技术领域
本发明涉及含微粒/聚轮烷(有时缩写为“PR”)涂料、含微粒/PR涂膜和涂布制品。更特别地,本发明涉及包含聚轮烷和给定平均粒径的微粒的含微粒/PR涂料、含微粒/PR涂膜和涂布制品。
背景技术
近年来,出于车身重量减轻和设计灵活性改进的目的,机动车辆的一些外部部件已从金属部件改变至塑料部件。通常,对塑料部件进行涂布。
例如,翼子板(fender)和后门板(back-door panel)由刚性塑料材料如片状模压料(SMC)和聚合物合金形成。这些刚性塑料部件用底漆涂布后,如在金属材料的情况下,各自用底漆和面涂层涂布。另一方面,需要耐弯曲性和耐冲击性的保险杠和进油管扰流器(side sill spoiler)由软性塑料材料如聚丙烯和聚氨酯形成。这些软性塑料部件各自用底漆涂膜和软性面涂层涂布。
最近,还提议使用已知为滑环凝胶(ring-slide gel)的聚轮烷作为改进耐磨性用涂布材料(参见专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
期望使用此类滑环凝胶、聚轮烷的涂布材料,以获得进一步改进的涂布性能。
作为广泛研究的结果,本发明人已发现,存在由于化学物质进入凝胶中而使得使用滑环凝胶聚轮烷的涂料用材料的膜溶胀的可能性。
作出本发明以解决上述新问题。本发明的目的在于提供能够实现高耐磨性和耐化学性的含微粒/PR涂料以及含微粒/PR涂膜和涂布制品。
用于解决问题的方案
作为进一步广泛研究的结果,本发明人已发现,上述目的可通过根据以下条件(1)和(2)制备含微粒/PR涂料、以及施涂所得涂料而实现。
(1)涂料包含具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷。
(2)涂料包含平均粒径小于380nm的微粒。
即,本发明的含微粒/PR涂料包括溶剂类涂料、具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷和平均粒径小于380nm的微粒。改性聚轮烷具有环状分子、通过及包接在环状分子中的线性分子,和在线性分子的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿的封端基团。
本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜为在被涂物上的本发明含微粒/PR涂料的层的形式。
此外,本发明的涂布制品包括本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜和被涂物。
通过制备根据上述条件(1)和(2)的含微粒/PR涂料、以及施涂所得涂料,根据本发明可以将高耐磨性和耐化学性赋予至含微粒/PR涂料、含微粒/PR涂膜和涂布制品。

具体实施方式
下文中,以下将详细描述本发明的含微粒/PR涂料。在说明书和权利要求书中,除非另有说明,含量和浓度值的全部百分比(%)以质量计。
本发明的含微粒/PR涂料包含溶剂类涂料用材料、具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷和平均粒径小于380nm的微粒。改性聚轮烷具有环状分子、通过及包接在环状分子中的线性分子,和在线性分子的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿的封端基团。该含微粒/PR涂料可实现高耐磨性和耐化学性,因此可适用于需要此类性能的应用。
如上述作为专利文献1列举的日本特开专利公开2007-99989和日本特开专利公开2007-91938中述及的,具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷显示在有机溶剂如乙酸乙酯和甲苯中的溶解性以及可适用于涂料。此外,包含在涂料中的微粒完成如下屏蔽功能:阻塞涂膜中的改性聚轮烷周围的化学物质侵入路径(entry passage),从而减少化学物质进入聚轮烷中,由此防止聚轮烷的溶胀。
必要的是微粒具有小于380nm的平均粒径。微粒的平均粒径优选1至100nm,更优选1至50nm。当微粒的平均粒径小于380nm时,微粒可完成屏蔽功能而不引起由于可见光通过这些微粒的反射或折射导致的涂布面颜色的变化。本发明中,将“平均粒径”定义为根据库尔特计数法的测量值。
