Abstract
métodos e procedimentos para produzir produtos úteis a partir de materiais residuais. a invenção refere-se a um método para produzir carvão, asfalto, hidrocarboneto líquido, ácidos orgânicos, gás metano e/ou hidrogênio a partir de um material residual à irradiação com macro-ondas de baixa frequência, com um comprimento de ondas de entre 700 nm e 1 mm, pelo que a temperatura é entre 205°c e 900°c e a pressão é entre a 100 kpa (1,0 bar) e 1.900 kpa (19,0 bar), com isso produzindo o carvão; c) opcionalmente submeter os materiais residuais no estado gasoso da etapa b) a uma reação físico-química, na presença de um metal sólido identificado como dpp b102, pelo que a temperatura é entre 180ºc e 500ºc e a pressão é entre 98 kpa (0,98 bar) e 550 kpa (5,5 bar), com isso produzindo o asfalto; d) opcionalmente submeter os materiais residuais no estado gasoso da etapa b) ou c) a uma reação físico-química e/ou à condensação, pelo que a temperatura é entre 150ºc e 750ºc e a pressão é entre 96 kpa (0,96 bar) e 20.000 kpa (200 bar), com isso produzindo o hidrocarboneto líquido; e) opcionalmente submeter os materiais residuais no estado gasoso da etapa b), c) ou d) a uma reação físico-química, na presença de um metal sólido identificado como dpp d 102, pelo que a temperatura é entre 50ºc e 150ºc e a pressão é entre 95 kpa (0,95 bar) e 150 kpa (1,5 bar), com isso produzindo os ácidos orgânicos; f) opcionalmente submeter os materiais residuais no estado gasoso da etapa b), c), d) ou e) a uma lavagem absorvente e esfriamento na temperatura ambiente, com isso produzindo o gás metano e o hidrogênio, onde o dito material residual tem uma composição com um teor de carbono de 9-85%, um teor de hidrogênio de 1-15% e um teor de oxigênio de 0-065% com base no peso seco do material. a invenção adicionalmente se refere aos produtos obteníveis por tais métodos e um aparelho para efetuar tais métodos.
