Abstract
Описывается способ удаления гемиоксида азота из газового потока, имеющего загрязняющую концентрацию гемиоксида азота, для получения газового потока, имеющего значительно пониженную концентрацию гемиоксида азота. Способ включает перепускание подаваемого газового потока через первую теплопередающую зону, которая находится в отношении теплообмена с потоком продукта, при этом тепло передается от потока продукта к подаваемому газовому потоку, что, тем самым, приводит к получению нагретого газового потока; перепускание упомянутого нагретого газового потока в реакционную зону, содержащую катализатор разложения NO и, необязательно, комбинацию другого катализатора, что приводит к разложению гемиоксида азота или других загрязнителей и выходу из нее потока продукта, имеющего пониженную концентрацию гемиоксида азота; и перепускание потока продукта в первую теплопередающую зону для получения охлажденного потока продукта.
