(a)1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトと、該1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトに対応するユーザ選択可能な1つ以上のオプションとを、グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースにレンダリングすること、ただし、ユーザ選択可能なオプションはそれぞれ、インターフェースに展開される1つ以上のリソースに対応する、レンダリングすることと;
(b)ユーザ選択可能なオプションのうちの1つ以上を選択して、ディスプレイの様々なポイントでのタッチ動作と、ディスプレイの様々なポイントにわたるスワイプ動作とのうちの一方を実行することと;
(c)選択されたユーザ選択可能なオプションに対応する該1つ以上のリソースを、インターフェースの複数の位置に同時に展開すること、ただし、複数の位置は、タッチ動作が実行されている様々なポイント、またはスワイプ動作が各ポイントにわたって実行されている様々なポイントに対応する、展開することと
を含む。
(d)ディスプレイ・スクリーンの複数のポイントでのタッチ動作が所定の時間にわたり実行されることの検出に少なくとも基づいて、複数の位置に該1つ以上のリソースを展開することをさらに含んでもよい。
(e)複数の電子デバイスを、ネットワークを介してサーバに接続することと;
(f)グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを、それぞれの電子デバイスのディスプレイに時間的に同時に生成することと;
(g)グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを用いた複数のユーザのやり取りおよび連携を容易にするために、サーバを介して複数のグラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを調整し、それらを、時間と共に同時に更新することと
をさらに含んでもよい。

1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの上を移動できるように構成されたポインタ・オブジェクトであって、グラフィカル・オブジェクトのうちの1つ以上の上でポインタ・オブジェクトがクリックまたはタップされるのに伴い、ユーザ選択可能な1つ以上のオプションを含むメニュー・リストを呼び出すよう構成されたポインタ・オブジェクトと
を提示し、
ソフトウェア製品は、メニュー・リストからユーザ選択可能なオプションを選択して、グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースでのポインタ・オブジェクトのドラッグおよびタッチ・センシティブ・オブジェクトのスワイプのうちの一方を、1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトにわたって、または特定のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの特定の部分にわたって実行すると、それぞれ、該1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトに対して、または特定のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの該部分に対して、選択されたオプションに対応する効果が連続的に適用される状態を保持し、それによって、それぞれ、該1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの状態、または特定のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの該部分の状態が変化するよう構成される。
(a)グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェース内に1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトをレンダリングすることと;
(b)一組のユーザ選択可能なオプションを含むメニュー・リストを呼び出すために、ポインタ・オブジェクトを介して1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトをクリックまたはタップすること、ただし、ユーザ選択可能なオプションは、特定のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの特定の部分に対して、または1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトに対して適用される効果に対応する、クリックまたはタップすることと;
(c)ユーザ選択可能な特定のオプションを選択し、ポインタ・オブジェクトのドラッグ動作およびディスプレイ・センシティブ・アイテムのスワイプ動作のうちの一方を、グラフィカル・オブジェクトの特定の部分の上で、または1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの上で実行することによって、それぞれ、特定のグラフィカル・オブジェクトの特定の部分に対して、または該1つ以上のグラフィカル・オブジェクトに対して、選択されたオプションに対応する効果を適用することと
を含む。
(d)複数の電子デバイスを、ネットワークを介してサーバに接続することと;
(e)グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを、それぞれの電子デバイスのディスプレイに時間的に同時に生成することと;
(f)グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを用いた複数のユーザのやり取りおよび連携を容易にするために、サーバを介して複数のグラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースを調整し、それらを、時間と共に同時に更新することと
をさらに含んでもよい。
本方法では、グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースは、ゲーム・システムに対応してもよく、本方法は、オンライン・マルチプレーヤー・ゲーム・システムを促進するよう構成されてもよい。
前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記表示画面上にグラフィカルユーザインタフェースを生成およびレンダリングさせ、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、ユーザの相互作用を容易にするように構成され、前記コンピューティングハードウェア、前記コンピュータプログラムおよび前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースはゲームシステムに実装され、前記コンピューティングハードウェアは、
前記ユーザインタフェースの第1の部分におけるグラフィカルオブジェクトの選択を検出することと;
前記選択されたグラフィカルオブジェクトに対応するリソースを特定することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの第2の部分における複数のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記複数のポイントを選択する時間が予め定められた時間よりも長いかどうかを判断し、長い場合は、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において前記複数のポイントにリソースを同時に展開することであって、前記展開されたリソースは、前記複数のポイントにおける前記ユーザインタフェース上のオブジェクトとして提示されることと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分における前記複数のポイントから、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられたアクションが、ターゲットオブジェクトにおいて実行されるようにすることと;
前記ターゲットオブジェクトの状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変更し、前記第2の状態は、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられた前記アクションの、前記ターゲットオブジェクトにおける前記実行に対応することと;
を遂行するように構成される。
前記ユーザインタフェースの第1の部分におけるグラフィカルオブジェクトの選択を検出することと;
前記選択されたグラフィカルオブジェクトに対応するリソースを特定することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの第2の部分における複数のポイントの選択を検出すること、ただし前記複数のポイントは、第1のポイントと、少なくとも1つの第2のポイントとを含む、前記検出することと;
