的数据包的形式。用于维护用于游戏或者仿真的备份的这样的消息的典型元素可以包括首部、净荷和校验和。校验和可以是净荷的函数或者它可以是唯一用户标识符、比如用户名等。在维护消息的后端中包括校验和而产生的优点是有可能在玩游戏之时避免潜在欺诈或者避免第三方破坏仿真,该破坏可能不利地影响仿真所生成的结果。本领域技术人员将理解适当校验和函数或者校验和算法可以在玩游戏或者执行仿真之时应用于收集的数字数据以获得校验和。另外,可以在任何时间点重新计算与具体数据对应的校验和并且比较该校验和与存储的校验和以避免可能的欺诈。也向服务器510的其它数据库520和530发送服务器510接收的后端消息。在这些数据库520、530中,这些后端消息用来维护代表游戏或者仿真的状态的连续逻辑、例如玩家的随时间更新的确切分数和玩家已经达到的游戏的阶段或者仿真的结果、比如产出、结构的完整性等。随着数据库520和530连续接收后端消息,最终随时间在这些服务器数据库520和530内执行游戏状态的有规律更新。这保证有助于将游戏或者仿真恢复至它的上个状态,在设备510意外地关闭、设备510在它的通信中意外地受阻或者用户改变游或者仿真终端或者他/她对于某个时段有意地退出玩游戏或者执行仿真并且在某个其它时间登录的情况下,这样的恢复可能性有助于增强用户对图形用户界面的满意度。
尽管已经仅示出两个服务器510和540,但是可以有相互协调和连接用于实施根据本公开内容的游戏和/或仿真环境的多个游戏或者仿真服务器。另外,如图6中所示环境能够实施瘦客户端游戏或者仿真、即在计算机程序中被编写,该计算机程序在它的计算作用上部分地独立,其中游戏或者仿真逻辑的一部分可以存储于服务器510和540中的任何服务器中,并且它的一部分可以存储于游戏或者仿真终端中。描绘的环境也支持厚客户端游戏或者仿真、即在完全独立计算机中被编写,其中整个游戏或者仿真逻辑可以存储于游戏终端中。另外,游戏或者仿真可选地也完全基于web,其中游戏或者仿真逻辑的大部分可以存储于服务器510或者540中的任何服务器中。可以可选地以任何编程语言编写分别与玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的游戏或者仿真软件。
虽然已经对于在单个用户登录到电子设备502、504、506或者508中的任何电子设备时的情况描述通过所示游戏或者仿真环境可实施的游戏或者仿真系统,但是相同游戏或者仿真环境能够支持多玩家游戏或者仿真,其中不同用户可以通过不同电子设备登录并且通过如前文提到的适当网络、通过公共游戏或者仿真服务器510和540中的任何公共游戏或者仿真服务器并发地连接来相互同步,并且共享代表进行中的游戏或者仿真的公共图形用户界面。在这样的实施例中,在后端通过在游戏或者仿真服务器的数据库520和530中存储的逻辑数据并发地、有规律地更新在不同电子设备的显示屏幕上渲染的图形用户界面。
在图7中示出有助于用户在玩游戏或者执行仿真之时与图形用户界面(GUI)交互的方法。结合通过公开内容的先前各图更早描述的基于战争的游戏或者仿真的典型示例说明该方法。然而该方法可以被推广并且也实施于其它游戏或者仿真环境上而未旨在于限制本公开内容的范围。在步骤604,该方法包括在电子设备的计算硬件上执行软件产品的步骤。电子设备可以是并入多触敏屏幕的任何适当设备,更早已经描述该设备的示例。软件产品对应于用于有助于在电子设备上玩游戏或者执行技术仿真的游戏或者仿真系统。在步骤608,在执行软件产品时,该方法包括生成并且在电子设备的显示屏幕上、在图形用户界面上渲染游戏或者仿真环境的表示。在步骤612,该方法包括经由图形用户界面呈现不同的图形对象、用于控制游戏或者仿真环境的用户可选择选项集合和用于经过在界面上的不同点执行触摸或者滑动操作的指针。例如如前文提到的那样,在基于战争的游戏或者仿真中,图形对象可以对应于待攻克的城堡、待摧毁的阵营等,并且游戏或者仿真环境可以代表战场。