aparelho de pirólise de alimentação carbonácea, e, processo de produção de bio-óleo. a invenção fornece um aparelho de pirólise de alimentação carbonácea incluindo dois ou mais leitos fluidizados de partículas quentes, e um ou mais aparelhos de deslocamento positivo para a transferência de partículas quentes entre dois ou mais dos leitos, sendo quem um ou mais dos leitos fluidizados contém/contêm uma zona de combustão. a invenção inclui um processo de produção de bio-óleo, incluindo pirólise de uma biomassa carbonácea, cujo processo inclui 2 ou mais leitos fluidizados, uma primeira zona de combustão realizada em um ou mais leitos fluidizados de combustão nos quais um material particulado é fluidizado e aquecido, e uma segunda zona de pirólise realizada em um ou mais leitos fluidizados de pirólise nos quais as partículas quentes aquecidas na zona de combustão são usadas para pirólise de biomassa, dita zona de combustão sendo operada na ou a cerca da pressão atmosférica em uma temperatura de 400<198>c a 1.100<198>c, tipicamente ao redor de 900<198>c, e a zona de pirólise sendo operada em uma pressão desde a pressão atmosférica até 10.000 kpa (nanométrica) em uma temperatura de 400<198>c a 900<198>c.
