Abstract
Печь пиролиза биомассы содержит кожух (23) печи, емкость (6) печи, отводящую трубу (3), дымовую трубу (18), извлекающую башню (11) и впускную трубу (7), где дымовая труба (18) установлена на кожухе (23) печи; емкость (6) печи установлена в кожухе (23) печи; нижняя часть емкости (6) печи и ее периферия снабжены множеством сетчатых отверстий; выпускной зазор (24) предусмотрен между емкостью (6) печи и внутренней стеной кожуха (23) печи; дымовая труба (18) соединена с кожухом (23) печи на одном ее конце и с извлекающей башней (11) на другом ее конце. Кожух (23) печи снабжен на одной стороне верхнего конца дымовым отверстием и впускной трубой (7), и отводящая труба (3) предусмотрена на противоположной стороне кожуха (23) печи. Пиролизная печь обладает кратковременным периодом пиролиза биомассы, высокой эффективностью, высоким уровнем извлечения древесной смолы при пиролизе и простой конструкцией и, следовательно, подходящей в эксплуатации и обслуживании.
