Abstract
В заявке описано устройство для разложения угля с комбинированными шнековыми бункерами, которое содержит герметичный корпус вращающейся печи (1) с впускным отверстием (2) для угля и выпускным отверстием (3) для угля. На корпусе печи установлена (10) труба для сбора газа из разложившегося угля. Труба (10) для сбора газа из разложившегося угля имеет две параллельные спирали (11), делящие пространство в корпусе печи на бункер (5) для обогревающего газа и бункер (4) для разложения угля. Труба для сбора газа из разложившегося угля сообщается с бункером для разложения угля посредством направляющего отверстия (12) для газа в бункере для разложения угля. После того, как пылевидный уголь поглощает достаточно тепла, он разлагается на каменноугольный газ, газ из каменноугольной смолы и уголь с высокой теплотворной способностью. Поскольку корпус печи поделен внутри на бункер для обогревающего газа и бункер для разложения угля, которые изолированы друг от друга, большое количество горячего газа, содержащегося в обогревающем газе, проводит и излучает тепло в направлении пылевидного угля в бункере для разложения угля, который способен полностью поглощать тепло и нагреваться, разлагаясь в бункере для разложения угля на газ, газ из каменноугольной смолы и уголь с высокой теплотворной способностью.
