Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania biometanu i ekometanu według zgłoszenia polega na hydrozgazowaniu mieszanki biowęgla i węgla kopalnego w reaktorze hydrozgazowania węgla za pomocą biowodoru uzyskiwanego w reaktorze wytwarzania biowodoru z mieszanki biometanu z parą wodną w obecności katalizatora. Mieszanka ta jest podgrzewana przez gaz grzejny, podgrzany w podgrzewaczu i omywający rury w reaktorze wytwarzania biowodoru. Powstały gaz surowy po oczyszczeniu podlega rozdziałowi na wodór i metan kierowany do procesu wytwarzania wodoru oraz do magistrali gazowej. Gorącą mieszaninę wodoru i CO2 opuszczającą reaktor wytwarzania biowodoru poddaje się schłodzeniu w kotle odzyskowym, a następnie rozdziela na biometan kierowany do reaktora hydrozgazowania węgla i na CO2 kierowany do procesu sekwestracji CO2. Układ wytwarzania metanu składa się z pierwszego reaktora (1) hydrozgazowania mieszanki biowęgla i węgla przygotowanej przez aparat (25) przygotowania wsadu węglowego połączony z reaktorem (2) pirolizy biomasy i z transporterem (24) węgla i wprowadzanej przez transporter (26) mieszanki węglowej do pierwszego reaktora (1), połączonego z rozdzielaczem (5) par i gazów, który ma wyjście wodoru połączone z pierwszym reaktorem (1) i z palnikiem (14) w podgrzewaczu (9) oraz wyjście metanu połączone z trzecim reaktorem (3) i z rurociągiem (20b) do magistrali gazowej. Ponadto trzeci reaktor (3) posiada dyszę gazu grzejnego (10d) połączoną przez rurociąg (10) z podgrzewaczem (9), a wylot tego gazu połączony jest przez rurociąg (10a) z wymiennikiem ciepła (9a) podgrzewacza (9). Wyjście mieszaniny wodoru i CO2 z reaktora trzeciego (3) połączone jest przez rurociąg (10b) z wymiennikiem ciepła (4a) w kotle (4) odzyskowym, a następnie z rozdzielaczem gazu wodorowego (8), z którego wyjście wodoru połączone jest przez rurociągi (18a i 18b) z pierwszym reaktorem (1), a wyjście CO2 połączone jest przez rurociąg (10e) CO2 z układem sekwestracji CO2.
