Abstract

método para controle do balanço térmico da cuba de reação de um forno de fusão de material em suspensão, e um queimador de material concentrado. a presente invenção está correlacionada a um método de controle do balanço térmico da cuba de reação de um forno de fusão de material em suspensão, e a sólida pulverulenta dentro da cuba de reação do forno de fusão de material em suspensão. no presente método, um material endotérmico (16) é alimentado pelo queimador de material concentrado (4) para constituir parte da mistura formada de matéria sólida pulverulenta (6) e gás de reação (5), de modo que uma mistura contendo a matéria sólida pulverulenta (6), gás de reação (5) e material endotérmico (16) seja formada na cuba de reação (2). o queimador de material concentrado (4)compreende um equipamento de alimentação de agente de resfriamento (15), para adição do material endotérmico (16), para constituir parte da mistura que é formada a partir da matéria sólida pulverulenta (6), que é descarregada do orifício (8) do tubo alimentador, e do gás de reação (5), que é descarregado através do orifício de descarga anular (14).