前記複数のポイントを選択する時間が予め定められた時間よりも長いかどうかを判断し、長い場合は、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において前記複数のポイントにリソースを同時に展開することであって、前記展開されたリソースは、前記複数のポイントにおける前記ユーザインタフェース上のオブジェクトとして提示されることと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分における前記複数のポイントから、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられたアクションが、ターゲットオブジェクトにおいて実行されるようにすることと;
前記ターゲットオブジェクトの状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変更し、前記第2の状態は、前記特定されたリソースに関連付けられた前記アクションの、前記ターゲットオブジェクトにおける前記実行に対応することと;
を含む。

Claims (20)
- 表示画面と、コンピュータプログラムを実行するように構成されたコンピューティングハードウェアとを備える電子デバイスであって、
前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記表示画面上にグラフィカルユーザインタフェースを生成およびレンダリングさせ、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、ユーザの相互作用を容易にするように構成され、前記コンピューティングハードウェア、前記コンピュータプログラムおよび前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースはゲームシステムに実装され、前記コンピューティングハードウェアは、
前記ユーザインタフェースの第1の部分におけるグラフィカルオブジェクトの選択を検出することと;
前記選択されたグラフィカルオブジェクトに対応するリソースを特定することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの第2の部分における複数のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記複数のポイントを選択する時間が予め定められた時間よりも長いかどうかを判断し、長い場合は、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において前記複数のポイントにリソースを同時に展開することであって、前記展開されたリソースは、前記複数のポイントにおける前記ユーザインタフェース上のオブジェクトとして提示されることと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分における前記複数のポイントから、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられたアクションが、ターゲットオブジェクトにおいて実行されるようにすることと;
前記ターゲットオブジェクトの状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変更し、前記第2の状態は、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられた前記アクションの、前記ターゲットオブジェクトにおける前記実行に対応することと;
を遂行するように構成される、電子デバイス。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記電子デバイスに、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースとの第1の接触を、前記複数のポイントのうちの第1のポイントの選択として検出することによって、前記第1のポイントの選択を検出させ、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースとの少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出することによって、前記複数のポイントのうちの少なくとも1つの第2のポイントの選択を検出させる、
請求項1による電子デバイス。 - 前記第1の接触の検出は第1の時間に生じ、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触の検出も前記第1の時間に生じる、請求項2に記載の電子機器。
- 前記第1の接触の検出は第1の時間に生じ、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触の検出は、前記第1の時間より遅い第2の時間に生じる、請求項2に記載の電子機器。
- 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記電子デバイスに、
前記第1の接触を検出することと;
前記第1の接触に続いて、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において、前記第1のポイントから離れる方向の動きを検出することと;
前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントにおいて前記動きの静止位置を検出することと;
前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントを前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触として特定することと;
前記第1のポイントから前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントまでの経路を特定することと;
によって、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出させる、請求項2に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムコードの実行は、前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、前記第1のポイントと前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントとの間の前記経路に沿って、前記特定したリソースの複数のインスタンスをレンダリングさせる、請求項5に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムコードの実行は、前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との既定の時間に亘る第1の接触を検出することによって、前記複数のポイントのうちの第1のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との既定の時間に亘る第2の接触を検出することによって、前記複数のポイントのうちの少なくとも1つの第2のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記第1の接触に関連して、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に、前記特定されたリソースの第1のインスタンスをレンダリングすることと;
前記第2の接触に関連して、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に、前記特定されたリソースの少なくとも1つの第2のインスタンスをレンダリングすることと;
を遂行させる、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記第1のインスタンスは、前記特定されたリソースに関連するリソースの第1のセットを備え、前記少なくとも1つの第2のインスタンスは、前記特定されたリソースに関連するリソースの第2のセットを備え、前記第1のセットのリソースは、前記特定されたリソースに関連する第1のタイプのアクションの実行を生じさせ、前記第2のセットのリソースは、前記特定されたリソースに関連する第2のタイプのアクションの実行を生じさせる、請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に前記第1のセットのリソースをレンダリングした後、第2の既定の期間、前記第1の接触を検出した後に、前記第1のタイプのアクションを開始することと;
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に前記第2のセットのリソースをレンダリングした後、前記第2の既定の期間、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出した後に、前記第2のタイプのアクションを開始することと;
を遂行させる、請求項8に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分に前記第1のセットのリソースのインスタンスと前記第2のセットのリソースのインスタンスをレンダリングした後、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分に実行オプションをレンダリングすることと;
前記実行オプションの選択を検出することと;
前記第1のタイプのアクションと前記第2のタイプのアクションを開始することと;
を遂行させる、請求項8に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアによる前記コンピュータプログラムの実行は、前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