含微粒/PR涂料中的微粒含量优选为1至30质量%,更优选5至20质量%,还更优选10至15质量%。当微粒含量在上述范围内时,可以减少化学物质进入聚轮烷中以及改进涂膜的耐化学性,同时获得涂膜的本来的延性(fundamental ductility)和维持涂膜的机械性能如耐冲击性。还可以充分地确保改性聚轮烷足够的含量和确保涂膜的耐磨性。
对微粒没有特别限制,只要微粒具有良好的耐磨性及耐化学性和可应用于含微粒/PR涂料即可。微粒的实例为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、沸石、海泡石、滑石、碳酸钙、粘土、高岭土、金、银和铂等的细颗粒。这些颗粒可单独使用或以其两种以上组合使用。使用前可以处理微粒,从而具有能够与后述固化剂反应的反应性基团如羟基。此外,可以用聚硅氧烷等处理微粒以改进分散性。其中,考虑到二氧化硅和氧化铝细颗粒可容易地表面改性以及在涂料中具有良好分散性的事实,二氧化硅和氧化铝的细颗粒是优选的。
如上所述,具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷具有如下基本骨架:线性分子通过环状分子,封端基团在线性分子的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿。
对环状分子没有特别限制,只要环状分子具有可用线性分子刺穿以产生滑轮效果的环状结构即可。在本说明书中,“环状结构”不必为完全封闭的环状结构,可以基本上为环状结构如C状结构。优选地,环状分子具有反应性基团以易于引入改性基团等。反应性基团的实例包括但不限于,羟基、羧基、氨基、环氧基、异氰酸酯基、硫醇基和醛基。作为反应性基团,优选在形成封端基团(封端反应)期间与封端基团不反应的反应性基团。从该观点,反应性基团优选为羟基、环氧基或氨基,更优选羟基。

对线性分子没有特别限制,只要线性分子可作为聚轮烷的构成成分包含在高耐磨性和耐化学性的含微粒/PR涂料中即可。
作为线性分子,可使用聚烯烃类(polyalkylenes)、聚酯类、聚醚类、聚酰胺类、聚丙烯酰类和含苯环线性化合物。这些线性分子可单独使用或以其两种以上组合使用。聚烯烃类的实例包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异戊二烯和聚丁二烯。聚酯类、聚酰胺类、含苯环线性化合物和聚丙烯酰类的实例是普通常用的线性分子。聚醚类的实例包括聚乙二醇,从在环状分子中的包接性以及在水或水性溶剂中的溶解性的观点,它是可适用的。
封端基团可以为能够键合至线性分子的相对末端以保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿的任何种类。作为此类封端基团,可使用庞大基团(bulky groups)和离子性基团。此处的术语“基团”是指各种基团如分子基团和高分子基团。
庞大基团可为球形或侧壁状,并各自具有离子性以与环状分子的离子性相互作用(例如排斥),从而保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿。
封端基团的具体实例为二硝基苯基类如2,4-二硝基苯基和3,5-二硝基苯基、环糊精、金刚烷、三苯甲基、荧光黄、芘及其衍生物和改性变体。
具有己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷的具体实例是其中环状分子为具有部分或全部用己内酯改性基团(CO(CH2)5OH)改性的羟基的环糊精的改性聚轮烷,更具体地,是环状分子为具有部分或全部用键合至-O-C3H6-O-基团的己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)改性的羟基的环糊精的改性聚轮烷。例如,具有键合至-O-C3H6-O-基团的己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)的聚轮烷可通过将聚轮烷的环糊精中的一个或多个羟基与环氧丙烷反应,然后用己内酯处理所得羟丙基化聚轮烷而制备。该改性聚轮烷显示良好的在有机溶剂如乙酸乙酯和甲苯中的溶解性,因此可适用于涂料。此外,在此类聚轮烷的滑轮效果下,使用本发明涂料的涂膜可获得改进的耐磨性。
