Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekologiczna instalacja do produkcji biometanu, posiadająca funkcjonalnie połączone ze sobą fermentor biogazu, moduł oczyszczania powstały biogaz z dwutlenku węgla, siarkowodoru, wody oraz innych zanieczyszczeń, skraplarkę biogazu, magazynowy zbiornik metanu oraz wirówkę rozdzielającą poferment i elektryczną instalację zasilającą. Instalacja ta charakteryzująca się tym, że posiada fotobioreaktor (7), ogniwa fotowoltaiczne (18) zasilające instalację energią elektryczną oraz wymiennik ciepła (14), przy czym fotobioreaktor (7) połączony jest przewodem ze zbiornikiem (6) CO?, który połączony jest z modułem oczyszczania (2) z CO2 i ponadto dołączony jest do niego przewód (12a) zasilający odciekiem płynnym uzyskanym z odwirowania w wirówce (8) pofermentu, natomiast z fotobioreaktora (7) wyprowadzony jest przewód (19a), którym biomasa algowa pompowana jest do fermentora biogazu (1) i ponadto wymiennik ciepła (14), sprzęgnięty jest z pompą ciepła (15), która połączona jest z wymiennikiem gruntowym (16).
