Abstract
La invención se refiere a una composición de materiales refractarios minerales para un revestimiento de unidades de fusión de metales no ferrosos que contiene más del 90 % en peso de una mezcla de los siguientes constituyentes o compuesta muy preferentemente por los siguientes constituyentes: - del 3 al 74 % en peso de al menos una materia prima de peridoto de grano grueso con contenidos de forsterita de al menos el 70 % en peso y que presenta tamaños de grano del 50 % en peso por encima de 0,1 mm, - del 25 al 49 % en peso de al menos una magnesia en forma de harina con tamaños de grano del 50 % en peso = 1 mm, - del 0,9 al 14 % en peso de al menos un carburo de silicio (SiC) en forma de harina con tamaños de grano del 50 % en peso = 1 mm, - del 0,1 al 10 % en peso de al menos un ácido silícico pulverulento seco de partícula fina con tamaños de partícula = 500 µm, - del 0 al 4 % en peso de al menos un antioxidante en sí conocido para productos refractarios, - del 0 al 4 % en peso de al menos un granulado de materia prima refractario adicional en sí conocido, preferentemente que presenta tamaños de grano del 0 % en peso, en particular del 80 % en peso, preferentemente del 100 % en peso por encima de 0,1 mm, - del 0 al 2 % en peso de al menos un aditivo en sí conocido para la producción de productos refractarios a partir de composiciones, - del 0 al 4 % en peso de al menos una sustancia añadida en sí conocida de materiales refractarios en forma de harina y/o en forma del denominado grano medio y/o del denominado grano grueso, - del 0 al 10 % en peso de al menos un aglutinante en sí conocido para productos refractarios, por ejemplo, en forma seca o empaquetado conjuntamente en forma líquida. La invención se refiere además al uso de la composición para la producción de productos refractarios.
