Abstract

本实用新型涉及燃烧设备技术领域,特别涉及一种生物质烘干炉,包括炉体、燃料入口、燃烧室、清渣口和排烟口,所述燃料入口位于所述炉体上端,所述燃烧室位于所述炉体内,在所述炉体内壁上还设有二次进风管,所述二次进风管的进风口位于所述炉体外部。本实用新型通过二次进风管给燃烧室内的燃料二次供氧,使燃烧室内的燃料燃烧更充分,提高燃料的燃烧效率,另外将二次进风管设置在炉体内壁上,这样可以利用燃烧室的热量给通入的空气进行预加热,提高燃料的燃烧效果,同时二次进风管可以对炉体内壁进行隔热,使炉体内壁不会因为燃烧室的热量发生变形。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及燃烧设备技术领域,特别涉及一种带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉。
背景技术
目前,中国可用的生物质数量巨大,主要以农业废弃物和木材废弃物为主。生物质分布分散,收集和运输困难,因此这些废弃物就白白浪费掉了,且造成了环境污染。在我国目前能源结构(生物质燃料、天然气、液化气、沼气、太阳能、电、原煤、蜂窝煤等等)当中,唯独有生物质燃料最经济、最方便、最节能、最适用,不仅仅使用安全,而且清洁卫生。生物质烘干炉可以像液化气一样燃烧,因此,推广应用生物质烘干炉,符合促进资源节约型、环境友好型社会的国家政策。
目前市场上有很多生物质烘干炉,但现有的烘干炉存在以下几点不足:1、炉内的燃料燃烧不充分,燃烧效率低,造成了浪费;2、炉内通入的空气均为常温空气,影响燃料燃烧温度;3、燃料燃烧温度很高,生物质燃料容易气化,影响燃烧效率,不能保证燃烧的火力输出。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和问题,本实用新型目的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的生物质烘干炉。
本实用新型提供一种带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,包括炉体、燃料入口、燃烧室、清渣口和排烟口,所述燃料入口位于所述炉体上端,所述燃烧室位于所述炉体内,在所述炉体内壁上还设有二次进风管,所述二次进风管的进风口位于所述炉体外部。
优选地,在所述燃烧室内还设有炉排,用于燃烧生物质燃料。
优选地,在所述炉体下端还设有两个清灰口,用于清理燃烧室内的灰。
优选地,在所述炉体上还设有通风清渣口。
优选地,在所述排烟口下端还设有侧清灰口,用于清理排烟口内的灰。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型通过二次进风管给燃烧室内的燃料二次供氧,使燃烧室内的燃料燃烧更充分,提高燃料的燃烧效率;
2、本实用新型将二次进风管设置在炉体内壁上,这样可以利用燃烧室的热量给通入的空气进行预加热,提高燃料的燃烧效果;
3、本实用新型利用二次进风管可以使燃烧室内部温度降低从而放缓了生物质燃料的气化速度,稳定了输出火力;
4、本实用新型在炉体、燃烧室和排烟口上设有清灰口和清渣口,这样便于从炉体内清理出燃烧后的灰。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本实用新型实施例提供的一种带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,其包括炉体1、燃料入口2、燃烧室3、清渣口4和排烟口5,燃料入口2位于炉体1上端,燃烧室3位于炉体1内,在炉体1内壁上还设有二次进风管6,二次进风管6的进风口7位于炉体1外部。本实用新型通过二次进风管6给燃烧室3内的燃料二次供氧,使燃烧室3内的燃料燃烧更充分,提高燃料的燃烧效率,另外将二次进风管6设置在炉体1内壁上,这样可以利用燃烧室3的热量给通入的空气进行预加热,提高燃料的燃烧效果,同时二次进风管6可以使燃烧室3内部温度降低,从而放缓了生物质燃料的气化速度,稳定了输出火力。
如图1-4所示,在本实用新型的其它实施例中,在燃烧室3内还可以设有炉排8,用于燃烧生物质燃料,在炉体1下端还设有两个清灰口9,用于清理燃烧室内的灰,在炉体1上还设有通风清渣口10,在排烟口5下端还设有侧清灰口11,用于清理排烟口5内的灰,本实用新型在炉体、燃烧室和排烟口上设有清灰口和清渣口,这样便于从炉体内清理出燃烧后的灰。
当然,采用上述优选技术方案只是为了便于理解而对本实用新型进行的举例说明,本实用新型还可有其他实施例,本实用新型的保护范围并不限于此。在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,所属技术领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,包括炉体、燃料入口、燃烧室、清渣口和排烟口,所述燃料入口位于所述炉体上端,所述燃烧室位于所述炉体内,其特征在于,在所述炉体内壁上还设有二次进风管,所述二次进风管的进风口位于所述炉体外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,其特征在于,在所述燃烧室内还设有炉排,用于燃烧生物质燃料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,其特征在于,在所述炉体下端还设有两个清灰口,用于清理燃烧室内的灰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,其特征在于,在所述炉体上还设有通风清渣口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有二次进风管的生物质烘干炉,其特征在于,在所述排烟口下端还设有侧清灰口,用于清理排烟口内的灰。