用户可选择选项可以对应于可以在界面的不同部分之上部署的、用于对图形对象执行操作例如以求计分点或者确定它们的技术特性的不同资源。具体而言,资源可以是不同类型的军队、骑兵、拥有包括枪、炸弹、炮、箭、弓等的多用途武器的武装兵。在步骤616,该方法包括用户选择与他/她想要在游戏或者仿真环境内部署的不同种类的资源对应的一个或者多个可选择选项。进一步继续,在选择和启用可选择选项之一之后,在步骤620,该方法包括部署对应资源、用户根据他/她希望部署它们的位置在界面的多个点上执行触摸或者滑动操作。在步骤624,资源被部署并且在游戏或者仿真界面上出现。在一个实施例中,对不同资源的部署的性质可以依赖于不同参数。例如在特定点部署的资源数目依赖于用户在该点执行触摸操作之时在显示屏幕上施加的压力。另外,如果用户希望沿着构成具体路径的多个点部署资源并且沿着该路径执行滑动操作,则部署资源的迅速度依赖于用户沿着路径执行滑动操作的速度。在另一实施例中,可以在执行触摸操作的每个点部署每单位时间恒定数目的资源。资源部署的性质可由用户调整并且可以在玩游戏之前基于用户的优先级来定制。
在步骤628,该方法包括在通过资源执行动作之前校验是否希望部署其它资源。如果“是”,则该方法包括返回到步骤616、选择与资源对应的可选择选项并且再次经过希望的点执行触摸或者滑动操作。另外进一步进行,在步骤632,该方法包括在游戏或者仿真环境内释放部署的资源用于动作。例如在基于战争的游戏或者仿真中,释放部署的军队/武装兵用于对具体目标操作以从它们被部署于的不同点攻击它。在一个实施例中,释放部署的资源被自动化并且在用户在部署具体资源之后将他/她的手指保持在该具体资源上达预定时间时出现。例如这一时间可以是在已经部署资源之后的约1至2秒的触摸操作。显示屏幕被配置用于感测这一预定时间,并且软件产品在这出现时执行与部署的资源有关的动作。在另一实施例中,释放不同资源可能需要手动用户输入。具体而言,例如可以在部署资源之后渲染触发选项(比如“行走”或者“开火”选项),并且直至用户手动地启动选项才可以释放资源。在步骤636,在已经通过部署的资源执行动作之后,更新图形用户界面,并且代表游戏或者仿真环境的最新状态的重新形成的界面在显示屏幕上渲染。
本公开内容的用于改善用户与对应于游戏和/或仿真的图形用户界面的交互的方法和系统在用户在游戏或者仿真环境中执行不同操作时提供大量益处。可以通过同时经过显示屏幕的多个点触摸或者滑动来容易执行在用户希望执行时经过在游戏或者仿真界面上的不同位置的相似操作。因此,用户对游戏或者仿真界面的体验令人舒适得多。
虽然已经通过本公开内容适用于游戏和/或仿真环境中的示例实施例并且具体通过基于战争的游戏或者仿真的示例全面描述本公开内容,但是公开内容也发现它在其它游戏、控制和仿真环境中的应用并且一般也可以适用于与游戏或者仿真系统无关的其它图形用户界面。在某些应用中,公开的实施例的用户界面可以用于任何游戏、技术系统或者仿真类型的虚拟控制。公开的实施例的某些方面也适用于执行包括构建拱廊和求解智力游戏的其它操作。另外,相称用户界面也可以被实施于其它类型的游戏、例如冒险、角色扮演和射击游戏、建造和管理仿真游戏等之内。例如相称用户界面可以被使用于在金融交易所、例如在纽约华尔街和伦敦股票交易所中部署的计算机终端中,其中买卖者需要在执行金融交易、例如综合信用默认交换或者衍生金融产品买卖时同时控制多个交易。
现在以下将描述本发明的更多实施例。本公开内容涉及一种用于如前文提到的游戏或者仿真系统、用于有助于用户在玩游戏或者执行仿真之时的容易和快速交互并且用于避免在电子设备上分别玩游戏或者执行仿真时使用鼠标或者操纵杆之时通常经历的繁琐操作的图形用户界面(GUI)。