在含微粒/PR涂料中,溶剂类涂料可通过将溶剂与选自由树脂组分、固化剂、添加剂、颜料和光亮剂(brightening agent)组成的组的至少一种混合而制备。优选地,溶剂类涂料包含溶剂、树脂组分,以及固化剂、添加剂、颜料和光亮剂中的至少之一。
对溶剂没有特别限制,只要具有己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷可溶解在溶剂中即可。溶剂的实例为包括以下的有机溶剂:酯类如乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯;酮类如甲乙酮;醚类如二乙醚;以及芳香族化合物如甲苯。可适当使用这些有机溶剂。当将上述种类的溶剂混合在涂料中时,涂料可适用于需要高耐磨性和耐化学性的应用。
作为树脂组分,可使用纤维素类树脂、聚烯烃树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂和ABS树脂。这些树脂可单独使用或以其两种以上组合使用。优选树脂组分在其主链或侧链上具有羟基、氨基、羧基、环氧基、乙烯基、硫醇基、光交联基团或其任意组合。光交联基团的实例为肉桂酸、香豆素、查耳酮、蒽、苯乙烯基吡啶、苯乙烯基吡啶鎓盐和苯乙烯基喹啉盐。在使用两种以上树脂组分的混合物的情况下,优选两种以上树脂组分中的至少之一经由环状分子键合至聚轮烷。树脂组分可为均聚物或共聚物的形式。此外,共聚物可以由两种以上的单体形成,并且可以为嵌段共聚物、交替共聚物、无规共聚物或接枝共聚物的形式。
树脂组分的具体实例为聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚(甲基)丙烯酸,纤维素类树脂如羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和羟丙基纤维素,聚丙烯酰胺;聚环氧乙烷,聚乙二醇,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇缩醛,聚乙烯基甲醚,多胺,聚乙烯亚胺,酪蛋白,明胶,淀粉及其共聚物,聚烯烃类树脂如聚乙烯、聚丙烯及其与其它烯烃单体的共聚物,聚酯,聚氯乙烯,聚苯乙烯类树脂如聚苯乙烯和丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物,聚丙烯酸酯类树脂如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物和丙烯腈-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,聚碳酸酯,聚氨酯,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛及其衍生物或改性变体,聚异丁烯,聚四氢呋喃,聚苯胺,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS树脂),聚酰胺类树脂如尼龙(注册商标)、聚酰亚胺,聚二烯烃类树脂如聚异戊二烯和聚丁二烯,聚硅氧烷类树脂如聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚砜类,聚亚胺类,聚乙酸酐类(acetic polyanhydride),聚脲类,聚硫化物类,聚磷腈类,聚酮类,聚苯撑类(polyphenylene),聚卤代烯烃类及其衍生物。如上所述,作为树脂衍生物,优选具有羟基、氨基、羧基、环氧基、乙烯基、硫醇基、光交联基或其任意组合的树脂衍生物。
固化剂的具体实例为三聚氰胺树脂、聚异氰酸酯化合物、嵌段异氰酸酯化合物、氰尿酰氯、均三苯甲酰氯(trimesoylchloride)、对苯二甲酰氯、表氯醇、二溴苯、戊二醛、亚苯基二异氰酸酯(phenylene diisocyanate)、二异氰酸三氯乙烯酯(trilene diisocyanate)、二乙烯基砜(divinyl sulfone)、1,1’-羰基二咪唑和烷氧基硅烷。这些固化剂可单独使用或以其两种以上组合使用。
