Abstract
patente de invenção: processo e aparelho para tratamento térmico de estágios múltiplos de resíduo de borracha, em particular, refugos de pneumáticos. um processo para tratamento térmico em estágios múltiplos de resíduo de borracha, em particular, refugos de pneumáticos,é proposto.o processo compreende várias etapas detransferência de um produto granulado de resíduo de borracha para três diferentes zonas de aquecimento de um reator (10). nas zonasde aquecimento (11a, 11b, 11c), o produto granucia, 150 e 180<198>c, depois a uma segunda temperatura entre 200 e 350<198>c, e a uma terceira temperatura entre 300 a 600<198>c. a temperatura é mantida até o momento quando não haja mais qualquer óleo emitido dentro da respectiva zona de aquecimento. como uma etapa final, o produto granulado é removido do reator (10),e os materiais sólidos desejados são separados.