在包括计算机、iPad、移动电话、平板计算机和智能电话的许多电子设备中并入游戏和仿真系统以用于休闲。在包括许多常规上可用的桌面型和膝上型计算机的无触屏设施的计算设备上玩游戏或者执行仿真之时,用户与游戏或者仿真系统界面的主要交互模式是通过设备、比如鼠标、在键区上的某些键和耦合到计算设备的操纵杆。在许多游戏或者技术仿真中,用户经常希望获得快速应用某些操作,为此他/她需要多次并且在界面的不同部位使用点击或者轻击操作,这经常费时。多数智能电话和平板计算机现在已经并入触屏显示器,并且在这些设备上玩游戏较为更容易。然而在与触敏屏幕——该触敏屏幕充当用于与游戏对应的图形用户界面的触觉表面——交互之时,在单个或者不同位置的多个点击或者轻击操作可能有损屏幕。另外,由于设备太经常用于玩游戏,屏幕经常在长期运行中变得退化从而在屏幕上产生擦痕和污斑,这经常是不希望的。另外,某些操作需要在图形用户界面上的不同位置的一致点击和轻击,这需要时间来支持操作。
在图8中描绘与耕种游戏或者耕种仿真对应的图形用户界面,该图形用户界面图示在执行不同相关操作之时如何常规地执行这些操作以及用户/玩家面临的问题。关于非洲有益地运用仿真作为用于农场主的技术辅助,这些农场主应对例如人为强加的气候改变所加剧的恶劣环境条件,这些气候改变被认为是由向地球的大气中的人为二氧化碳排放所引起的,这些二氧化碳排放引起大气二氧化碳浓度相对于大气中的约400p.p.m的当前二氧化碳浓度增加大约3p.p.m/年。增加的二氧化碳浓度被认为引起世界海洋的酸化、即不利地影响用于水生食物的主要来源,这些来源已经由于来自日本福岛的放射泄漏——即在人类历史上的最坏工业事故——而变得紧张。
在图8中,有耕种田地1100和多个角色1106,这些角色控制在田地1100上的操作。角色1106由用户/玩家控制并且被移动和允许在田地1100内执行不同操作。在图形用户界面的左上角中示出计分卡,并且示出角色1106可以骑乘的不同马匹1102。游戏或者仿真将要例如根据例如从分析来自气象卫星的数据而确定的与非洲有关的将来天气预测在田地1100的不同适当部分中种植不同作物/水果。现在将描述示例情形:角色1106希望在田地1100的具体区域中种植某物。接着参照图9,用户选择与他/她希望种植具体作物的位置对应的图形对象1200。通过鼠标轻击对象1200,或者如果界面为触敏则通过触摸界面来进行选择。在用户触摸对象1200时,菜单列表出现,该菜单列表包含与可以在该区域中种植的不同作物、例如如图所示覆盆子1206、蓝莓1024、草莓1208等对应的不同可选择选项。假设用户已经决定在田地的一个部分中种植蓝莓1204而在另一部分中种植覆盆子1206。为此,用户选择相关选项并且选择他/她希望种植它们的对应区域。进一步继续,现在在图10中示出图8的更新的田地1100,其中已经示出在区域1300中种植蓝莓并且已经示出沿着区域1302种植覆盆子。这里在耕种田地明显大并且需要在耕种田地的不同区域中种植不同作物时出现主要问题。另外,可能希望在田地的相互近邻或者邻接放置的不同区域中种植具体作物。为了实现这一点,用户需要通过鼠标的多个点击/轻击操作或者在屏幕是触敏屏幕的情况下通过将手指或者像手指一样的触敏物体指向不同区域来个别地选择那些区域中的每个区域。在两种情况下,操作消耗大量时间,并且具体而言,在通过手指在触屏上执行操作时,它可能最终有损屏幕。
本公开内容提供一种用于游戏或者仿真系统、比如图8至图10中所示游戏或者仿真系统的高效和用户友好图形用户界面(GUI),这是通过拖动指针对象或者通过在界面的不同图形对象之上执行滑动动作来有助于容易和快速操作的界面。
具体而言,本公开内容与在控制或者有助于在游戏和/或仿真系统的图形用户界面上的操作之时在界面上执行滑动操作。在图11中图示可以在游戏或者仿真系统的图形用户界面上执行的用于在玩游戏或者执行仿真期间控制操作的滑动操作。如图所示,为了执行本公开内容的滑动操作。用户的手指1408以如在并入触敏屏幕1400的电子设备中操作菜单和操纵其它应用那样的正常方式初始地放置于希望的点1402并且沿着希望的路径1406移动直至到达希望的目的地点1404。