添加剂的具体实例为分散剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、表面调节剂和防爆裂剂(anti-poping agent)。
颜料的具体实例为:有机着色颜料如偶氮类颜料、酞菁类(phthalocyane)颜料和苝类颜料;以及无机着色颜料如炭黑、二氧化钛和铁红。
光亮剂的具体实例包括铝颜料和云母颜料。
在含微粒/PR涂料中的改性聚轮烷的含量优选为1至90质量%,更优选10至50质量%,还更优选20至40质量%。当改性聚轮烷的含量在上述范围内时,可以确保在稍后详述的聚轮烷滑轮效果下含微粒/PR涂料的耐磨性,并且确保涂膜的平滑性和外观品质。存在随着改性聚轮烷含量的增加,该涂料的膜的延性增加但刚性(杨氏模量)减少的趋势。
上述含微粒/PR涂料可适用于需要高耐磨性和耐化学性的制品而对形状没有特别限制。为了形成含微粒-PR涂膜,可行的是通过刷涂法、喷雾法、静电涂装法、电涂法(electropaintingprocess)、粉末涂装法、溅射法、模内涂布法等施涂含微粒/PR涂料,然后,加热和干燥涂料。如上所述,通过适当调整溶剂等,含微粒/PR涂料可用作各种溶剂类涂料和粉末涂料。此外,如上所述,通过适当调整反应性基团和固化剂等,含微粒/PR涂料也可用作室温干燥涂料、烘烤涂料、紫外线固化型涂料或电子束固化型涂料。
接下来,以下详细描述本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜。
本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜为上述在被涂物上的本发明含微粒/PR涂料的层的形式。该含微粒/PR涂膜可适用于需要高耐磨性和耐化学性的制品的表面。
图1为示出本发明含微粒/PR涂膜的一个实例的示意图。该图中,含微粒/PR涂膜1包含改性聚轮烷10、微粒20以及除了聚轮烷10以外的树脂30和30’。此外,改性聚轮烷10具有环状分子12、通过和包接在环状分子12的开口部中的线性分子14,以及在线性分子14的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子12用线性分子14刺穿的封端基团16。该改性聚轮烷10通过环状分子12借助交联点18将其它树脂30和30’结合。
当将变形应力沿着图1(A)中的箭头X-X’的方向施加至含微粒/PR涂膜1时,使得含微粒/PR涂膜1如图1(B)中所示变形,由此吸收应力。即,环状分子12在滑轮效果下沿着线性分子14移动,以致可将应力通过聚轮烷1内部吸收。
以此方式,如图中所示,本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜受益于聚轮烷的滑轮效果,因此与常规的硬质清漆相比,显示高的弹性、粘弹性、机械强度和耐磨性。此外,如图中所示,给定平均粒径的微粒分散在含微粒/PR涂膜中而不干扰聚轮烷的滑轮效果。因此对于含微粒/PR涂膜,可以实现高的耐磨性和耐化学性,并且维持良好的抗污性(strain resistance)和平滑性。
图2为示出在本发明中使用的聚轮烷的一个实例的示意图。在该图中,改性聚轮烷10具有环状分子12、通过和包接在环状分子12的开口部的线性分子14,以及在线性分子14的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子12用线性分子14刺穿的封端基团16。线性分子12具有己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)12a。
含微粒/PR涂膜可作为透明清漆涂膜、不透明清漆涂膜、瓷漆涂膜、底色漆膜或底漆涂膜应用。
对涂膜厚度没有特别限制。优选地,在透明清漆涂膜或不透明清漆涂膜的情况下,涂膜厚度优选为20至40μm,在瓷漆涂膜的情况下为20至40μm,在底色漆膜的情况下为10至20μm,以及在底漆涂膜的情况下为20至40μm。当涂膜厚度在上述范围内时,可以长期保持涂膜的效果和品质,如耐污染性、耐化学性、耐磨性和耐冲击性。
