Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema (100) e método para processar biomassa. o sistema compreende uma usina de calor e energia combinada (102), uma interface (114) para alimentar o biogás em uma unidade de produção de combustível de tráfego, interfaces (114) para um sistema de aquecimento de distrito (106a) e uma rede de distribuição de energia elétrica (106b), e um dispositivo de hidrólise (108), um dispositivo de digestão (110), uma secadora (116) e uma unidade de recuperação de calor (112), os quais são acoplados operativamente para transferir calor, produtos intermediários e produtos finais do processo, em que a biomassa bruta é recebida no dispositivo de hidrólise (108), a biomassa processada pelo dispositivo de hidrólise (108) é alimentada no dispositivo de digestão (110), o biogás obtido no dispositivo de digestão (110) é alimentado na unidade de produção de combustível de tráfego (104), o calor é recuperado do dispositivo de hidrólise (108), a biomassa processada pelo dispositivo de digestão (110) é secada pelo calor recuperado do dispositivo de hidrólise (108), o calor é recuperado da secadora (116), o calor recuperado da secadora (116) é alimentado no dispositivo de hidrólise (108) a ser usado no preaquecimento da biomassa bruta recebido, o calor recuperado da secadora (116) é alimentado no aquecimento de distrito (106a), e a produção de eletricidade é abastecida pela biomassa seca da secadora (116).