另外,取代使用手指,也可以用鼠标通过初始地将鼠标指向点1402并且在点1402轻击鼠标、通过鼠标沿着希望的路径1406在屏幕上拖动指针并且最终在最终位置1404释放鼠标来执行滑动操作。另外,任何其它显示敏感设备或者元件、例如笔或者被指向的设备可以在屏幕上用于执行滑动操作。联系这一操作及其在图8至图10中描绘的典型耕种环境上适用的优点,假设用户希望全部沿着图11中的路径1406代表的宽阔区域在耕种田地上的不同块上种植覆盆子。然后用户仅需通过指向沿着路径1406的任何点来选择弹出的覆盆子选项并且完全沿着路径1406滑动他/她的手指。这一操作将造成沿着整个路径1406容易和更快种植覆盆子。
在图12至图15中示出图8中更早所示耕种田地的视图,并且各图图示本公开内容的图形用户界面支持的滑动特征的优点。如图12中所示,图示了耕种田地1500的视图,并且游戏或者仿真的目的是通过沿着田地1500的不同区域生产不同作物来获得计分点或者获取信用。种植不同/作物/产品或者执行不同操作、比如收割或者浇灌田地1500的不同分节达到将被用户计分的不同分数点或者信用。田地1500具有可以被用户修改以对分数点或者信用进行计分的不同段/块。这些段/块由图形用户界面的不同图形对象代表,该图形用户界面在正在其上玩游戏或者正在执行仿真的电子设备的显示屏幕上呈现游戏环境或者农田1500。接着参照图13,为了种植具体产品/作物,用户已经在具体希望的位置、例如如图所示块1602代表的位置通过鼠标点击或者轻击或者通过他的手指或者通过显示敏感物体(在电子设备的屏幕为触敏的情况下)触摸。在用户触摸块1602时,与块1602对应的项目特有菜单(ISM)在图形用户界面上出现。不同块可以具有与可以在它们之上种植的可能作物/产品对应的不同项目特有菜单。如图所示,与块1602对应的ISM菜单示出与可以在田地中种植的不同作物对应的不同用户可选择选项、比如A、B、C、D和E。每个可选择选项对应于用于种植不同作物/产品种类、例如玉米、谷物、胡萝卜、小麦和水稻的具体工具。各图中示出和这里描述的实施例仅为示例,并且并入明显变化的其它实施例也可以是可能的、因此未限制本公开内容的范围。例如可以根据田地的点击、轻击或者选择的块/段而有在SIM菜单中存在的其它不同工具种类。具体而言,如果已经培育选择的块1602,则在ISM菜单中出现的可选择选项中的一些可选择选项可以对应于杀虫剂喷洒、收割、浇水等。接着参照图14,如果用户决定培育例如水稻,则他/她从ISM菜单选择适当对应选项并且在他/她希望种植水稻的任何处全部在田地的不同块/段之上滑动他的/她的手指。最终如图所示,培育的水稻在用户已经滑动他的手指或者拖动鼠标的地方全部在农田的区域1700之上出现。作为用于举例说明将滑动运动应用于其它操作的又一示例,如果用户现在希望在区域1700的某些区域中收割种植的水稻,则他/她轻击、点击或者触摸区域1700,并且如工具1702所示工具之一在另一弹出ISM菜单中出现用于镰刀操作。结合图5进一步继续,用户将他的/她的手指指向镰刀工具并且在在田地的他/她希望收割种植的水稻的区域滑动手指。最终如图所示,用户从区域1802收割和收集水稻获得成功并且已经有意地留下其它区域未被收割。
强调在游戏系统的图形用户界面中应用滑动特征的优点,与如前文通过图8至图10举例说明的解决方案比较,通过极快和容易可操作的滑动动作容易完成例如所有比如在农田中收割或者培育这样的操作,该滑动动作仅需不到一秒并且避免如在现有技术游戏或者仿真系统中完成的在界面的不同点的多个点击或者轻击。这消除在屏幕为触敏情况下显示屏幕具有的任何影响、比如退化,或者无论农田可能多大都避免在执行不同操作时的任何复杂性。

