Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um processo para a transição de uma primeira reação de polimerização contínua em um reator de fase gasosa conduzido na presença de um primeiro catalisador em uma segunda reação de polimerização conduzida na presença de um segundo catalisador no reator de fase gasosa em que o primeiro e o segundo catalisadores são incompatíveis, o processo compreendendo: (a) descontinuar a introdução do primeiro catalisador a partir de um primeiro sistema de alimentação de catalisador em um reator; (b) introduzir um agente neutralizador de catalisador para desativar pelo menos parcialmente o primeiro catalisador no reator (c) introduzir no reator um segundo catalisador a partir de um segundo sistema de alimentação de catalisador separado do primeiro sistema de alimentação de catalisador.
