Abstract
Bir materyal akışının, tercihen karbon içeren bir materyal akışının termal olarak işlenmesine yönelik buluşa göre sistem, gaz akışı bakımından birbirinden ayrılan ve her biri üst üste düzenlenen en az iki katman içeren en az bir üst ve bir alt proses alanına sahip çok katmanlı bir fırın içerir, burada en az bir üst proses alanı, materyal akışının yüksek sıcaklıklarda ısı ile işlenmesine yönelik tasarlanır ve alt proses alanı, soğutma bölümü olarak tasarlanır, burada soğutma bölümü, atıl bir atmosferin soğutulmasına ve sağlanmasına yönelik sıvı soğutma ajanlarının beslenmesine, örneğin suyun püskürtülmesine yönelik araçlara sahiptir.
