Abstract
é divulgado um método para preparação de polibuteno, em que isobuteno em uma mistura de c4 é utilizado mais eficazmente, melhorando, dessa forma, a produtividade de polibuteno em comparação com um método convencional para preparação de polibuteno pela utilização de uma mistura de c4 convencional c4. o método para preparação de polibuteno compreende as etapas de: fornecimento de uma mistura de c4 a um reator de isomerização, em que (i) 1-buteno é isomerizado em 2-buteno por uma reação de isomerização de hidrogênio utilizando um catalisador de isomerização em uma zona de isomerização do reator de isomerização, e (ii) isobuteno e 2-buteno são separados por destilação fracional em uma zona de destilação fracional; fornecimento de uma mistura de c4 contendo 2-buteno que é separada no reator de isomerização para um reator de isomerização esquelética, em que uma parte de buteno normal é isomerizada de forma esquelética em isobuteno por uma reação de isomerização esquelética utilizando um catalisador de isomerização esquelética e a mistura de isomerização esquelética obtida é fornecida e reciclada para o reator de isomerização; e fornecimento de (i) uma matéria-prima contendo o isobuteno de alta concentração e que é separada do reator de isomerização e (ii) um catalisador de polimerização para um reator de polimerização de polibuteno, produzindo, dessa maneira, o polibuteno por uma reação de polimerização.
