Abstract
Sposób przetwarzania odpadów z tworzyw sztucznych i gumy w celu wytwarzania gazu energetycznego zawierającego węglowodory alifatyczne C1-C4, tlenek węgla i wodór, w którym odpady z tworzyw sztucznych zawierających fluorowce, siarkę, azot i tlen oraz zanieczyszczonych substancjami pochodzenia nieorganicznego zawierającymi materiały ceramiczne i metalowe poddaje się procesowi pirolizy, przy czym rozdrobniony materiał odpadowy wprowadza się do reaktora mikrofalowego bębnowego, gdzie ogrzewa się materiał odpadowy mikrofalami i przemieszcza się materiał odpadowy w reaktorze. Reakcję pirolizy prowadzi się w reaktorze (102) w temperaturze od 800 do 950°C, przy czym produkty pirolizy na wyjściu z reaktora (102) zawierają gazy i pyły, oraz karbonizat będący produktem stałym o własnościach adsorbcyjnych, porowatej strukturze i rozbudowanej powierzchni właściwej, przy czym karbonizat oddziela się sedymentacyjnie od pozostałych produktów pirolizy i kieruje się 25% otrzymanego karbonizatu do filtra z karbonizatu (105), natomiast pyły i gazy kieruje się do systemu schładzania gazów zawierającego co najmniej dwa współbieżnie pracujące ślimaki, gdzie schładza się gazy do temperatury od 120 do 160°C, natomiast wykropliny i pyły kieruje się do filtra z karbonizatu (105) i zawraca się mieszaninę karbonizatu, wykroplin i pyłów z filtra (105) do komory reaktora mikrofalowego (102).