第1のポイントにおける、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との接触が、前記第1のポイントから第3のポイントへ離れる動きを検出し、前記第1のポイントと前記第3のポイントとの間の経路に沿って前記特定されたリソースの第1のタイプのインスタンスを展開することと;
少なくとも1つの第2のポイントにおける、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との接触が、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントから少なくとも1つの第4のポイントへ離れる動きを検出し、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントと前記少なくとも1つの第4のポイントとの間の経路に沿って前記特定されたリソースの第2のタイプのインスタンスを展開することと;
を遂行させる、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - ユーザに、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースとのやり取りを支援する方法であって、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースは、電子デバイスのコンピューティングハードウェアでコンピュータプログラムを実行することによって前記電子デバイスの表示画面に生成およびレンダリングされ、前記コンピューティングハードウェア、前記コンピュータプログラムおよび前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースはゲームシステムに実装され、前記方法は、
前記ユーザインタフェースの第1の部分におけるグラフィカルオブジェクトの選択を検出することと;
前記選択されたグラフィカルオブジェクトに対応するリソースを特定することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの第2の部分における複数のポイントの選択を検出すること、ただし前記複数のポイントは、第1のポイントと、少なくとも1つの第2のポイントとを含む、前記検出することと;
前記複数のポイントを選択する時間が予め定められた時間よりも長いかどうかを判断し、長い場合は、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において前記複数のポイントにリソースを同時に展開することであって、前記展開されたリソースは、前記複数のポイントにおける前記ユーザインタフェース上のオブジェクトとして提示されることと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分における前記複数のポイントから、前記展開されたリソースに関連付けられたアクションが、ターゲットオブジェクトにおいて実行されるようにすることと;
前記ターゲットオブジェクトの状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変更し、前記第2の状態は、前記特定されたリソースに関連付けられた前記アクションの、前記ターゲットオブジェクトにおける前記実行に対応することと;
を含む、方法。 - 前記電子デバイスに、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースとの第1の接触を、前記第1のポイントの選択として検出することによって、前記第1のポイントの選択を検出させることと、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースとの少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出することによって、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントの選択を検出させることとを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の接触の検出は第1の時間に生じ、前記少なくとも1つの第13の接触の検出も前記第1の時間に生じる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の接触の検出は第1の時間に生じ、前記少なくとも1つの第13の接触の検出は、前記第1の時間より遅い第2の時間に生じる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の接触を検出することと;
前記第1の接触に続いて、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分において、前記第1のポイントから離れる方向の動きを検出することと;
前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントにおいて前記動きの静止位置を検出することと;
前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントを前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触として特定することと;
前記第1のポイントから前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントまでの経路を特定することと;
前記第1のポイントと前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントとの間の前記経路に沿って、前記特定したリソースの複数のインスタンスをレンダリングすることと;
によって、前記電子デバイスに、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出させることを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との既定の時間に亘る第1の接触を検出することによって、前記第1のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との既定の時間に亘る少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出することによって、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントの選択を検出することと;
前記第1の接触に関連して、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に、前記特定されたリソースの第1のインスタンスをレンダリングすることと;
前記第2の接触に関連して、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に、前記特定されたリソースの第2のインスタンスをレンダリングすることと;
を遂行させることを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のインスタンスは、前記展開されたリソースに関連するリソースの第1のセットを備え、前記第2のインスタンスは、前記展開されたリソースに関連するリソースの第2のセットを備え、前記第1のセットのリソースは、前記展開されたリソースに関連する第1のタイプのアクションの実行を生じさせ、前記第2のセットのリソースは、前記展開されたリソースに関連する第2のタイプのアクションの実行を生じさせる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に前記第1のセットのリソースをレンダリングした後、第2の既定の期間、前記第1の接触を検出した後に、前記第1のタイプのアクションを開始することと;
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分上に前記第2のセットのリソースをレンダリングした後、前記第2の既定の期間、前記少なくとも1つの第2の接触を検出した後に、前記第2のタイプのアクションを開始することと;
を遂行させることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記コンピューティングハードウェアに、
前記第1のポイントにおける、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との接触が、前記第1のポイントから第3のポイントへ離れる動きを検出し、前記第1のポイントと前記第3のポイントとの間の経路に沿って前記特定されたリソースの第1のタイプのインスタンスを展開することと;
前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントにおける、前記ユーザインタフェースの前記第2の部分との接触が、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントから少なくとも1つの第4のポイントへ離れる動きを検出し、前記少なくとも1つの第2のポイントと前記少なくとも1つの第4のポイントとの間の経路に沿って前記特定されたリソースの第2のタイプのインスタンスを展開することと;
を遂行させることを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
