Abstract

a presente invenção fornece uma composição de poliolefina e o método para produção da mesma. o processo de polimerização de olefina de acordo com a presente invenção compreende o contato de um ou mais monômeros olefínicos com um catalisador de polimerização bifenilfenólico sob condições de polimerização e na presença de um ou mais sequestrantes à base de alumínio tratados, em um reator de polimerização, em que o referido um ou mais sequestrantes à base de alumínio tratados compreendem o produto de reação de uma espécie de um alquil alumínio ou um aluminoxano com um composto da fórmula geral i: em que x é o, n, ou s e r é alquil, aril, heteroalquil, heteroaril, ou hidrogênio, em que n = 1 se x é o ou s e n = 1 se x é n, e em que pelo menos um r não é um hidrogênio; (i); produzindo, assim, uma composição de poliolefina que compreende menos do que 50% do nível de oligômero de uma composição de poliolefina produzida num processo de polimerização de olefina na presença do referido um ou mais sequestrantes à base de alumínio não tratados.
