Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo para preparar um componente catalisador para a polimerização de olefinas". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um componente catalisador para a polimerização de uma olefina que compreende as etapas de: i) contatar um composto r9zmgx2-z em que r9 é um grupo aromático, alifático ou cicloalifático que contém até 20 átomos de carbono, x é um haleto e z está em uma faixa maior do que 0 e menor do que 2, com um composto de silano que contém alcóxi ou arilóxi para gerar um primeiro produto de reação intermediário; ii) contatar o primeiro produto de reação intermediário com pelo menos um composto de ativação selecionado a partir do grupo formado por doadores de elétrons e compostos de fórmula m(or10)v-w(or11)w, em que m pode ser ti, zr, hf, al ou si e m(or10)v-w(r11)w, em que m é si, cada um dentre r10 e r11, independentemente, representa um grupo alquila, alquenila ou arila, v é a valência de m, sendo que v é 3 ou 4 e w é menor do que v, para gerar um segundo produto de reação intermediário; e iii) contatar o segundo produto de reação intermediário com um composto de ti que contém halogênio, um monoéster como agente de ativação, um 1,3-diéter como um doador de elétrons interno e, opcionalmente, um diéster como um doador de elétrons interno adicional.