对于游戏或者执行仿真的用户玩家,用户通过电子设备1902、1904、1906或者1908中的任何电子设备登录并且通过适当网络连接到游戏或者仿真服务器1910或者1940之一。在用户登录并且在具体设备、例如设备1902的计算硬件上执行游戏或者仿真软件时,生成并且在设备1902的显示屏幕上渲染与游戏或者仿真对应的图形用户界面。图形用户界面在设备1902的显示屏幕上呈现不同图形对象。图形对象可以是图形用户界面的不同块/段,可以对这些块/段执行与玩的游戏或者执行的仿真对应的不同操作。另外,在不同图形对象之上可移动的点对象(光标)在图形用户界面上出现用于控制游戏或者仿真操作。如果设备1902无触敏屏幕,则指针对象可以通过耦合到设备1902的鼠标、操纵杆或者键盘按钮集合可控制。另外,如果设备1902具有在其中并入的触屏功能,则也可以通过手指或者任何显示敏感物品、比如任何其它元件/钢笔/铅笔的滑动或者轻击/点击来执行相同控制操作。
另一数据库1980作为用于游戏或者仿真服务器1910的后端数据库。在设备1902的用户开始玩游戏或者执行仿真时,在后端服务器1980中记录用户执行的典型动作和手势。具体而言,通过游戏或者仿真服务器1910解释这样的动作并且向后端服务器1980发送这些动作作为消息,该后端服务器最终维护用于玩的游戏或者执行的仿真的备份。这样的消息可以是通过因特网连接——设备1902通过该因特网连接来连接到服务器1910——发送的或者如前文提到的将设备1902连接到服务器1910的任何其它无线或者有线连接发送的数据包的形式。用于维护用于游戏或者仿真的后端的这样的消息的典型元素可以包括首部、净荷和校验和。校验和可以是净荷的函数或者它可以是唯一用户标识符、比如用户名等。在维护消息的后端中包括校验和而产生的优点是有可能避免在玩游戏之时的预期欺诈或者在仿真中的破坏,该破坏可能不利地影响仿真所生成的结果。也向服务器1910的其它数据库1920和1930发送服务器1910接收的后端消息。在这些数据库中,这些后端消息用来维护代表游戏或者仿真的状态的连续逻辑、例如玩家的随时间更新的确切分数和玩家已经达到的游戏的阶段。在数据库1920和1930连续接收后端消息时,最终随时间在服务器数据库1910和1920内实施游戏或者状态的有规律更新。这保证有助于在设备1910意外地关闭、用户改变游戏或者仿真终端,或者有意地退出玩游戏或者执行仿真一段时间并且在某个其它时间登录的情况下恢复游戏或者仿真的上个状态。
虽然已经仅示出两个服务器1910和1940,但是可以有相互协调和连接用于实施根据本公开内容的游戏或者仿真环境的多个游戏或者仿真服务器。另外,如图16中所示环境能够被实现为瘦客户端游戏或者仿真,其中可以在服务器1910和1940中的任何服务器中存储游戏逻辑或者仿真逻辑的部分,并且可以在游戏或者仿真终端中存储它的部分。描绘的环境也支持厚客户端游戏或者仿真,其中可以在游戏或者仿真终端中存储整个游戏逻辑或者仿真逻辑。另外,游戏也可以完全基于web,其中游戏逻辑或者仿真逻辑的大部分可以存储于服务器1910或者1940中的任何服务器中。可选地经由云计算架构实现本发明。
虽然已经对于在单个用户登录到电子设备1902、1904、1906或者1908中的任何电子设备时的情况描述通过所示游戏或者仿真环境可实现的游戏或者仿真系统,但是相同环境能够支持多用户游戏或者仿真,其中不同用户可以通过不同电子设备登录并且通过适当网络连接到公共服务器1910和1940来相互同步并且共享代表进行中的游戏或者仿真的公共图形用户界面、例如联合国饥荒救济项目。在这样的实施例中,在后端通过在游戏或者仿真服务器的数据库1920和1930中存储的逻辑数据并发地、有规律地更新在不同电子设备的显示屏幕上渲染的图形用户界面。
在前文中,有益地通过向触屏中集成的一个或者多个压敏换能器确定给定的用户向触屏施加的压力。然而某些当前触屏仅在二进制基础上操作,即有与触屏的给定的区域的接触或者无接触。在这样的触屏中,可以按照在屏幕上的基本上同时经历给定的用户产生的接触的邻近空间连续感测点的面积确定给定的用户施加的压力。因此,随着由于给定的用户的指尖的生物组织的弹性变形而施加逐渐更多压力,逐渐更多空间连续感测点基本上同时在接触状态。可以在给定的用户运用具有弹性可变形末端的指向设备接触到触屏上以控制游戏或者仿真或者录入用于控制实际技术设施的命令时实现相似压力感测功能。