透明清漆涂膜除了上述组分以外还包含添加剂,如分散剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、表面调节剂和防爆裂剂。
通常,颜料包含在不透明清漆涂膜、瓷漆涂膜、底色漆膜和底漆涂膜中。不透明清漆涂膜中的颜料含量通常为5%以下。此外,将消光剂如树脂珠添加至不透明清漆涂膜。作为瓷漆涂膜、底色漆膜和底漆涂膜中的颜料,可使用任何有机着色颜料如偶氮类颜料、酞菁类颜料和苝类颜料以及无机着色颜料如炭黑、二氧化钛和铁红。
以下描述使用本发明涂料的层压涂膜。
层压涂膜具有一层或多层本发明的涂膜,并且可适当施涂于需要高耐磨性和耐化学性的制品的表面。考虑到耐磨性,优选本发明的涂膜为层压涂膜的最外层。
以下参考附图详细描述层压涂膜。
图3为示出其中含微粒/PR涂膜作为清漆涂层应用的本发明的一个实施方案的示意性截面图。在该图中,层压涂膜40具有底漆涂膜层41、彩色基础涂膜层42和应用含微粒/PR涂膜的清漆涂膜层43。尽管图中未示出,但是被涂物位于与彩色基础涂膜层相对的底漆涂膜层一侧上。
图4为示出其中含微粒/PR涂膜作为瓷漆涂层应用的本发明的另一实施方案的示意性截面图。在该图中,层压涂膜40’具有底漆涂膜层41和应用含微粒/PR涂膜的瓷漆涂膜层44。尽管图中未示出,但是被涂物位于与瓷漆涂层相对的底漆涂膜层一侧上。
如上所述,通过含微粒/PR涂膜作为层压涂膜的最外层的应用,可以有效地赋予高耐磨性和耐化学性。
含微粒/PR涂膜也可以应用于底漆涂膜层41和/或底色漆涂膜层42。在这种情况下,即使如果当层压涂膜40或40’经受例如车辆行驶期间的飞石(碎裂输入)时清漆涂膜层43或瓷漆涂膜层44破损,底漆涂膜层41或底色漆涂膜层42可防止此类破损在整个涂膜扩展。
接着,以下描述本发明的涂布制品。
本发明的涂布制品包括本发明的含微粒/PR涂膜和被涂物。通过在制品上形成含微粒/PR涂膜,可以实现高耐磨性和耐化学性。更不必说,具有上述层压涂膜的涂布制品也落入本发明的范围内。
作为被涂物的材料,可使用以下材料:各种金属材料如铁、铝和铜;各种有机材料如聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯;以及各种无机材料如石英和陶瓷(碳酸钙等)。被涂物的具体实例为需要耐磨性的车身部件,通过电镀、气相沉积、溅射等处理的铝轮,后视镜,屋内和屋外用树脂产品,以及木制产品如楼梯、地板和家具。
该涂布制品可用于机动车辆、摩托车、自行车、轨道车辆、其它运输工具、建筑设备、便携电话机、电器、光学仪器、家具、建筑材料、乐器、包、体育用品、休闲用品、厨房用品、宠物用品和文具。
实施例
通过参考以下实施例和比较例,将更详细描述本发明。此处注意,以下实施例仅是说明性的,并不意欲将本发明限制于此。
[实施例1]
1.聚轮烷的制备
以与国际公开2005/052026和2005/080469中描述的相同方式,制备聚轮烷。以下示出一个制备例。
(1)通过PEG的TEMPO氧化制备PEG-羧酸
将10g聚乙二醇(PEG)(重均分子量:35000)、100mg
TEMPO(2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶氧自由基(radical))和1g溴化钠溶解至100mL水中。将所得溶液与5mL商购可得的次氯酸钠水溶液(有效氯浓度:5%)混合,然后,在室温下搅拌10分钟。将多达5ml的乙醇添加至溶液,以分解剩余的次氯酸钠。在这种情况下,完成反应。通过用50ml二氯甲烷提取三次,从溶液中回收除了无机盐以外的组分。通过用蒸发器蒸馏,从提取物中除去二氯甲烷。然后,将蒸馏残余物溶解在250ml热乙醇中,并在冰箱(-4℃)中放置一夜,由此仅提取PEG-羧酸。回收提取的PEG-羧酸,并且干燥。
(2)PEG-羧酸和α-CD的包接复合物的制备
接着,将3g上述制备的PEG-羧酸和12gα-环糊精(α-CD)各自单独地溶解在50ml在70℃下的热水中,并且通过摇动良好地一起混合。将混合的溶液在冰箱(-4℃)中放置一夜,由此从溶液中以膏状析出包接复合物。将包接复合物通过冷冻干燥回收。
