Abstract
Se describen sistemas y un método para formar nanotubos de carbono. Un método incluye formar nanotubos de carbono en un primer reactor, usando un gas de alimentación. Los nanotubos de carbono son separados de un efluente de reactor para formar una corriente residual. El gas de alimentación, una corriente residual seca, o ambos, son calentados con calor residual de la corriente residual. La corriente residual es enfriada en un intercambiador de calor a temperatura ambiente para condensar el vapor de agua, formando una corriente residual seca.
