Abstract
processo para a produção de aglutinantes a invenção se refere a um processo para a produção para a produção de aglutinantes pela calcinação de misturas de matérias-primas minerais. com o propósito de aprimorar o processo e a qualidade dos aglutinantes, é proposto que os suprimentos de folhelho oleoso e/ou de arenito oleoso sejam convertidos por aglomeração intencional em partículas de certo tamanho e certa conistencia, sendo que o teor de água para a estabilização mecânica do aglomerado é ajustado para menos do que 25% e os aglomerados são calcinados em temperaturas entre 800ºc e 1.500ºc sob condições redutoras durante o processo inteiro com um valor de lambda < 1 em um forno de cuba vertical com gaseificação em contracorrente. as propriedades aglutinantes são ajustadas pela adição intencional de substâncias contendo cao e/ou as frações existentes contendo enxofre do arenito oleoso e/ou do folhelho oleoso são aglutinadas por meio do cao que está presente no e/ou é adicionado no meterial inicial.