将0.13g金刚烷胺在室温下溶解在50ml二甲基甲酰胺中。将所得溶液添加至上述获得的包接复合物,并通过摇动迅速良好地一起混合。然后,在所述溶液添加0.38g BOP试剂(苯并三唑-1-基-氧-三(二甲氨基)磷鎓六氟磷酸盐)在DMF中的溶液,并通过摇动迅速良好地一起混合。在所述溶液进一步添加0.14ml异丙基乙胺在DMF中的溶液,并通过摇动迅速良好地一起混合。在这种情况下,获得浆状样品。将样品在冰箱(-4℃)中放置一夜。此后,通过以下方式将样品洗涤两次:将50ml DMF/甲醇的混合溶剂(体积比:1/1)添加至样品,将样品与溶剂共混,将样品溶液进行离心分离和丢弃上清液。将样品用100ml甲醇通过如上相同的离心操作进一步洗涤两次。将由此获得的沉淀物真空干燥,并且溶解在50ml DMSO中。将所得澄清溶液添加至700ml水以析出聚轮烷。析出的聚轮烷通过离心分离和真空干燥或冷冻干燥回收。将在DMSO中溶解、通过水沉淀、回收和干燥的上述循环重复两次。最终作为纯化的反应产物获得聚轮烷。聚轮烷的α-CD包接量为0.25。
(3)羟丙基化聚轮烷的制备
然后,将500mg上述制备的聚轮烷溶解在50ml 1-mol/LNaOH水溶液中,接着向其添加3.83g(66mmol)环氧丙烷。将所得溶液在氩气气氛下在室温下搅拌一夜,用1-mol/L HCL水溶液中和,用透析管透析,并且冷冻干燥,由此回收羟丙基化聚轮烷。由此获得的羟丙基化聚轮烷通过1H-NMR和GPC确定为期望的聚轮烷形式。聚轮烷用羟丙基的改性度为0.5。
(4)改性聚轮烷的制备
向500mg上述羟丙基化聚轮烷中添加2.3g用分子筛干燥的ε-己内酯。所得样品在80℃下搅拌30分钟,进行渗透,然后在添加0.2ml 2-乙基己酸锡的情况下,在100℃下反应1至8小时。通过目视检查样品完成反应。反应完成后,将样品溶解在50ml甲苯中。搅拌的同时,将样品溶液添加至450ml己烷,由此析出改性聚轮烷。将析出的改性聚轮烷通过离心分离回收、真空干燥或冷冻干燥,并且在本实施例中使用。
2.含微粒/聚轮烷涂料的制备
将上述获得的改性聚轮烷溶解至在甲苯中的浓度为10%。搅拌的同时,将该改性聚轮烷溶液添加至丙烯酸类-三聚氰胺固化型清漆涂料(由NOF Corporation制造,产品名:BELCOAT No.6200GN1)。搅拌的同时,将二氧化硅细颗粒(由Nissan ChemicalIndustries Ltd.制造,产品名:SNOWTEX XS,平均粒径:5nm)进一步添加至涂料。在这种情况下,得到含微粒/PR涂料。此处,以形成具有15%的微粒含量和1%的改性聚轮烷含量的含微粒/PR涂膜的方式制备含微粒/PR涂料。
3.层压涂膜的形成
在厚度0.8mm和尺寸70mm×150mm的磷酸锌钝化的钢板上,施涂干燥厚度为20μm的阳离子电沉积涂料(由Nippon PaintCo.,Ltd.制造,产品名:POWERTOP U600M)。然后,将涂料在160℃下进行烘烤30分钟。随后,施涂干燥厚度为30μm的底漆涂料(由BASF Coatings Japan Ltd.制造,产品名:HYEPICO No.500,颜色:灰色)至电沉积涂层上,并且在140℃下烘烤30分钟。此外,施涂干燥厚度为10μm的金属涂料(由BASF Coatings JapanLtd.制造,产品名:BELCOAT 6010)至底漆层上。然后,通过湿压湿法(wet-on-wet process)施涂干燥厚度为30μm的上述制备的含微粒/PR涂料至金属涂层上,并且在140℃下烘烤30分钟,由此形成含微粒/PR涂膜。在这种情况下,得到层压涂膜。含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜的规格示于在表1中。
[实施例2-8和比较例1-2]
在各实施例中,除了如表1中所示设定在含微粒/PR涂料中使用的微粒的平均粒径以及含微粒/PR涂膜中的微粒和改性聚轮烷的含量以外,以与实施例1中相同的方式形成层压涂膜。作为微粒,在实施例2和4至7中使用二氧化硅细颗粒(由BYK-Chemie Japan Ltd.制造,产品名:NANOBYK-3650,平均粒径:25nm);在实施例3中使用二氧化硅细颗粒(由NissanChemical Industries Ltd.制造,产品名:MP-2040,平均粒径:200nm);以及在比较例2中使用二氧化硅细颗粒(由NissanChemical Industries Ltd.制造,产品名:MP-4540M,平均粒径:450nm)。
