Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir carbón, asfalto, hidroCarburo líquido, ácidos orgánicos, gas metano y/o hidrógeno a partir de un material de desecho que comprende: a) proporcionar un material de desecho, b) someter el material de desecho a la irradiación con macro ondas de baja frecuencia, con una longitud de onda de entre 700 nm y 1 mm, por lo cual la temperatura está entre 205 °C y 900 °C y la presión está entre 1.0 bar y 19.0, produciendo de este modo carbón; c) someter opcionalmente los materiales residuales en estado gaseoso a partir de la fase b) a una reacción fisicoquímica en presencia de un metal sólido identificado como DPP B102, por lo cual la temperatura está entre 180 °C y 500 °C y la presión está entre 0.98 bares y 5.5 bares, produciendo de ese modo asfalto; d) someter opcionalmente los materiales residuales en estado gaseoso a partir de la fase b) o c) a una reacción fisicoquímica y/o condensación, por lo cual la temperatura está comprendida entre 150 °C y 750 °C y la presión está entre 0.96 bares y 200 bares, produciendo de este modo hidroCarburo líquido; e) someter opcionalmente los materiales residuales en estado gaseoso a partir de la fase b), c) o d) a una reacción fisicoquímica en presencia de un metal sólido identificado como DPP D102, por el cual la temperatura está entre 50 °C y 150 °C y la presión es de entre 0.95 bares y 1.5 bares, produciendo de este modo los ácidos orgánicos; f) someter opcionalmente los materiales residuales en estado gaseoso de la fase b), c), d) o e) a un lavado absorbente y enfriamiento a temperatura ambiente, produciendo de este modo el gas metano e hidrógeno, en el que el material de desecho tiene una composición con un contenido de carbono de 9-85%, un contenido de hidrógeno de l-15% y un contenido de oxígeno de O-65 con base en el peso seco del material. La invención se refiere además a productos obtenibles por tales métodos y un aparato para desempeñar tales métodos.
