本实用新型公开了一种环保型热解炉,包括热解炉、烟道、木焦油池和回收塔等组成。热解炉是一个四周用砖切的长方体,底面有许多小烟道,合成大烟道,大烟道相连回收塔。回收塔是一个金属筒,金属筒上下封闭,中间焊接许多金属空心管,金属筒的上头焊接冷水管,金属筒的下头焊接热水管。热解炉产生的烟气从回收塔的空心管内穿过,冷水从回收塔冷水管流入,吸收烟气中的热量被加热,再从回收塔热水管流出,烟气中的木焦油和水蒸气被冷却变成液体,流回到烟囱底座的木焦油池,未被冷却的烟气是木煤气,从回收塔顶部排出,进入木煤气贮藏系统或使用系统。

目前,一些生物质热解炉的烟囱排出的烟气的木焦油和木煤气未进行回收,从烟囱中直接排出,浪费了能源,污染了环境。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环保型热解炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的,该环保型热解炉,包括热解炉、烟道、木焦油池和回收塔等组成。
热解炉是一个四周用砖切的长方体,底面由砖组成,砖与砖之间有空隙,底面下面用砖支承,组成许多小烟道,这些烟道汇合成大烟道。大烟道的出口与回收塔底部的进烟口相连。
回收塔是一个金属筒,金属筒上下封闭,中间焊接许多金属空心管,金属筒的上头焊接冷水管,金属筒的下头焊接热水管。大烟道出来的烟气从回收塔的空心管内穿过,一部分被冷却,另一部分排出。回收塔的底部设置一个木焦油池。
生物质原料的热解过程是:把生物质原料(如树皮)放置在热解炉内,上面复盖着颗粒较小的锯木屑,防止烟气往上走。点燃热解炉底部的生物质原料(如树皮),烟气从热解炉底部的砖缝中流出,进入烟道,汇集到烟囱底座,进入回收塔中,冷水从回收塔冷水管流入,吸收烟气中的热量被加热,再从回收塔热水管流出,烟气中的木焦油和水蒸汽被冷却变成液体,流回到烟囱底座的木焦油池,未被冷却的烟气是木煤气,从回收塔顶部排出,进入木煤气贮藏系统或使用系统。

该热解炉均由热解炉室1、热解炉底面2、小烟道3、小烟道支承墙4、大烟道5、回收塔6、木煤气管7、冷水管8、热水管9、木焦油池10等组成。
热解炉室1是一个四周用砖切的长方体,热解炉底面2由砖组成,砖与砖之间有空隙,小烟道支承墙4支承热解炉底面2,从而组成许多小烟道3,这些小烟道3汇合成大烟道5。大烟道5的出口与回收塔6的底部的进烟口相连。
回收塔6是一个金属筒,金属筒上下封闭,中间焊接许多金属空心管,金属筒的上头焊接冷水管8,金属筒的下头焊接热水管9。大烟道5出来的烟气从回收塔6的空心管内穿过,一部分被冷却,另一部分排出。回收塔6的底部设置一个木焦油池10。
生物质原料的热解过程是:把生物质原料(如树皮)放置在热解炉室1内,上面复盖着颗粒较小的锯木屑,防止烟气往上走。点燃热解炉室1的底部生物质原料,烟气通过热解炉底面2的砖与砖之间的空隙进入小烟道3,又进入大烟道5,再进入回收塔6。冷水从回收塔6的冷水管8流入,吸收烟气中的热量被加热,再从回收塔8的热水管9流出。烟气中的木焦油和水蒸汽被冷却变成液体,流入木焦油池10,未被冷却的气体即木煤气通过木煤气管7,进入贮藏系统或使用系统。