有益地,在如在前文中描述的那样实施游戏或者仿真并且给定的用户从游戏或者仿真退出,例如为了在以后时间恢复,在数据存储器中有益地存储参数,这些参数描述游戏或者仿真在从游戏退出的时刻的状态,从而可以在恢复游戏或者仿真再次恢复游戏或者仿真的状态。
对在前文中描述的本发明的实施例的修改是可能的而未脱离如所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。用来描述和要求保护本发明的表达、比如“包括”、“并入”、“由……构成”、“具有”、“是”旨在于以非排他方式来解释、即允许未明示地描述的项目、部件或者单元也存在。引用单数也将被解释为涉及复数。在所附权利要求中的括号内包括的标号旨在于辅助理解权利要求而不应以任何方式被解释为限制这些权利要求所要求保护的主题内容。
Claims (17)
1.一种电子设备,包括:
显示屏幕;以及
被配置为执行软件产品的计算硬件,其中执行所述软件产品生成并且在所述显示屏幕上渲染图形用户界面,所述图形用户界面被配置为有助于用户交互,所述计算硬件、图形用户界面和所述软件产品在游戏系统上被实施,所述计算机硬件被配置为:
在所述图形用户界面上呈现一个或者多个可选择图形对象;
使得能够选择所述可选择图形对象中的一个或者多个可选择图形对象;
在选择所述可选择图形对象之一时在所述图形用户界面上生成菜单列表,所述菜单列表包括一个或者多个可选择选项;
检测从所述菜单列表选择所述可选择选项之一;
检测对所述图形用户界面上的沿着路径的区域的基本上连续的选择,其中所述基本上连续的选择包括检测在所述图形用户界面之上的滑动运动;以及
在所述图形用户界面上的沿着所述路径的每个区域中执行与选择的所述选项对应的动作,其中所述游戏系统包括耕种游戏,所述图形用户界面的所述可选择图形对象包括耕种环境的在其中种植有一种或者多种作物的不同空间区域,并且其中在所述菜单列表中的所述可选择选项是不同耕种工具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中检测所述基本上连续的选择包括检测在所述图形用户界面之上的光标的轨迹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括在所述图形用户界面之上渲染的用户输入界面,所述用户输入界面被配置为检测与移动指针对象、点击或者轻击所述指针对象或者在所述图形用户界面之上滑动触敏对象对应的输入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,所述计算硬件被配置为响应于检测到触敏对象在沿着所述路径的每个区域中的图形对象的一部分之上的滑动动作来向所述图形对象的所述一部分连续应用选择的所述选项。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述计算硬件被配置为检测所述基本上连续的选择的结束、终止所述动作、以及从所述图形用户界面去除选择的所述选项的可视指示符。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述计算硬件被配置为检测对沿着所述路径的所述一个或者多个区域的所述基本上连续的选择的速度;以及
