[0003] 本实用新型为了解决目前热风炉,虽然通过改进采用二次供氧提高了燃烧效率,能满足所需的温度,但仍存在结构不够紧凑及由于炉内温度较高,炉体耐高温的性能较差,直接影响使用寿命等不足,而提供了一种节能立式热风炉,该炉体由燃烧炉和位于其上方的加热换热装置组成, 在所述燃烧炉的相应炉壁外设有填料口和除渣口 ;燃烧炉的供氧主风盒经供氧分配风道与主燃烧室侧壁的助燃供氧风道连通;通过一次助燃供氧孔和二次助燃供氧孔为主燃烧室供氧,通过二次助燃供氧孔和上下贯通的一组带中心通孔的燃烧立管为第二燃烧室供氧;在所述主燃烧室的炉膛上部及炉膛内侧壁设有高温耐火保护层;在所述燃烧炉一侧的换热冷风入口与一次加热空间和二次加热空间连通,经燃烧立管与所述加热换热装置中的第二燃烧室连通,通过所述第二燃烧室中置有一组横向换热管及集热风空间通向热风出口。

[0005] 通过燃烧炉与供氧风机连接,对燃烧室提供二次供氧以及通过在炉壁上设置的配风口,保证炉膛内的供氧均匀、充分。使燃料借助风力,由外向内充分燃烧,其火苗稳定、温度高,基本达到了无烟无尘的效果,为换热装置提供充足的热源。通过采用一组带中心通孔的燃烧立管将燃烧室和加热换热装置连通,使炉体结构更加紧凑。
[0006] 由于燃烧炉与加热换换装置中的燃烧立管和横向换热管的导热接触面积增加以及通过换热装置的加热换热装置实现热交换,大大提高了燃烧炉热源的利用率,为满足用户所需的热能提供了保障。
[0007] 由于在主燃烧室的炉膛上部及炉膛内侧壁设有高温耐火保护层,增强了炉体耐高温的性能,提高了热风炉的使用寿命;
[0008] 采用在第二燃烧室内设有拉杆式清灰装置,使加热焕然装置内的灰尘更便于清除,避免了由于灰尘清理不及时所导致的填煤口冒烟冒火,且影响燃烧效果以及容易使填煤口变形,以至于导致大大减少整个炉体使用寿命的情况发生。[0009] 在燃烧过程中无污染,不需附加污染治理装置;
[0010] 由于利用废弃物作为主要燃料,即可变废为宝,同时又可解决能源危机及环境污染等问题,具有较高的经济及社会效益。

具体实施方式:
[0016] 参看图1-3,节能立式热风炉,该炉体由燃烧炉I和位于其上方的加热换热装置2组成,在加热换热装置2上方设有烟®,在燃烧炉I的下方设有底座,在所述燃烧炉I的相应炉壁外设有填料口 6和除渣口 7 ;在燃烧炉I底部的供氧主风盒8经供氧分配风道9与炉壁内沿主燃烧室3侧壁形成的助燃供氧风道连通;在所述加热换热装置2相应的炉体侧壁外设有清尘口 14 ;通过一次助燃供氧孔10和二次助燃供氧孔11为主燃烧室3供氧,以及通过二次助燃供氧孔11经上下贯通的一组带中心通孔的燃烧立管12为第二燃烧室4供氧;在所述主燃烧室3的炉膛上部22及炉膛内侧壁21设有高温耐火保护层;在所述燃烧炉I的一侧设有换热冷风入口 18,并与一次加热空间19和二次加热空间20连通,经燃烧立管12与所述加热换热装置2中的第二燃烧室4连通,通过所述第二燃烧室4中置有一组带有中心通孔的横向换热管13及集热风空间5通向热风出口 15。其中:
[0017] 在所述第二燃烧室4内设有拉杆式清灰装置,所述拉杆式清灰装置由刮灰板16和刮灰拉杆17构成,所述刮灰拉杆17的一端与刮灰板16连接固定,刮灰拉杆17的自由端伸向炉壁外;
[0018] 在所述主燃烧室3与第二燃烧室4之间设有热风向导风板23 ;
[0019] 在所述燃烧炉体I的外壁上设有与一次供氧相应的配风口 ;

[0022] 工作原理:在燃烧炉底部的供氧主风盒经供氧分配风道与主燃烧室侧的助燃供氧风道连通;通过一次助燃供氧孔和二次助燃供氧孔为主燃烧室供氧,通过二次助燃供氧孔及上下贯通的燃烧立管为第二燃烧室供氧;在燃烧炉一侧的换热冷风入口与一次加热空间和二次加热空间连通,经燃烧立管与加热换热装置中的第二燃烧室连通,通过第二燃烧室中置有一组横向换热管及集热风空间通向热风出口实现换热,为用户提供所需的热能。

1.节能立式热风炉,该炉体由燃烧炉(I)和位于其上方的加热换热装置(2)组成,在所述燃烧炉(I)的相应炉壁外设有填料口(6)和除渣口(7);燃烧炉(I)的供氧主风盒(8)经供氧分配风道(9)与主燃烧室(3)侧壁的助燃供氧风道连通;其特征在于:通过一次助燃供氧孔(10 )和二次助燃供氧孔(11)为主燃烧室(3 )供氧,通过二次助燃供氧孔(11)和上下贯通的一组带中心通孔的燃烧立管(12)为第二燃烧室(4)供氧;在所述主燃烧室(3)的炉膛上部(22)及炉膛内侧壁(21)设有高温耐火保护层;在所述燃烧炉(I) 一侧的换热冷风入口( 18)与一次加热空间(19)和二次加热空间(20)连通,经燃烧立管(12)与所述加热换热装置(2)中的第二燃烧室(4)连通,通过所述第二燃烧室(4)中置有一组带有中心通孔的横向换热管(13)及集热风空间(5)通向热风出口(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能立式热风炉,其特征在于:在所述第二燃烧室(4)内设有拉杆式清灰装置,所述拉杆式清灰装置由刮灰板(16)和刮灰拉杆(17)构成,所述刮灰拉杆(17 )的一端与刮灰板(16 )连接固定,刮灰拉杆(17 )的自由端伸向炉壁外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能立式热风炉,其特征在于:在所述主燃烧室(3)与第二燃烧室(4)之间设有热风向导风板(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能立式热风炉,其特征在于:在所述燃烧炉体(I)的外壁上设有与一次供氧相应的配风口。
5.根据权利要求1-4中所述的任一节能立式热风炉,其特征在于:所述带中心通孔的燃烧立管(12)和横向换热管(13)的多少与炉膛大小成正比。
6.根据权利要求1-4中所述的任一节能立式热风炉,其特征在于:整个热风炉的横截面形状为圆形、方形或 多边形。
