Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A OBTENÇÃO DE BIODIESEL, MICRO-ORGANISMO OLEAGINOSO, MÉTODO PARA SELECIONAR MICRO-ORGANISMOS OLEAGINOSOS CAPAZES DE ACUMULAREM TRIGLICERÍDEOS, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO E POLINUCLEOTÍDEO. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a obtenção de uma mistura de ésteres de ácido graxo, adequada como um carburante ou combustível em motores do ciclo diesel, que compreende: a) a obtenção de uma biomassa microbiana com um teor de triglicerídeos igual a, ou maior do que 20%, em peso seco, por meio do uso de um micro-organismo oleaginoso que utiliza glicerina como uma fonte de carbono; e b) a conversão dos triglicerídeos contidos na biomassa obtida na etapa a) em uma mistura de ésteres de ácido graxo. Similarmente, a invenção se refere ao dito micro-organismo oleaginoso, a um processo para a sua seleção e aos polinucleotídeos obtidos a partir do mesmo.
