Abstract

método de produção de éster alquil de ácido graxo usando micro-organismos contendo capacidade de produzir óleo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de um éster alquil de ácido graxo usando micro-organismos contendo a capacidade de produzir óleo, e mais particularmente a um método de produção de um éster alquil de ácido graxo, o método compreendendo cultivar micro-organismos contendo a capacidade de produzir óleo, assim, acumulando uma grande quantidade de óleo produzindo nos micro-organismos para produzir um ácido graxo livre, e converter o ácido graxo livre em um éster alquil. de acordo com o método da presente invenção, o óleo acumulado nos micro-organismos, como triacilglicerol que é um óleo típico produzido por micro-organismos, pode ser convertido em um éster alquil de ácido graxo com alta efeiciência usando uma abordagem da engenharia do metabolismo. assim, o método da presente invenção é útil para a produção industrial de um éster alquil de ácido graxo que recentemente demostrou ser efetivo como um biocombustível.