[实施例8]
除了使用氧化铝细颗粒(由BYK-Chemie Japan Ltd.制造,产品名:NANOBYK-3610,平均粒径:25nm)作为含微粒/PR涂料中的微粒以及如表中所示1设定含微粒/PR涂膜中的改性聚轮烷含量以外,以与实施例1中相同的方式形成层压涂膜。
上述实施例和比较例的各含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜的规格也示于表1中。
[性能评价]
评价上述实施例和比较例的各层压涂膜的以下性能特征(1)、(2)和(3)。
(1)浊度的评价
目视检查烘烤后含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜的浊度。表1中,浊度评价结果表示如下:当涂膜中不存在浊度时为“○”;当涂膜中几乎不存在显眼的浊度时为“△”;以及当涂膜具有白浊度并且显示颜色变化时为“×”。
(2)耐磨性的评价
涂膜的耐磨性通过以下试验:将涂膜放置在磨耗试验机中,所述磨耗试验机具有通过双面胶带粘附至磨耗试验机的滑动单元的“dust flannel”(摩擦布),在0.22g/cm2的载荷下使摩擦布在涂膜上往复运动50次,然后,目视检查在涂膜中有无发生摩擦损坏。结果也示于表1中。表1中,耐磨性评价结果表示如下:当涂膜中不存在损坏时为“◎”;当涂膜中几乎不存在损坏时为“○”;当涂膜中存在很少损坏时为“△”;以及当涂膜中存在剧烈、显著的损坏时为“×”。
(3)耐化学性
涂膜的耐化学性通过以下检验:将涂膜进行汽油试验(将常规无铅汽油滴加至涂膜表面上,干燥涂膜表面并且用布擦拭涂膜表面),然后检查有无发生涂膜的软化或溶胀。结果也示于表1中。表1中,耐化学性评价结果表示如下:当涂膜中没有变化时为“◎”;当涂膜稍微软化时为“○”;当涂膜软化时为“△”;以及当涂膜软化和溶胀时为“×”。
由表1显然的是:落入本发明范围内的实施例1至8的涂膜具有高耐磨性和耐化学性;然而,未落入本发明范围内的比较例1和2的涂膜的耐磨性和耐化学性的至少之一是差的。尽管表中未示出,但是确定未见交联密度和断裂强度大的变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种含微粒/聚轮烷涂料,其包括:
溶剂类涂料;
具有己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)的改性聚轮烷;和
平均粒径小于380nm的微粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂料,其中所述微粒为二氧化硅和氧化铝中任一种或二者的细颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂料,其中所述改性聚轮烷具有环状分子、通过环状分子的线性分子和在线性分子的相对末端上配置以保持所述环状分子用所述线性分子刺穿的封端基团;其中所述环状分子为具有部分或全部用所述己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)改性的羟基的环糊精。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂料,其中所述改性聚轮烷具有环状分子、通过环状分子的线性分子和在线性分子的相对末端上配置以保持环状分子用线性分子刺穿的封端基团;其中所述环状分子为具有部分或全部用键合至-O-C3H6-O-基团的所述己内酯改性基团(-CO(CH2)5OH)改性的羟基的环糊精。
5.一种含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜,其由在被涂物上形成的根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂料的层组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜,其中所述涂膜为透明清漆涂膜、不透明清漆涂膜、瓷漆涂膜、底色漆膜或底漆涂膜的形式。
7.一种涂布制品,其包括:根据权利要求5或6所述的含微粒/聚轮烷涂膜;和被涂物。
