Abstract
a presente invenção fornece um método de preparação de um componente de catalisador para polimerização de olefina, que compreende primeiramente dissolver um haleto de magnésio anidro em um solvente misturado, que compreende um composto de titânio orgânico que contém oxigênio, um composto de epóxi orgânico, um composto que contém hidróxi e um solvente inerte, e não compreende um composto de fosfato, de modo a formar uma solução de haleto de magnésio; então, misturar a solução de haleto de magnésio com um composto de que contém halogênio para precipitar um sólido, de modo a obter o componente de catalisador, em que o composto de que contém halogênio compreende pelo menos um selecionado a partir de um grupo que consiste em compostos que contêm titânio e halogênio, compostos de hidrocarboneto orgânico halogenado, compostos de haleto de acila, compostos que contêm fósforo e halogênio, compostos que contêm boro e halogênio, compostos de alumínio orgânico halogenado e compostos que contêm silício e halogênio. o componente de catalisador preparado pela presente invenção tem melhor morfologia de partícula, e uma boa resposta ao hidrogênio e, desse modo, é favorável ao uso do catalisador em um dispositivo de processo de polimerização de gás ou pasta fluida.
