Abstract
В заявке описано вертикальное оборудование для пиролиза угольного материала, которое содержит закрытую печь с загрузочным и выпускным отверстиями, нагревательный трубопровод горючего газа, находящийся внутри печи, канал продвижения и пиролиза угольного материала, сформированный между нагревательным трубопроводом горючего газа и внутренней стенкой печи, коллектор угольного пирогаза, сообщающийся с каналом продвижения и пиролиза угольного материала и установленный на печи. Тепло, генерируемое нагревательным трубопроводом горючего газа, переносится и отдается пылевидному углю в канале продвижения и пиролиза угольного материала. Пылевидный уголь в достаточной степени поглощает тепло, и в канале продвижения и пиролиза угольного материала происходит его пиролиз с образованием топливного газа, газообразной каменноугольной смолы и угля с высокой теплотворной способностью. Топливный пирогаз и газообразная каменноугольная смола через коллектор угольного пирогаза поступают в механизм для удаления пыли и ожижения снаружи печи для сбора, удаления пыли, сепарирования и ожижения под высоким давлением.