以至少部分地依赖于对沿着所述路径的所述一个或者多个区域的所述基本上连续的选择的所述速度的迅速度执行与选择的所述选项对应的所述动作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述图形用户界面是触敏屏幕,并且用户界面在所述触敏屏幕上被实施为所述触敏屏幕的触觉表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述计算硬件被配置为响应于检测到对所述图形用户界面上的沿着路径的一个或者多个区域的所述基本上连续的选择的终止,停用对与选择的所述选项对应的所述动作的所述执行。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,包括用于连续地记录和更新所述一个或者多个图形对象的状态改变的数据库,所述软件产品被耦合到所述数据库,并且被配置为在所述图形用户界面的可操作状态中断的情况下将所述一个或者多个图形对象的所述状态恢复至它们在所述数据库中的上个更新的状态。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述电子设备通过网络连接到服务器,所述图形用户界面在多个电子设备上在时间上被并发地生成,以有助于多个用户与所述图形用户界面的交互,其中在所述多个电子设备上生成的所述图形用户界面中的每个图形用户界面通过所述服务器被协调并且在所述多个电子设备上随时间被并发地更新。
11.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述电子设备包括桌面型计算机、膝上型计算机、iPad、或者智能电话,所述智能电话包括电话或者电话。
12.一种有助于用户与图形用户界面的交互的方法,所述图形用户界面通过在电子设备的计算硬件上执行软件产品被生成并且在所述电子设备的显示器上被渲染,所述计算硬件、图形用户界面和所述软件产品在游戏系统上被实施,所述方法包括:
在所述图形用户界面内渲染一个或者多个图形对象;
检测对所述一个或者多个图形对象中的一个或者多个图形对象的选择;
渲染包含可选择选项集合的菜单列表,每个可选择选项对应于将向特定图形对象的一部分或者向所述一个或者多个图形对象中的一个或者多个图形对象应用的效果;
检测对所述可选择选项之一的选择;
通过检测在所述图形用户界面之上的滑动运动来检测对所述图形用户界面的沿着路径的区域的基本上连续的选择;以及
向特定图形对象的一部分或者向与所述路径对应的一个或者多个图形对象应用与选择的所述选项对应的所述效果,其中所述游戏系统包括耕种游戏,所述图形用户界面的所述可选择图形对象包括耕种环境的在其中种植有一种或者多种作物的不同空间区域,并且其中在所述菜单列表中的所述可选择选项是不同耕种工具。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括配置所述图形用户界面以在检测到对所述图形用户界面的沿着所述路径的区域的所述基本上连续的选择的时间期间应用与选择的所述选项对应的所述效果,以在所述基本上连续的选择被终止时去除选择的所述选项。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括:连续地记录和更新所述一个或者多个图形对象的状态改变,将所述软件产品耦合到数据库,并且在所述图形用户界面的操作中断的情况下将一个或者多个图形对象的所述状态恢复至它们在所述数据库中的上个更新的状态。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括:
通过网络将多个电子设备连接到服务器;
在所述电子设备中的每个电子设备的所述显示器上在时间上并发地生成所述图形用户界面;
通过所述服务器协调多个图形用户界面,并且随时间并发地更新它们以有助于多个用户与所述图形用户界面的交互和协调。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述图形用户界面包括游戏系统,所述方法被实施以有助于在线多玩家游戏系统。
17.一种在机器可读数据存储介质上记录的软件产品,所述软件产品在计算设备的计算硬件上可执行,以用于实施根据权利要求12所述的方法。
