Abstract
processo e sistema para produção de gás de síntese a partir de biomassa através de carbonização - um processo e um sistema para a aprodução de gás de síntese a partir de biomassa por carbonização são fornecidos. o sistema compreende uma parte de pré-tratamento para o material bruto de biomassa, de um forno de carbonização (4), um forno de gaseificação (20) e uma ligação a uma conduto e sistema de distribuição de gás do mesmo. a parte superior do forno de carbonização (4) está ligada a um separador de ciclone (5), e a extremidade de saída do separador de ciclone (5) está ligado com um leito de combustão (7) e uma tremonha de carvão vegetal (12), respectivamente. a extremidade de saída do leito de combustão (7) está ligada a um permutador de calor (9) para o aqyecimento do gás de pirólise de ciclone. uma saída de gás de pirólise aquecido com o forno de carboniozação (4) ,e uma saída de gás de combustão pelo calor trocado calor está ligado com um sistema de secagem (2). o oleoduto a aprtir de uma tomada de carvão do forno de carbonização (4) para a tremonha de carvão vegetal (12) é fornecida com uma água de arrefecimento de parafuso transportador (110, que arrefece o carvão de saída do forno de carbonização (40 a 60-280 <198> c e, em seguida, transmite-o para a tremonha de carvão (12). o oleoduto da saída da tremonha de carvão vegetal (12) para o forno de gaseificação (20) é fornecido com um moinho (13), um tanque dem istura de carvão vegetal (16) e uma bomba de alta pressão de suspensão de carvão vegetal (17). um tubo de abastecimento de gás do leito de combustão (7) está com um conduto de ar (6), assim como o fornecimento de ar de combustão e o gás de suporte.
