Abstract
um método para produzir um óleo de pirólise é descrito. no referido método, um estoque de alimentação a ser tratado é primeiro pirolisado em uma zona de pirólise, na qual o estoque de alimentação é aquecido a uma temperatura de 250 graus celsius a 700 graus celsius; e os sólidos pirolisados e os vapores de pirólise são formados. os vapores de pirólise são, em seguida, reformados a uma temperatura de 450 graus celsius a 1.200 graus celsius em uma zona de pós-condicionamento, em que os vapores de pirólise são colocados em contato com um leito de catalisador, em que o óleo de pirólise é formado. neste caso, o catalisador compreende um sólido pirolisado, o qual pode ser obtido de acordo com a pirólise, descrita acima. finalmente, o óleo de pirólise é separado a partir dos produtos de pirólise adicionais, que são formados, em uma unidade de separação. o óleo de pirólise tem um teor de carbono superior a 65% em peso, um teor de hidrogênio superior a 5% em peso, e um teor de oxigênio inferior a 16% em peso. além disso, o óleo de pirólise tem um teor de 14c não inferior a 0,1 parte por trilhão e um valor de ácido inferior a 15 mg de koh/g.
