背景和现有技术
包含氯型抗微生物剂如三氯生的卫生处理和消毒皂组合物是已知的。此类组合物需要相当长的接触时间以提供有效的抗菌作用。在实践中，用户(尤其儿童)在清洗中没有花费长的时间，因此，用此类组合物的清洗无法提供足够的预防作用来避免表面或局部感染或无法提供足够的保护作用来避免疾病。用户，尽管清洗手，很可能具有相对不充分的细菌去除的皮肤，并且会引起其它有生命的和/或无生命的表面的污染并且导致致病菌和随之发生的疾病的传播。饭前用缓慢起作用的抗微生物组合物较短时间清洗脏手的一般用户和尤其儿童面临着感染疾病的风险。此外，除磨料之外还有许多抗微生物活性剂包括在口腔护理组合物如洁齿剂中，但是这些活性剂一般即使不需要几个小时也需要几分钟才能产生有效的抗菌作用。人们常常用非常短的时间例如约1分钟或更短时间来洗刷他们的牙齿或漱洗他们的口腔，因此使得这些组合物在提供所需的益处上显得相当无效。

本发明的另一个目的是提供具有相对快速的抗菌作用的抗微生物组合物。
发明概述
根据本发明的一个方面，提供消毒表面的方法，它包括以下步骤：
(i)施加组合物到表面上，该组合物包含：
(a)0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
(b)0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；
(c)0.01-5wt%的百里酚；和
(d)载体；

