método para ultradesidratar produtos de biomassa espessada ou pastosa e equipamento para implementar o método. a invenção refere-se a um método para ultradesidratar produtos de biomassa espessada ou pastosa, em particular, lama de estações de tratamento de águas servidas, de acordo o que os produtos, em particular, produtos tendo uma secura de 4% a 25%, são submetidos às seguintes etapas: tratamento de carbonização hidrotérmica, incluindo pressurização (1, 2) e condicionamento térmico (30) por uma duração dentro de um reator fechado (4); seguido por desidratação dos produtos por uma prensa com pistão (12), obtendo-se uma secura de mais do que 50 %; a temperatura do produto a montante da desidratação na prensa com pistão sendo regulada esfriando-se entre 40 ºc e 90 ºc, vantajosamente, em torno de 70 ºc, a fim de otimizar a capacidade de filtração na prensa de pistão; as etapas do método sendo realizadas em um espaço confinado, tornando possível evitar-se a liberação de odores na atmosfera.
