processo para a fabricação de uma composição de graxa de complexo metálico,e,composição de graxa. processo para a fabricação de uma composição de graxa de complexo metálico que compreende as etapas de: (i) preparar uma psta fluida que compreende óleo de base, água, base metálica e agente complexador, em que a razão em peso de água: sólido na pasta fluida está na faixa de 0,15:1 a 1,5:1; (ii) aplicar corte a pasta fluida em uma frequência de corte de pelo menos 1.000.000 s<sym>; (iii) adicionar a pasta fluida que emerge da etapa (ii) a um ácido graxo saturado ou insaturado c<sym>c<sym> ou derivados deste para afetar a reação de saponificação, a reação de saponificação sendo realizada em uma temperatura de pelo menos 80ºc; (iv) remover água do prtoduto saponificado que resulta da etapa (iii) e (v) aquecer o produto que emerge da etapa (iv) em uma temperatura na faixa de 190 a 230ºc e (vi) esfriar o produto que emerge da etapa (v) a uma temperatura na faixa de 200 a 150ºc para formar uma composição de graxa de complexo metálico. o processo da presente invenção fornece uma redução no tempo de ventilação requerido para evaporar a água, uma redução no tempo de batelada total, um processo de fabricação mais eficiente em energia e um aumento na produtividade.