丁香酚

萜品醇

载体

表面活性剂
抗微生物组合物优选包含1-80%的表面活性剂。一般，该表面活性剂可以选自于已描述在众所周知的教科书中的表面活性剂，如“Surface Active Agents”第1卷，Schwartz& Perry，Interscience 1949，第2卷，Schwartz，Perry & Berch，Interscience 1958，和/或由Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的“McCutcheon's Emulsifiers andDetergents”的最新版或在“Tenside-Taschenbuch”，H. 本发明的组合物尤其适合用于其中抗微生物活性剂与表面的接触时间是较短的洗刷过程，即大约低于5分钟，优选大约低于2分钟，和进一步优选大约低于1分钟和在很多情况下大约低于15秒。
本发明的其它附加优点是，已经观察到，用包含萜品醇、百里酚和丁香酚的组合物处理的表面令人吃惊地实现该表面的持续保护，之后在相当长的时间中抵抗微生物的生长。
附加的成分
该组合物可以进一步包含为所属技术领域的专业人员已知的各种附加成分。此类附加成分包括但不限于：芳香剂，颜料，防腐剂，润肤剂，防晒剂，乳化剂，胶凝剂，或增稠剂。本发明的组合物也可包含除丁香酚、百里酚和萜品醇之外的抗微生物活性剂。此类抗微生物活性可以是三氯碳酰苯胺(TCC)，三氯生(TCN)，锌化合物例如(氧巯基吡啶锌(zincpyrithione))或苯扎氯铵(BKC)，优选苯扎氯铵。此类附加抗微生物活性剂能够以组合物重量的0.1-5wt%，优选0.5-4wt%的量存在。
形式
该抗微生物组合物可以是固体，液体，凝胶，或浆料的形式。另外，组合物能够以喷雾的形式被分配到表面上。所属技术领域的专业人员通过选择一种或多种载体材料和/或表面活性剂来制备各种形式的组合物。本发明的抗微生物组合物可用于清洗和护理，尤其用于皮肤清洗和皮肤护理。可以设想的是，该抗微生物组合物能够用作保留型产品或洗去型（wash-off）产品，优选洗去型产品。本发明的抗微生物组合物也可用于硬表面如玻璃、金属、塑料等等的清洗和护理。将本发明的组合物分配到硬表面上的尤其有用的方式是通过喷雾方式。
根据一个方面，水是优选的载体。当水是载体时，优选的液体组合物包含：
(a) 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
(b) 0.01-5wt%百里酚，
(a) 0.01-5wt%萜品醇
(b) 10-99wt%水，和；
(c) 0.1-30wt%表面活性剂。
该液体抗微生物组合物可用于皮肤清洗，尤其用于洗手或洗面。另一种非常有用的液体抗微生物组合物可用于消毒硬表面，织物，尿布，被切开或划伤的皮肤表面或在剃须之后的面颊和颈部上的皮肤表面。此类液体组合物常常被称作液体抗菌剂组合物并且此类组合物通常在用水稀释后使用。稀释所用的合适的组合物 : 水比率是在1:2-1:500范围，更优选1:10-1:400范围，进一步优选约1:10-1:50。特别优选的是，此类液体抗菌剂组合物包含阳离子表面活性剂。最优选的阳离子表面活性剂是苯扎氯铵。当包括时，苯扎氯铵优选是以相当于组合物重量的1-10 wt%时，更优选1-5 wt%的量存在。
当水是载体时，优选的固体组合物包括：
(a) 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚，
(b) 0.01-5wt%百里酚，
(c) 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇，
(d) 5-30wt%的水，和；
(e) 30-90wt%的表面活性剂。
固体抗微生物组合物优选是成形的固体形式，更优选是条形。该固体抗微生物组合物特别可用于皮肤清洗，尤其用于洗手或洗面。在固体抗微生物组合物中，该表面活性剂优选是皂。
根据另一个方面，无机颗粒材料也是合适的载体。当无机颗粒材料是该载体时，该抗微生物组合物呈现固体形式。优选该无机颗粒材料是滑石。当该无机颗粒材料是滑石时，固体抗微生物组合物特别可用作在面部或身体上使用的爽身粉。
根据其它方面，溶剂是优选的载体。虽然任何溶剂都能使用，但是醇是优选的溶剂。短链醇，尤其乙醇和丙醇特别优选用作抗微生物擦拭物或抗微生物洗手卫生消毒剂组合物的载体。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供消毒表面的方法，该方法包括以下步骤：(i) 施加组合物到表面上，该组合物包括：(a) 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；(b) 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；(c)0.01-5wt%的百里酚；和(d)载体；和(ii)用合适的溶剂清洗该表面或用合适的擦拭物擦拭该表面。
清洗表面的溶剂优选是水，但也能够是水和醇的混合物。在这里的词“清洗”包括用合适擦拭物擦拭表面的作用。 因此，表面例如手，面部，身体，口腔，或任何硬表面例如器皿首先与本发明的组合物接触。 然后在预定的时间之后，优选用足够量的水清洗，以便除去任何可见的或感觉残留的组合物。另外，醇擦拭物或水/醇浸渍的擦拭物可用来擦拭该表面，使得在视觉上除去了抗微生物组合物。在将组合物施加于基材上的步骤之后，清洗该基材的步骤优选进行低于5分钟，优选低于2分钟，更优选低于1分钟和在很多情况下低于15秒。
消毒该表面的方法优选包括在清洗或擦拭的步骤之前将组合物施加于该表面上，该组合物包括：(a) 0.03-0.4wt%丁香酚；(b) 0.03-0.6wt%百里酚；0.06-1.5wt%萜品醇；和载体。可用于该消毒方法中的组合物优选包括1-80%表面活性剂。该表面活性剂优选是阴离子的。另一个方面，该表面活性剂是阳离子的。该阳离子表面活性剂优选是苯扎氯铵。当存在时苯扎氯铵的含量优选是相当于组合物的0.1-5wt%。
根据优选的方面，本发明提供非治疗益处。
因此，根据本发明的又一个方面，提供组合物在微生物计数的较快速减少上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。
根据本发明的又一个方面，提供组合物在人体表面的改进的卫生上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。人表面包括皮肤，手和口腔。
本发明因此提供了组合物在改进的手卫生上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。
本发明还提供了组合物在改进的口腔卫生上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。
本发明进一步提供了组合物在改进的硬表面卫生上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。
本发明也提供治疗益处。
因此，根据本发明的又一个方面，提供组合物在微生物计数的较快速减少上的用途，该组合物包括0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体。
实施例
本发明现在用实施例进行说明。实施例仅仅是为了举例说明的目的并且不以任何方式限制权利要求的范围。
实施例1-3：在丁香酚与百里酚和萜品醇的组合之间的在短的时间范围(15秒)内提供细菌杀灭作用的协同相互作用
包括活性剂的组合物是用水作为载体制备的，如下表1中所示。萜品醇，百里酚和丁香酚是从印度Nishant aromas获得的。
将约107个细菌细胞(大肠杆菌ATCC 10536)加入到试管中，然后与各种组合物接触15秒的时间。在15秒的接触之后取出细菌，通过抗微生物剂的中和、连续稀释和点在琼脂板上来测定活细胞的存在。该数据是作为log(活大肠杆菌)给出在表1中，它是在15秒的接触之后剩下的活大肠杆菌的数量的log10值。因此，如果剩下104，则log(活大肠杆菌)是4。
在表1中的数据是四个实验的平均结果。

