Abstract
processo e dispositivo para trituração úmida de substâncias duras em um processo para trituração úmida de susbtâncias duras como cimento, concreto, calcáreo, carvão minérios, cerâmicos, misturas de perfuração ou misturas medicinais, nas quais as substâncias grosseiras duras são introduzidas num dispositivo triturador com um líquido sendo trituradas até tamanhos de partícula de cerca de 700 <109>m a 20 mm e uma lama consistindo, essencialmente de substâncias duras trituradas e água é descarregada, pelo que, 10 a 90% em peso de susbtâncias duras grosseiras e 90 a 10% em peso de líquido são introduzidas em um dispositivo de trituração e homogeneização, sendo que as substâncias duras grosseiras são quebradas em pelo menos uma etapa de trituração e homogeneização, pelo emprego de pulsos de colisão periódicos até tamanhos de partícula de cerca de 1 <109>m a 700 <109>m, sendo descarregado um fluido homogêneo consistindo de susbtâncias duras trituradas finas e líquido, bom como um dispositivo para realização deste processo.
