Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ производства гранулированного изделия, причем данный способ включает использование отработанного изделия из каменной ваты, которое по меньшей мере на 90% имеет связную форму с минимальным размером, составляющим по меньшей мере 50 мм, и которое имеет содержание по меньшей мере 10% воды в расчете на массу отработанного изделия из каменной ваты; производство основного материала из каменной ваты путем превращения связной каменной ваты в измельченную форму таким образом, что по меньшей мере 80 мас.% основного материала находится в виде частиц, имеющих размер не более чем 40 мм, и имеет содержание воды не более чем 50 мас.% в расчете на измельченный основной материал; формование измельченного основного материала в гранулы, причем по меньшей мере 80 мас.% гранул имеют размер не более чем 40 мм, и обработку гранул спеканием при температуре в интервале от 900 до 1050°С для получения гранулированного изделия, причем по меньшей мере 80 мас.% гранулированного изделия находится в виде гранул, имеющих размер не более чем 40 мм, и при осуществлении данного способа не добавляют связующий материал. Настоящее изобретение также относится к изделию, получаемому описанным выше способом.