表1中的数据表明，当丁香酚与百里酚和萜品醇的组合一起在非常短的时间范围内提供抗细菌杀灭作用时，有协同的相互作用。
实施例4-7：百里酚，萜品醇和它们与丁香酚的组合的抗细菌效力：
在表2中所示的各种组合物是通过使用与实施例1-3所述相同的程序来制备的，并且使用与用于评价实施例1-3的相同程序来评价抗细菌效力。关于抗细菌效力的数据在表2中给出。

表2中数据与表1中数据一起阅读之后表明，三种成分百里酚、萜品醇或丁香酚中每一种各自或它们的二元混合物中的任何一种不能提供与三种成分的三元混合物同样良好的抗菌作用。事实上数据表明了协同的抗细菌效力。
实施例8-10：本发明的另一种组合物的抗微生物效力
列于表3中的组合物是通过使用与用于实施例1-3的类似程序制备的并且使用与用于实施例1-3类似的程序来评价抗细菌效力。 数据列于表3中。

实施例11-13：包括苯扎氯铵的液体防腐剂组合物
制备在表4中所示的液体防腐剂组合物。各种组合物按照1:400的组合物:水的比率用水稀释，然后测试抗细菌效力。所使用的程序与用于实施例1-3的程序类似。关于抗细菌效力的数据在表4中给出。

表4中的数据表明，萜品醇、百里酚和丁香酚的组合与苯扎氯铵相互协同作用以提供大大改进的抗细菌效力。
实施例14-16：皂条组合物。
按照制备研磨和模压的皂条的常规程序来制备皂条组合物。各种皂条的组成列于表5中。制备该皂条在水中8%浓度的溶液，并且用于通过采用与实施例1-3所用的类似的程序、只是使用106活细菌来测试抗细菌效力。数据列于表5中。

表5中的数据表明，有百里酚和萜品醇的皂提供了10倍更好的细菌除去效果，与普通的抗菌皂(含有TCC即三氯碳酰苯胺)相比。与此对比，另外包括丁香酚的本发明的皂条(实施例 16)提供20倍更好的细菌除去效果。
实施例17：口腔护理组合物
按照表6中所示制备良好抗细菌作用的口腔护理组合物。

Claims (13)

1.非治疗性的消毒表面的方法，它包括以下步骤：
(i) 施加组合物到表面上，该组合物包含：
(a) 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
(b) 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；
(c) 0.01-5wt%的百里酚；和
(d) 载体，所述载体为水、水与油的混合物或水与溶剂的混合物；
和
(ii) 用合适溶剂清洗该表面或用合适擦拭物擦拭该表面，其中清洗或擦拭该表面的步骤是在将该组合物施加于该表面上的步骤之后低于5分钟进行。
2.根据权利要求1所要求的方法，其中该组合物包含
a. 0.03-0.4wt%丁香酚；
b. 0.03-0.6wt%百里酚；
c. 0.06-1.5wt%萜品醇；和
d. 载体，所述载体为水、水与油的混合物或水与溶剂的混合物。
3.根据前述权利要求1-2中任何一项的方法，该组合物包含1-80%的表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所要求的方法，其中该表面活性剂是阴离子型的。
5.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所要求的方法，其中所述组合物包含苯扎氯铵。
6.抗微生物组合物，其包含：
a. 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
b. 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；
c. 0.01-5wt%百里酚；
d. 1-80wt%表面活性剂；和
e. 载体，所述载体为水、水与油的混合物或水与溶剂的混合物。
7.液体抗微生物组合物，其包含：
a. 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
b. 0.01-5wt%百里酚；
c. 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；
d. 10-99wt%水；和
e. 1-30wt%表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求7所要求的液体抗微生物组合物，其中该表面活性剂是阳离子表面活性剂。
9.固体抗微生物组合物，其包含：
a. 0.005-5wt%的丁香酚；
b. 0.01-5wt%的百里酚；
c. 0.01-5wt%的萜品醇；
d. 5-30wt%水；和
e. 30-80wt%的表面活性剂。
10.根据权利要求9所要求的固体抗微生物组合物，其中该表面活性剂是皂。
11.组合物在改进的手卫生上的用途，该组合物包含0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体，其中所述载体为水、水与油的混合物或水与溶剂的混合物，所述用途是非治疗性的。
12.组合物在改进的口腔卫生上的用途，该组合物包含0.005-5wt%丁香酚；0.01-5wt%百里酚，0.01-5wt%萜品醇，和载体，其中所述载体为水、水与油的混合物或水与溶剂的混合物，所述用途是非治疗性的。
